Installed egress window on a 1920's home. Pros- Very high quality work on an unusual work site. Went above and beyond bailing water out of the unfinished egress window during an unusual storm that flooded many parts of Idaho Falls. Very nice people on a personal level. Cons- Final price almost double than estimate. Slow to clean up site after work completed which killed the grass everywhere the particle boards were left laying. Slow to deliver all purchased parts. This company refused to assist in any way when water line broke right next to where the escavator had dug out the hole for the egress window less than a month later costing me an additional 5,000 dollars in water line repair that is not covered by my insurance not including the damage from 3 inches of water in the basement that my insurance won't cover either. I would not go through this company again.
