Summit County Ace Hardware

This is a really nice store. They almost always have what I need to fix things and the staff is helpful.

Walked in right at open time to get some keys made since Lowe's key making machine was broken. Everyone was so friendly - even first thing in the morning. Great customer service!

So glad we have this Ace in town. Ryan is super knowledgeable and helpful with everything. And Charlie is such a friendly helpful guy. Honestly everyone here is great!
And they have fresh popcorn everyday which my 3 yr old loves and it keeps him happy when we have business to do!

I love the fact there is an alternative to Lowes or Murdoch's in town. However, 90% of the items (5 to 6 trips to this location) I have purchased rang up at the register for more than the cost listed at the aisle. They generally fix the pricing difference, but it's beginning to feel intentional and an incredible pain when checking out with multiple items. Check your reciepts!

I needed a new chainsaw and accessories to get a job done on a deadline. I do not run a chainsaw often and the one I had bit the dust this day. Ryan helped me choose a saw that would work best for my needs and would work reliably at high altitude. I did not get upsold to something I did not need. He got it set up to work at 10,300 feet before I left the store. A few days later I came to understand that I needed accessories to keep my new saw running properly. Once again Ryan helped me get exactly what I needed. This ACE and the staff here, especially Ryan, are awesome. I had a great experience and trust that I am receiving good advice when buying products here. This ACE is certainly my first choice for my tool and hardware needs. I would recommend this ACE to my friends.

Ace is the helpful place and the best hardware store is summit county. They have the best selection for specific size screws, nuts, bolts, and other hard to find miscellaneous hardware. The staff is always polite and helpful as well!

Can’t put into words how excited we are to have an Ace in Summit County. INCREDIBLE selection of outdoor BBQ equipment, rubs, and sauces. I’m in heaven.
