UES Contracting does work for a multifamily property I manage. John has been very professional, gives fair pricing, and quality work. Great experience from beginning to end. They helped me to understand what my insurance would cover and communicated clearly and frequently with me and my insurance company. Service was prompt and it looks great. I had an unusual skylight that was broken that also needed to be replaced, and they got that special ordered for me.
