Blake was phenomenal with communication and timely execution of the work needed to be done. We were just putting our house on the market and he finished the work just in time for us. We called and he was able to come out same day with free estimates and great advice for a homeowner’s essay. The prices were better than expected. He was very personal and professional and we appreciate him going out of his way to help us in such short notice circumstances.

I had an excellent experience with Trinity Exteriors, especially in my dealings with Jesus Ruiz and Joshua Meyer. Jesus was on the roof doing the actual repair work. He emailed me during the entire process, being very diligent in letting me know what was being done, sending pictures, and keeping me informed as to how the work was progressing. Joshua was the project manager. From our very first meeting, I knew I could rely on him. I was not wrong in that estimation. He kept in contact with me from beginning to end, and it was a pleasure to meet him and to have him as my Trinity contact. Thank you, Trinity Exteriors, but especially thank you Jesus and Joshua for helping me deal with (and repair) my leaking roof.

My neighbors used Trinity to remove old wood siding from front of house and replace with steel siding. It looked so good that we decided to do the same. We got a couple quotes and Trinity was by far the less expensive and included more.
Jesus and his Ecuadorian installation team were fantastic. Jesus met with us prior to the start of the job to go over everything and then was there on install day as well to make sure all went well. If not there he was only a text or phone call away. They worked a 12 hour day and got everything done in one day!

The crew from Trinity came out last Friday and replaced our shingles. They were very professional and very attentive to detail. The cleanup after the job was completed was unbelievable, the yard and flower beds looked better than before they were here!!! Very competitive price and best in market warranty. We wouldn't recommend anyone else, Trinity is the best in the business!!!

This company is wonderful to work with. They are honest and transparent. When I did have a small issue with some siding repairs done, they responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, took care of my repairs and did not even charge me a trip charge. It is rare these days to receive the customer service and communication that I received from Trinity. We found Trinity Exteriors at the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce Spring Home & Garden Show. Tyler came out heard what our wants for the house where. The team at Trinity came back with a detailed blueprint of a project to help us achieve our goal of a maintenance free exterior. We where informed every step of the way before the work crew arrived. Our project manger Jesus and his crew took excellent care of our house during the work. They where extremely professional, polite and precise about their work. Each day they arrived on time and completely cleaned the work area when they left. We are so happy with our choice of Trinity Exteriors.

They flaked on the appointment I had for quote this morning with no warning. The guy just never showed up. I called 20min after he was due to see if he was still coming and was told they’d need to reschedule due to it having rained earlier this morning. She first offered tomorrow, which doesn’t work for me, and then Thursday, by which point I’ll have quotes from three other contractors. It’s a poor and sloppy business practice to flake on potential customers—I won’t be considering Trinity again for any future work.

The communication was excellent….. The workmanship was top notch…. They kept the area around our very clean and organized throughout the process….. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience. They matched a price I was trying to get to. Promptly scheduled. Crew did great work in less than ideal January weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail. A couple of points here....
From the start, all members of their team were top notch. Steve the salesman, Jesus the project manager, and Alex the man who was the main worker. They took care of our home with the upmost professionalism and did an absolutely amazing job. I can't give them enough stars, they exceeded our expectations and our home looks amazing.
The city building inspector pulled me aside to compliment Jesus and his team on the quality of work. That was huge. He told me they have done many projects around the city and have always done very good work. He was very impressed with them and had nothing but the highest compliments for Trinity. The best compliment came from the electrician sub contractor. He told me they enjoy working for Trinity and take good care of their subcontractors. This is the most unique testimonial I have ever heard. I don't think I have ever heard of a small business owner giving a compliment to someone like this.

The bottom line is this whole organization is outstanding!!! From the start, everyone involved, Alejandra at the office, and all the guys in the field. Take the word from someone who doesn't fill these things out nor puts his name to a company. These guys are great.

Having Trinity do our siding project was a great experience. Ted gave us a number of options to consider and Jesus was a great Project Manager keeping in touch with us daily. I had a siding repair project completed on my house by Trinity Exteriors and was completely satisfied by sales tech, on-site job manager, and completeness of on-site job crew.
They did an excellent job with communication, which was an important part of my ask for the project, from beginning to end and thru to the city inspection of project.
Siding repaired matched original color, replaced damaged area with new, and clean up was thorough.
Any future siding work needed, they will be my first call for estimates.

Trinity replaced my roof, siding, and gutters after a recent hail storm. Restoration consultant Josh was excellent at walking me through the process prior to signing with them and promptly addressed all questions and concerns even after signing the contract. He really cared about my house being repaired properly. Josh and Joel and made several follow up visits to ensure that all hail damages were included in the insurance claim so that I would not have any surprise expenses. The Trinity roof work crew were next level professional completing OSB decking and new roof on house and garage all in one day with clean up crews working in tandem removing all debris as soon as it hit the ground. Siding and gutter crews were equally as impressive with all workers performing professionally with expert installation. Project managers Jordan (roof), Jesus (siding), and Omar (gutters) all followed up upon job completions and made all necessary adjustments so that everything was perfect. Office staff Alejandra and Sergio did a great job coordinating the work and provided excellent communications. I highly recommend Trinity Exteriors for all home improvement projects.

Had our detached garage roof done and everything went great. We had the house done by a different company and Trinity matched it perfectly.

After getting many quotes, I chose Trinity to replace my roof. They were competitively priced, knowledgeable, honest, and put my needs first. Jordan the project manager was available and on-site during and after the project to ensure everything was properly done and the site (my house) was neat and cared for. We got off to a confusing start. A few mistakes were made but Trinity fixed the problem quickly. Our project manager, Jesus, was very professional, communication was great, the workers are skilled, and they kept the job site neat. We are very pleased with the results.

