Tyler Exteriors was all around professional. The office staff was able to answer any questions and called while the crew was working to ask if I had any questions. Once deciding on shingle and gutter colors, the crew was scheduled for the next week. Crew was clean and professional. Crew was ready to answer any questions or concerns while working. Crew cleaned as the project went on. Complete tear off and replacement was completed in one day. Gutters replaced the next day.

I needed a permanent solution to an ongoing water problem at our residence in Chesterfield. Tyler Exteriors was recommended by another contractor. On the day of the work; Tyler’s crew showed up promptly, got the job done in one visit, re-installed siding, roofing, heat tape, etc., and cleaned up all the excess debris. I wasn’t hounded for money up-front or immediately after the job was finished. It was a pleasure working with a company that conducts business in such a professional manner. Redid the siding on my shed. The workmanship was excellent. Very well done and very fast. They left the job clean and handled all of the cleanup. Even went on a side with some trees and bushes. There were some hiccups with payment via venmo but Brian Tyler, the owner, handled it with grace and how I would expect an owner to handle it. Then due to me being out of the country (with a few additional issues) and the payment needing to be done in two, he was very patient with delays from my end. Also a nice discount with cash or venmo/check. Would highly recommend.

No service after the sale . Had to call them back to fix siding that was not properly installed and they did not want to come back although they say they stand behind their work. They finally did come out , but problems continued. Then they just wouldn't show back to the job. BEWARE ....PASS ON THIS COMPANY...........

A piece of siding on the second floor of our house was loose. I contacted Tyler Exteriors to secure it before the wind caused more damage. The representative came out, fixed it on the spot, and there was no charge. I will definitely contact them with any work we need at our house!

Tyler exteriors came out and installed a front window for us and they did an amazing job! They were very personable and meticulous with their work!

I can not say enough good things about this company and the experience we just had with them putting on a new roof. From the start with quoting and estimates all communications via phone, email or text were very clear and concise. On the day of installation the owner himself and all his employees were on time and ready to begin the job. At the end of the day the roof looked amazing and there was no evidence that the job had been done. The crew even found a pipe in the attic that was not glued properly and standing water was pooling. The crew immediately fixed it, saving us from future problems. Brian and his crew have surpassed any and all expectation for getting a new roof. They are by far the most fair, honest and best roofers in Macomb county and I highly recommend them for all you home repair needs.

I needed a new roof as mine was 20+ years old. I was not sure of the condition of the structure under the shingles. After a talk with Brian to discuss what I wanted and needed, he answered all of my questions and was honest and up front about what I should and could expect about the different options I had. He was not pushy and allowed me to make the decision regarding my roof based on my needs and my budget. He did not push anything 'fancy' or unnecessary. His crew was professional, thorough, efficient, and hard working. I can tell they all took pride in the work that they were doing. The day the job started, I asked if I could get a quote for my small shed that needed a new roof. I was expecting to have to schedule the shed for a later date. NOPE! The 'guys' got it done the same two days as my house roof. Before they left the first day, they cleaned up everything as if they were done with the job. There was NO debris left on the ground and all tools, materials were stored safely in their trailer. After the roof was installed the entire crew cleaned up around my house (even a small pile of leaves from the previous fall that was under some debris :) ). They walked the perimeter multiple times to make sure there were no nails, wood, shingles or other materials that would harm my dog or grand-blessings feet. After the new gutters were installed Brian came over, did a walk of the new roof to make sure the work was done correctly. I saw no issues with the new roof or gutters, but he made sure to look at everything and even explained to me all of the repairs that were done so that I felt confident that I now had a beautiful, sturdy, and non-leaky roof/gutters that would last for years. I would definitely recommend Tyler Exteriors to anyone that needs roofing or gutters.

Absolutely wonderful service! Brian was very responsive when I called about roof damage. He worked with me on my home insurance claim and his crew came out and replaced the roof within the week. I was so impressed when I got home that day that my yard was cleaned up and they had actually put all of my walkway lights back in place for me. Would 100% recommend this company.

I had this company out to do a gutter repair on my office building in Eastpointe, and they not only showed up on time and got the job finished very quick and professionally but for a very reasonable price as well and made sure that there was no trace of any screws or scrap left behind!! Ours was a small job to repair some siding that was blown off in a storm. There was a delay in ordering the replacement siding which we were made aware of as soon as it was discovered. Being a small job that was not critical we placed more value on the communication than the delay. Once the material was ordered the job was completed quickly with their normal professionalism.

Tyler Exteriors did a wonderful job on my home project. They sent a team to install a new window and to repair siding from water damage. Both teams were courteous, prompt and professional. They cleaned up after the job was complete. The most important thing for me was the communication. I was informed when materials were ordered, when they arrived and when the teams would be out. It was a pleasant experience to work with them.

Avoid these miserably unprofessional people completely. We hired them in July 2021 and they got around to doing the work in February 2022 while we were out of town. But they put the wrong color siding on the house, because they gave us the wrong book of samples to choose from. It was blue siding on a beige house, even though on a recorded phone call we told them we wanted the siding as close to the current beige as possible. Blue is nowhere near beige and it looked terrible.
Then they left the nails and siding scraps all around our yard which we had to clean up. One nail caused a flat tire on my car. No gutters for 6 months caused massive leaking in the basement.
They finally completed the job 13 months later in August 2022.
Then Brian gives us attitude on the phone after being the worst contractor we've ever hired.
Do yourself a favor.

I had some challenges trying to get scheduled but they made it right and did good work. They're a trustworthy company and I'd reccomend them.

From the estimate to clean up -- everything was perfect! I was amazed they even came back to blow the leaves of the patio! Great work, friendly, and a fair price! Above and beyond!

We got estimates from many other roofing companies but Tyler Exteriors caught our eyes because they were the only company who went on top of the roof and inspected every single thing wrong with our roof and what we needed done. They were honest and very polite. They didn’t let the rain stop them from completing the roof. They did an excellent job on installation and cleanup. Tyler Exteriors wrapped the fascia boards around my house with aluminum and replaced a section of fascia that badly needed repair work. They did an excellent job! Best company I've ever had the pleasure of hiring to do work Brian came out the same day I called prevented an exciting minor leak messing up a newly remodeled room I'm my house and.gabe me an affordable price for a new roof. Thier work is awesome cleanest roofing company I've ever encountered I'm in the trades so I see alot of jobs with nails all over the ground when the roofers are done. I found one nail in my front landscaping that's impressive all on its own. I'll continue recommend Tyler Exteriors to everyone I know.

I called Tyler Exteriors about a month ago, after a contractor i was previously working with bailed out on me and decided that they only wanted to finish half the job. I explained the situation to Brian at Tyler Exteriors. He made it out the same day to give me a quote on finishing up the job. He had parts on order by the following day, and was out working within 3 weeks. What a great job this crew did on my home. I will be giving them a call FIRST, whenever i need additional work done on my home. Brian really cares about the people that he does work for, and the quality of his work. Probably the best contractor i have hired.
