My wife and I have been renovating houses for years and U Brothers is one of the most professional contractors we have ever used. We were replacing the windows in 2 large condos.24 windows.We were on a very tight schedule for completion .Andrii the job manager and the crews that worked on the job did an amazing job.They worked very carefully. The inside only required a coat of paint on the new trim no damage to existing walls.The crew worked late one night on the first unit and Saturday on the second unit both were completed ahead of the expected completion date.

I had UBrothers do a lot of work on my house, which unfortunately ended up having to be done in the middle of winter, with a lot of snow and ice. I had them replace all the wood trim on my house with PVC, put on a new roof, and replace my picture window assembly with a new Harvey window assembly.
They did a great job in spite of the weather issues. Their subcontractors and their own crews seemed to know well what they were doing, were friendly and accommodating, and communicated well with me.
A subcontract crew replaced all my trim and fascia boards with PVC.
A subcontract crew of about eight men replaced the roof, including ice and water shield over the whole roof, flashing and metal drip edge all around. Looks like they employ higher quality techniques than the original builder did.
And a UBrothers crew replaced my picture window assembly (termed new construction).
It did take a while for me to get the UBrothers contract terms modified to be acceptable to me, but I worked with Andrii (project manager) on it. That process delayed the start of work for a couple of months.
In summary I would highly recommend UBrothers for outside construction work, as I was pleased with their work and accommodating manner.

I truly cannot recommend UBrothers more! Andrii is extremely professional and responsive, he took us through the entire project making sure we had all our questions answered and our requests taken care of. We recently bought a fixer upper and their extremely hardworking carpenters ripped all the old rotting clapboard siding off and fixed any issues underneath. They redid the house with beautiful vinyl siding, replaced all the old rotting trim with water resistant trim. They even took the time to add finishing touches around vents and outdoor outlets so they are now better than before. They did this all in the cold of winter. After the project was over, there were some walls inside that had screws that came out from the drywall because of the hammering from Outside. Within a day of me following up, they sent one of their amazing carpenters to come fix it! Andrii and his team did a fantastic job replacing 3 windows, entire house siding, and all gutters. This is actually my second job with UBrothers. Few years ago, they replaced old sliding door with a new Andersen door. About a year after the installation, one of the door panel’s glass shattered by itself (tempered glass). Andrii contacted the manufacturer and arranged new replacement under the original manufacturer’s warranty. I hired UBrothers to remove our wood siding and replace it with vinyl siding, replace a few windows, as well as replace our existing wood decks and railings with Trex.

Absolutely a great experience. Andrii came to give us an estimate to replace the siding of our home. The cost, although the cheapest, was something we could not take on at this moment. Instead, we had a patio door replaced, our front door’s trim replaced and Evelyn gutter guards installed. As you can imagine the estimate was much much lower than the siding. However, instead of being reticent to do the job, Andrii was as responsive, professional and curtious as in the beginning. Due to the heavy rain, it took his crew a couple of days to finish. They did a fantastic job. Clean, polite and very professional. We will for sure hire them again for our next project.

UBrothers replaced 12 windows for us this past spring. They were quick to quote, had competitive and fair pricing, and were perfect with installation. We were kept up to date throughout the whole ordering and inspection process without needing prompting. Installation was done within a single day and the windows have been an absolute dream since then. We will be looking for new siding soon and will be contacting this group for that too!! Our patio door needed to be replaced. UBrothers provided the most competitive quote for a new Marvins Essential fiberglass door. I really appreciated how transparent their website is with pricing. The project manager Andrii was responsive with all communications. After the door arrived (needed 8 weeks of lead time), the install was scheduled quickly. The crew came in on time in the morning and finished everything by noon. They replaced everything from the trims to the kickboard and did an amazing job. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Safe to say, I'm definitely coming back to them for future jobs.

Great overall experience. Very responsive management - they came out multiple times on very short notice to fix issues that were not their fault (due to the manufacturer), and all of the workers that came to the house were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

We recently hired UBrothers to completely replace the cedar shake siding on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and quality of their work. They were a top notch contractor from start to finish! When we were getting quotes, we researched and vetted siding contractors thoroughly since cedar shakes are a huge investment. Andrii of UBrothers was very responsive with no pressure sales and gave us the most competitive price. Our house has a lot of angles and we wanted to keep the basket weave corners so this was a very challenging project. The removal of the original shakes alone was a huge undertaking, but Andrii’s team was very skilled and worked diligently to get the job done. Every shake was perfectly trimmed and placed, and no detail was overlooked. Also, we replaced around 20 windows which were expertly installed in two days. The entire crew made sure to leave our property in better condition than how they found it. Also, they were genuinely nice people. From the initial very prompt text message reply to the final walk through, Andrii and the crew (Dmitri and Nazar) at UBrothers were excellent! I’ve been building an octagonal gazebo with a finished ceiling attached to a deck, and I hired UBrothers to wrap beams, columns, and install soffits. With all the tricky angles and each section just a little different, I was thankful to have experienced carpenters for that phase of the project. I HIGHLY recommend UBrothers!! Since moving to our house in 2017, we knew eventually we wanted to re-side our house. We did a lot of research and decided we wanted to use a cement board because of its durability and look. This was a big project for us, and I am very particular when it comes to house projects so I knew it was important we find the right company for the job. After getting recommendations and searching the internet, I met with a few different companies and ultimately chose UBrothers because I liked what they had to offer, photos of past work and how responsive and reliable Andrii was. Andrii spent a lot of time showing me different options, answering all my questions and explaining their process. Andrii kept me up to date on where our project was, I always got informed anytime there would be a delivery and when the crew would be there. I was very particular on my research for a vinyl siding contractor. It took me several months to go through all my quotes and decide. UBrothers hands down had the best price. Absolutely no quality was sacrificed! My house no bull, looks brand new! It looks out of place in my neighborhood. I see people drive by slow and turn their heads to look at my house. This is the second job we have utilized Ubrothers Construction. This time, they installed a new door and fixed the siding along our house. This fall we contracted with UBrothers Construction to install new roofing and Hardie Board siding on our house. The finished product was perfect in every way. During the summer we had vetted several siding contractors, and ultimately chose UBrothers Construction. Andrii was extremely knowledgeable and very forthright in the presentation that he made to us.
