Complete Extraction & Restoration

No one can say they had an "amazing experience" when they come home and find their basement flooded. But I can honestly say that Juan and his crew turned rescued us from unmitigated disasters and saved our Silverthorne home. From the very first, I knew we were in good hands. Juan responded right away and had a team in place to stop the flooding within an hour. Then they immediately got to work sucking it all up, getting things dry, and generally preventing the situation from getting worse. They did this with the kind of calm professionalism that helps put you at ease. Juan has deep experience working with insurance companies and kept the kind of detailed records necessary to answer questions about the claim. And he stayed in touch and was responsive after the initial event, providing the essential follow-through that was vital to getting us back into the home.

Unfortunately, we've had three separate and unrelated problems with our basement. I called Juan each time and each time I was thoroughly impressed. Each time, they had us back to using the space within days. I would not think of using anyone else and I know that if disaster strikes again, Juan is going to be my first call. Really, cannot say enough good things about the experience of working with them.

Was referred to CER after experiencing a leak from our kitchen faucet. Juan came to our residence the same day I contacted him. He assessed the problem and discussed the plan to approach our water damage. He and his associate were at our home the next morning to start the process. After 45 years we had a pipe freeze and burst and trash our main floor and basement. We called CER and Juan and his crew came and assessed the damage and immediately started the water extraction and dryout process. Juan and his crew have the equipment and knowledge for this type of cleanup and mold prevention and were very good with documenting everything and worked very well with our Insurance Company and Adjusters. Juan and his crew were initially involved to remedy water damage. We were impressed with the quality of their work. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Juan was easy to work with and responsive to our requests. Based on the remediation experience we used CER for a remodel job. We are very pleased with the remodel work. I would not hesitate to use CER in the future.

Juan and his team did incredible work after we had a water leak. They were immediately able to come over and start the clean up and mold mitigation. He was also able to help us find great contractors to help with the remodel work after. Communication was great. Would definitely use again (hopefully not needed) and highly recommend.

Initially I was quite impressed with Juan and his team, they were super prompt on helping me locate, fix and repair mold that was discovered in a home I purchased in Blue River/Breck in December 2021. In the beginning month or so, Juan was VERY communicative. Ultimately, Juan and his team demo'ed and remodeled 2 bathrooms, replaced the roof, replaced living room flooring and removed skylights and repaired an entire wall of drywall. It cost a bit over $50k and took almost 6 months.

The actual work was pretty decent. However, Juan and his team were not super prompt with their work, or communicating with me after the initial phase. They were oftentimes weeks behind, and I would reach out via text, email and phone calls and not hear back for weeks at a time. I was pretty hands off and easy-going with Juan and his team, so I learned my lesson a bit on that.

They finished my bathroom projects in June and since then, were supposed to replace door/wood trim and have been MIA. I have been trying to have Juan and his team return to come back and remediate/touch up a few things that didn't get done properly and he has totally ghosted me. Very disappointing when you pay someone a premium for their work. Perhaps they don't care anymore after getting paid, they are on to the next job and/or that's just the climate right now.

If you need emergency mold mitigation, then yes I would consider Juan and CER. You will pay a premium for it though. However, if you are looking for more of a remodel situation at a reasonable cost and need it in a timely manner, then probably look elsewhere.

I can’t say enough great things about CER!! From the moment I called Juan about a kitchen flood, he showed up with his team within 30 min and assessed the damage (fully documented everything) and started repair. My husband and I immediately went from full stress to experiencing some peace of mind. We had some difficulty with our insurer and they supported us the whole way, whether chatting with our difficult field adjuster or showing up to collect further evidence. They did an incredible job on our kitchen (it looks much better than it did before the flood). They gave us helpful advice and built everything to our specifications. They made sure we were fully satisfied before finishing the job and kept everything within a reasonable timeline. We are so thankful for CER and look forward to going to them future projects (hopefully more planned than the last :))

Before Christmas, we were terrified to find that a part in our new dishwasher failed and leaked water all over our kitchen, flooding the hardwood floor there and soaking the ceiling of the room below. As soon as we noticed it, we called CER and Juan and his team came out immediately to assess the damage and start drying up everything, including the room below (non invasively!). He helped deal with the insurance agency and field inspector, and when the damage (kitchen floor only at this point, due to the mitigation) looked to be causing mold, his team installed a new tile floor there as well as some extra work (a matching backsplash). Everything looks perfect. Even though they were slammed with business, Juan and co finished the job in a couple weeks, and were very responsive when you called him with questions. He made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome, and included scheduling a cleaning service for us after they were done (though the measures they took to limit dust and dirt elsewhere in the home ensured that only the kitchen had to be thoroughly cleaned). Would highly recommend his service and we'll be using them in the future for other projects as well!

These guys were AMAZING! They showed up after hours on a Friday evening to clean up and sanitize the house. They were very professional, quick, and thorough. I can't say enough great things about them, I highly recommend if you are in need of their services.

My issue was not immediate, but Juan came out the next day. Luckily, the issue was not serious and needed only a small amount of remediation. Juan said that, to be thorough, he could do a much more extensive remediation. But I don't need it. He said his philosophy is to not sell something that is not needed. I thought I would be paying $100 or $200 for him to come out and look at the problem. But he didn't charge me. Now I realize that that is a marketing technique. But it also helps me believe in his integrity. And he knows that doing this for me will help me call him when and if I do need more extensive restoration. And that I will.

Complete Extraction is professional and very easy to work with! We used them previously for a water loss and they did their work with as little disruption as possible as well as keeping the communication line going through the process. Now, they cleaned our carpets and they look spectacular!
