I would highly recommend Two States Roofing to anybody! They replaced my roof and gutters. Lucas is amazing! He gave me a very competitive quote, communication was clear, he was always available via text or call, and I felt really good about his quote and what he was going to do. I think it’s important to note that he also includes some sheets of plywood for free (other companies wanted $95 per sheet) and his quote included the newer style venting which other companies wanted $3k+ for. Both of his teams showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. Additionally, I had new sod installed in my backyard before they were scheduled to do my gutters and they were extremely careful not to damage the sod or walk in the backyard unless they absolutely had to.

From our first interaction, I was impressed with the detail and patience Lucas Trejo, owner of Two States Roofing, paid to my project. He gave me the education to understand my choices and brought up issues he thought could arise. At the end of our first interview and he immediately wrote up the estimate with several options to consider. There was no pressure to make decisions. I added an attic fan to the project after I signed the contract and his crew installed it without any additional charge. The working crew was on time, efficient and cleaned the site of all debris. All paperwork came through as described. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

We received 8 quotes and not only was Two States Roofing very competitive in price, they offered some things that other companies didn’t. I had a lot of questions and Lucas was knowledgeable about what I was asking. They are certified in the products they install. The people he hires are super hard workers, no slacking off, and are very thorough with the job as well as cleaning up. Lucas checked in on the job every day. The crew was professional, courteous, meticulous and got the job done in two days instead of three. The job consisted of removing and replacing the old shingles, adding vents, replacing an old skylight and cleanup. They also had to remove and then re-install the gutter guards to complete their work. Well done, I recommend them without reservation.

I had a great experience with Two States Roofing, especially after comparing several companies. The first company I talked with was thorough but VERY expensive, but meticulously covered aspects like venting, ice and water shield, flashing, etc. Another company offered a much lower price, like around 1/3 the cost, but was unclear about their methods, and went so far as to say venting is that big of a deal...

His team was efficient, transparent, and meticulous. They provided a 15-year workmanship warranty + the shingles themselves have a 50-year warranty. Requested a 2nd Layer quote on 1893 home. Lucas came in 3 days to inspect and prepare a quote, sent 2 days later. Quote was extremely competitive to others, by more than 30%. Contracted for work to begin in 4 weeks, their schedule allowed start date 3 weeks later. They nearly completed the whole job in one day, finishing in under two hours on day two - completely clean finish. Excellent workmanship, a contractor at his word and more. As a Realtor, I now refer him to all my customers too.

Our ranch house needed a new roof and we got 3 bids and decided to have Two States Roofing as our roofer. Our experience with Two States Roofing was excellent. Lucas provided a very detailed bid, which included several different types of roofing material and color, the cost of each which provided us a choice of what we wanted to spend. The bid included a timeline which fit our schedule and he was pleasure to work with. Ulysses was our foreman, explained the plan for each day and answered all of our questions. His crew did an excellent job. The work was completed in the timeline we were given and they were very considerate of my roses and foliage in the yard. The crew cleaned up after each day and at the completion of the project they made sure to go around the base of the house to collect any nails and left over debris that was there. The roof looks great. I would recommend Two States Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work.

Two States Roofing did a fantastic job re-roofing the house. Lucas provided several options for the type of asphalt shingles and gutters.They also did a great job replacing and painting siding. They also suggested upgrades to the attic and garage ventilation which I went with. Their estimate was reasonable and detailed. Lucas was always early to our meetings. They completed the job in a couple of days tearing off the old shingles and re-roofing. The work site was left very clean upon completion. i would recommended them to other people needing new roofs and I plan to hire them for other jobs in the future. Lucas emailoed me the manufacturer's warranty for the shingles right after the job was completed.
