Wish I could give a negative star here. We hired Ryan to finish our basement. We paid him $15k up front for a project he quoted us $20k for. The people he had work on our basement were unprofessional, with no attention to detail and he would have to bring in different people to redo work. His crew never showed up regularly, had no respect for our property and didn’t clean up after themselves. When I told him I wouldn’t give him anymore money until I saw more progress he stopped responding to me. It has been over a month since we have heard from him and makes sense considering he has been arrested for theft. But now we sit here with an incomplete project and out of a lot of money. Buyer beware.

Very professional!!! I will be using Ryan and his team at Ultimate Construction for all my projects. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the home owner is happy with the end product.

I have working with several contractors and Ryan out shines them all. Always keeping the home owner up to date with the progress of the job. He is very clean and courteous of your space. Definitely a 5 star company!!!

Ryan has been amazing in both, dealing with insurance adjusters for me, and being very responsive to communications.
I am a widow and didn't know that the initial insurance assessment after last year's hail storm had been somewhat incomplete. Ryan helped on his own time to get a reassessment done, so my house could be fixed up right.
He performs all inclusive repair and new construction and I recommend him for all your projects, from renovation to new construction! His pricing is very reasonable and he works with you and your insurance to help ensure the best results.

I can't say enough about how amazing Ryan and his team are!! I was in a bind to get a new roof in a very short amount of time. Ryan not only came out after hours to quote, but his guys also came out on a weekend to get the job done in my time frame. The new roof looked amazing!! They also trimmed my tree while on my roof, something that badly needed done.. They trimmed without question and out of the kindness of their heart. I called on Ryan and his team again to install a new fence.. Once again, I had a very short timeline. His crew worked VERY late hours in negative degree weather to ensure I had my fence. Ryan personally made multiple trips to my home to make sure the fence was up to par. If there were sections that were not up to his standard, he personally fixed it. I will recommend Ultimate Construction every day, every time!

Ryan is a very shady conman. He promised to do my siding around the whole house after the hailstorm we had last year, decided he was only going to do the back and then tell my insurance that he had done the whole thing. Threatens me and my family when we dont give him the last of our insurance money we have received, but i won't pay for work that was never done. Save yourself the trouble and time with this company. Need siding? Go through Eaton Quality Siding. Need Roofing? Go through Rooftop Solutions. Need Gutters? Go through All American Gutters. Need Fencing? Go through Laser Line. Definitly would not recommend him to anyone, otherwise he'll try to forclose your house for work never done. Please go through anyone else! Thank you
