Shea was diligent in the inspection of a 1970s unit. He made an extra trip when the owner wasn’t quite ready for the first trip. Shea’s communication of the issues was clear.

This was the most detailed and helpful inspection we've ever had! Very thorough,with photos and a clear explanation for every point - as well as an explanation of how to resolve issues and whether they're DIY-able. One issue even had a You Tube how-to video embedded!

Shea did a great job of explaining what he found on my inspection and had suggestions for me on specific repairs. The inspection report was also well done with a lot of good information that I wasn't expecting to receive.

The inspection was super prompt, and the result was both thorough, and very educational. There isn’t all that much that needs fixing but having documentation of materials, brands, and any minor to-dos.

The report was also exceptionally readable and educational.

Great work! Comprehensive inspection report. Though my home is a new build, it was worth to pay extra for sewer line inspection because we found out it had to be flushed out. Shea was great to explain all the detail. He is great to work with.

I recently had a home inspection done by Shae at Two Moose Home Inspections for a house we are purchasing in Keystone, Colorado. This is a big purchase for us and very important that we are informed. I met with Shae at the house after giving him about an hour to start the inspection without me there. I did not want to get in his way and distract him. Shae did an amazing job. He explained all of the items of concern that he found in the house to me in detail. His detailed explanation, gave me great comfort and helped us make a well informed decision about our home purchase. He explained some of the quality construction materials that were used to build the house and some of things that were upgraded since the home was built. He also took the time after the inspection was done to answer some additional questions that my wife and I had. He also mentioned that we can always contact him after we get the report if we have any follow up questions. Shae's knowledge of construction was very clear to me. Shae was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made me feel very comfortable. Excellent job! Highly recommended!
