Shady company, poor quality.

We received an anonymous letter in the mail from a Jesse Baker from Eden Prairie. Nothing on the envelope said a company name, but upon opening the envelope we found a post card with this company advertising to us. The post card included a hand written message about how he's visited our area, mentioning it's smart to have a "local pro take a look." Except, he's not very local.

We live over an hour and a half away in Eau Claire, WI, and were recently hit by a giant storm that included really bad hail damage. Because of this storm we've had storm chasing roofers constantly calling and knocking for business.

It really speaks to the poor quality of work if they are reaching out for customers this far away outside of their area and using the term "local" as part of that message. Especially using a tactic where they drive around and write down our address (if we're to believe the part about him being in the area) to send us junk mail. If you don't have the stones to leave it on our doorstep while you're over here (though we have a no solicitor sign) then don't mail it to us.

Jordan and his team at Twin Cities Siding and Roofing were awesome in getting my front door and two sliding doors replaced. Jordan walked me through all the brand and style options and answered all my questions regarding the installation.

My wife originally wanted a more expensive brand, but Jordan educated us on the options out there, and we ended up going with a better value in the ProVia line.

I know I will be back when we are ready to replace the windows as well.

I had a very old garage that needed new siding. Jeff Anderson and Dillon Cole did a great job of walking me through the quoting process, keeping me up to date with any issues and coming up with solid suggestions whenever an issue was uncovered. The crew worked hard and did a great job with the cleanup. I am very happy with the end result and highly recommend them.

Had my roof replaced in August 2023 by these guys. Within the last couple of weeks a roof vent and some metal trim blew off due to some extremely high winds. Called them up and with a day, they were here repairing the items, under warranty! Couldn't ask for better or faster service! Highly recommend. Thank you Cory and team!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The project was completed in a timely manner and our siding looks great. Shout out to the project supervisor who tied up loose ends for us at the end of the project. We did have a few issues.
- the workers only spoke Spanish so we were unable to communicate with them when the supervisor was not on site
- at the beginning of the project, the new siding materials were left in the driveway so I was unable to back my car out of the garage
- some debris was left in the driveway during the middle of the project which caused me to pop a tire
Overall, we are very happy with the look of our home. The issues we had can be easily remedied.

As the son of a career design-build architect, I've seen many home projects take place during my lifetime, some which have been smooth and successful; others, not so much. When two of my father's coworkers recommended Twin Cities Siding for our Hardie install, that was enough of an endorsement for me. We live in a 100+ year old house with tons of character, and we wanted to retain as much of the classic look as possible. Our sales agent resonated fully with us on this, and suggested a number of style options which would preserve the feel of the era of the house without breaking the bank. Fast forward to the install of the new roof and siding: this team was SO thoughtful, SO communicative, SO patient, and above all, incredibly skilled. They worked through some very hot late-summer days and brought quality across the board. When it came time to replace our old siding on the home we purchased 10 years ago, I researched what kind of siding is appropriate for our needs, and then, just as importantly, what company I was going to work with to get the job done to meet a standard of quality that would endure long-term. After it became clear to me that our needs would be met with James Hardie siding, the search for who would do the job became obvious very quickly. Upon reading independent customer reviews found on-line, information provided on the company's website, and connecting with Twin Cities Siding Professional employees at various levels in both Sales and Production, the company's dedication to high quality and customer satisfaction at a competitive price became obvious and made my decision easy.

Scheduled to be a 2-3 week project to replace siding and gutters, work started in April, 2022. As the old siding was removed a serious crack in the foundation (under a 3-season porch = a poorly constructed addition - added to the house many years before we purchased) was revealed and the SCOPE of the project changed drastically. Twin Cities Siding Professionals supported quickly and diligently by bringing in reputable contractors to support the repair / rebuild needed to make our home whole. The entire west side of the house needed to be torn out footings and foundation rebuilt, garage floor torn out and re-poured, adjacent walls core-filled, the entire roof of the house reinforced after being affected by the cracked foundation. Throughout this ordeal Twin Cities Siding Professionals was helpful in coordinating with the electrician involved, providing a second voice on the structural work needed as I worked with the Structural Engineering firm to rebuild the foundation and the 3-season porch with significantly improved function.

