Two State Roofing

We have been using two state now for a few years and solely use them for all of our properties now. They are timely, communicative, professional, and a delight to work with. Tom, the owner, is excellent to work with, provides affordable quotes in a timely manner and finishes the work with his team quickly with high quality. They are a trustworthy company and explain in detail about the work needing to be down and providing options as needed. We have had about four roofs completely replaced by them and other repairs as needed and not once have we been disappointed. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Tom Rice promptly met us to review, provide quote and scheduled our roof replacement. Victor and crew did excellent job in spite of dealing with wind 1st day of two days installation.

This is our second roof installed by Two State, our 1st was purchased in 1995 and we had to replace due to weather conditions (hail). If we ever have issues again, will definitely reach out to Tom Rice and crew for assistance. We really love our roof.....Thank you!

Warantee Repair is a Joke. I have been a customer of Tri-State Roofing / 2 State Roofing for over 20 years. They have done a number of roofs for me. I thought a warantee meant you stand behind the product and the service you provide. I am 7 years into a 15 year warantee on two different projects and both roofs have failed. Good Luck getting them to stand behind thier product. I have called multiple times and they have told me it was a faulty product from the company and they can not do anything about it.

Two-State Roofing did a Superior job on installing my roof. Tom Rice is very kind and considerate. as well as the roofers I met. Two-State also solved a gutter dripping problem for me. No more annoying dripping now! They are also honest and personable. I would highly recommend them above all!

Two State Roofing provides quality work with a desire to do the job correctly and efficiently. They informed us of some problems with the previous roof install and addressed those issues in a cost effective way while still maintaining a high quality of work. They kept an open line of communication while the weather was not cooperating as well as we had hoped and took windows of opportunity to complete the job as weather allowed. Great company to work with!

While Tom Rice was great to work with the roofers caused a lot of damage and when I asked about it one of them told me that's siding you have to fix it. Upon further research, I found in addition to having to replace the soffit I also have to install flashing so water doesn't leak into the walls. Vents came loose in my bathroom and closet (which used to be a bathroom), the roof was not permitted, and when we called every month to make a payment they were out of the office and said they would call us back. They waited until the bill was late then called repeatedly until the next payday. The cycle repeated itself. I highly recommend you do not go through Tri State Roofing. If you have, double check to make sure the flashing was installed all around the house and that it's been permitted.

Tri State Roofing is an efficient company. They take pride in their work and in their integrity. They installed the roof where we live. They made sure that everyone was safe and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Tri State Roofing came out to look at my roof because I was worried about if my roof needed to be replaced. They came out free of charge and actually told me my roof was fine and did not need to be replaced for several more years. Tri State is very honest and punctual. I will be using them when my roof needs to be replaced. Thank you Tri State!

We had a new roof installed in the spring, and the following winter there were water leaks throughout our home. Water leaks went through the roof into the attic and leaked in our kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom. And I cannot forget, that even the non-heated area of our garage leaked. We called tri-state roofing at least 10 to 12 times before they came to our house to check it out, which was in May. It is now September and they still have not repaired the work. It was a new roof - a person would expect a new roof to be waterproof and to be guaranteed, but it is not. So please do not use this company, if something goes wrong, they will not repair the work nor will they return your calls. They hide behind a ringing phone and ignore the problem hoping it will go away. It will not. I have contacted a lawyer and I will continue this. When you spend $18,000 on a roof, you expect it to be dry. You do not expect it to damage all your insulation, possibly creating mold, as well as damaging all of our sheet rock. I highly recommend staying away from this company. There are so many better ones out there, who care.

We had to work from out of state with Tom Rice to have a new roof put on our mobile home in Idaho. He has been wonderful to work with and kept me updated frequently on the progress and timeline without my having to ask. Thanks for taking good care of us Tom. I don' t think I could have picked a better company to work with considering the situation we were in.