The work lasted longer than the initial scope of just siding and gutters would have taken, but with the significant support of Twin Cities Siding Professionals to ensure quality and control cost, we are now confident of and comfortable with the long-term function and improved appearance of our home.

This was not an easy experience but without question Twin Cities Siding Professionals answered all my challenging questions, provided guidance when I needed or sought it, helped coordinate with other contractors, and provided consistent high quality service at all times. They did great work, figuring out how to adapt to our 1907 house. Communication was excellent the entire time, crews were professional and efficient, and the result looks fantastic, such an improvement over the old white vinyl. So much so we had them do our garage too. If you want Hardi it’s 100% worth going with the experts so everything is done exactly to spec and you get the performance and longevity you are looking for. We couldn’t be more pleased and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them a third time, but I’m out of buildings and I expect this siding to outlast me.

TCP put Hardie Board Siding and trim on our house. The crews and their workmanship were excellent. A real estate broker complemented the curb appeal of the house. We had a really good experience with Twin Cities Siding for the replace of siding on our 100+ year old house in Minneapolis. They were confident in handling the project on our house and were transparent in pricing and communication. I don't think they were the cheapest but they were definitely not the most expensive, and I'm glad we went with them. After dealing with a 1/2 dozen highly rated contractors to replace my windows, Twin Cities Siding Professionals were by far the best. The work was done in a timely and businesslike manner. I am very pleased with my new windows. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Flawless. They are as good as it gets. Terry, our salesperson asked all the right questions and REALLY listened. Curt, the project manager beat the promised timelines. To be clear, I'm picky and the installation was perfect. They installed new (not insert style) Marvin Signature windows throughout our midcentury home. The trim wood staining was perfectly matched. All the miters are spot on. I couldn't even find a single nail hole. All of this in a 1950s home that required some custom carpentry to get everything to fit properly. On top of all that...not a speck of dust was left behind. One last thing...when I was getting quotes, I was told by another contractor who wanted to sell me vinyl/fiberglass windows that I would pay WAY more if I went with wood. Not true! At least not with Twin Cities Siding Professionals.

12 years ago, TCSP resided our home with Hardie Board, replaced trim, soffit, and fascia, repaired water/insect damage, and replaced a few windows. Based on that very positive experience on this big project, we recently reengaged them to do some repair work and rebuild our complex deck. There are several things that stand out when working with them. The initial contact person is a skilled project manager who shepherds the project from start to finish. Darin and Brent were great to work with. In particular, they and their crews thought deeply about how to best address our needs. They communicate frequently and effectively and always followed through in a timely manner. The teams consistently chose to do things right and not cut corners. It was nice to see many of the same people from 12 years ago still working for the company today, with increased responsibility. If you value quality work from a reliable company, TCSP will be a great choice.

Twin Cities Siding Professionals put new siding on the front of my house in 2022. They helped me to understand the various materials options and to make a good selection when I had decided on the material. We love our Marvin Windows! Our sales person, Tom Lee, was great to work with - helping us to select the perfect windows for each space in our home (skylight, half moon, bathroom privacy). We met with other suppliers and did not find the versatility in colors, quality, and selection. The installation went smoothly, providing excellent craftsmanship. TCSP installed 19 Marvin windows and two doors - full replacement including interior & exterior trim on a early 80's vintage home in south metro. Craftsmanship of installers was impressive. PM for the project was Curt Dingman, the two professional installers were Bryan and Steve. They did everything as promised, cleaned up daily and communicated well throughout the process. We had two small delays - one was a snow day and the other was subzero day. Otherwise this work was performed between Jan 18 - 27, 2023. One year plus later, no problems and looks as good as when installed.

I Strongly recommend this firm and their team to anyone I know who seeks high quality window & door work. They exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was fair and competitive as well.

On the day of the install; their team showed up early, were well prepared, and installed the window in just a few hours! They cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old windows away.