We had a small repair project we needed done and talked to a number of roofing companies. They either came out looked at the project and said no, or they didn't come at all, or they tried to up sell us on a whole new uneeeded roof. Not Trinity. They looked at our project the same as all projects and were happy to help, regadless of how small the project was. They recognized that what was needed for us was as important as big projects. Everyone we worked with at Trinity was gracious and spent as much time with us as if we were a full roof replacement. They all talked of themselves as a family and they treat a their customers the same way. I couldn't recommend them higher and they are now our go to roofer.

Not impressed. Was recommended them by a friend. Poor project manager communication. Took forever to get them to come replace my roof and delayed the scheduled date by over a month which caused issues with my insurance and storm damage claim. I asked them to NOT reinstall old gutter guards after replacing the roof. They put them back on anyways. They reinstalled them improperly with HUGE gaps. Literally did not even screw them back into the roof or gutters in several spots. This led to birds and wasps making nests in the gutters, which did not let the water drain properly. Left old shingles on 2 different awnings. Left screws and nails all over my property after the roof was replaced. When they came to remove the gutter guards, they again left screws and nails on my property. Not happy about that because I have a dog and small child which is a safety hazard. I was very surprised with the lack of attention to detail. Paid WAY more than I thought I would and got subpar work. I would not recommend or use them again.

With the exception of one small faux pas at the end of the pro-ject, I could not be more impressed with Trinity. They responded quickly - like the day my insurance company called them.They were excellent communicators; when my project was delayed because of the fall season, when materials were delayed, when more measurements were needed to make sure the materials were right, (due to the style of the roof), when they knew about the project date, with details of exactly when workman would arrive, they were right there and accurate. The office and team were available for my requests/responses and feedback. The project manager was very responsible, including a last walk through to make absolute sure things were complete and tidely. They were compentent and professional, willing to go the extra mile to do an excellent job. The last workman came and I was concerned that his ladder was placed against a small hydranga tree, I asked him to please shift it (there were other places to access the roof) and be careful of a branch, which he did not do ,and the very branch I mentioned broke. Not a major problem, but an annoyance, and one that hopefully can be easy to correct on a next project.

Our experience with Trinity Exteriors was a very pleasant experience. We had roof damage on the house and detached garage and siding on the garage replaced . Kevin our sales rep was very knowledgeable helping us pick colors and brought in the experts at the beginning to solve some previous water issues from the original poor roof design. Robert was our project manager for the roofs who had some custom metal flashing made to fix issues where the roof meets the logs(log home). Jesus was our project manager for the siding on the garage who made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Romo was the lead on the siding and did some of the best flashing work around the stone that I have seen. Ted the owner came by beforehand due to some of the complexities of the project and spent time battling the insurance company to get everything covered that should have been. The whole place looks very nice and I would definitely use them again. Once the new garage doors are on it will be complete.

Replaced home + detached garage vinyl siding with LP Smartside. Completed in 6 days and it looks fantastic, could not be happier with the process and results.

This took a 8 Month process. Nick was the original Contact after we had a leak in our Bedroom. He fought our insurance Company for us and finally got everything taken care of. Jordan and his team did a top notch from top (Roof) to bottom (Clean up) we diffinately highly recommend Trinity exteriors.

Trinity Exteriors performed an inspection within 48 hours of our call and worked closely with us and our insurance company throughout the entire process. Trinity excels at communication with their clients, and we were consistently apprised of what was happening and when. They delivered on their promises each and every time. Will Collins was tremendous in coming out to inspect, bid, and follow up on the job. We had no less than half a dozen personnel from Trinity ensuring that the job was correct from day one. Thorough pre-inspections, a pre-work walk through, follow up on questions, on-job responsiveness, worker courtesy and efficiency, and assurances that it would be done right or made right were consistent during the job. After the crew was done, the post-installation follow up was awesome, from walking the property to ensure a complete clean-up to scheduling the city inspector.

Trinity took care of everything and made the job hassle free for me as the homeowner. We had very little add-on during the job, which tells me the bid will come in as advertised, and without many surprises. This is refreshing in an era when so many contractors are likely to bid low and then over run. All of my interactions with the sales staff and the folks in the office were so friendly and professional- they were super communicative and quick to respond.

Our installation crew were easily the nicest and most professional team I've ever seen. They showed up on time, worked hard and well, and got the job done in three days instead of the promised 5-7. Many kudos to Jesús, the foreman, who was always available to come by or answer questions by text or phone call. His follow up was impeccable- it's clear he cares about his clients and their homes.

Overall, I recommend Trinity - hands down the best experience and best quality work and products I could have asked for for my home and family. When making a large investment in your home, especially when you are self-funding the work, it is vital to choose the right contractor, and for us, Trinity was it. Highly recommend and would hire again if the need arises.

We used Trinity Exteriors to replace our roof because of the hail damage in May 2022. The entire experience, from start to finish, exceeded our expectations. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked with our insurance company to make it a positive customer experience.

The roofing crew was very efficient and little, if any damage, was on our lawn (only some flat spots which came back). We also didn't have any nails in the yard or on the driveway. The team also followed up with us to ensure everything was perfect.

Getting a roof replaced is not a fun thing and we can absolutely recommend Trinity Exteriors. Ask for Colin and he'll get you taken care of.

Trinty Exterior handled my roof and siding replacement after the recent storm. They were very responsive! They came out and met with the adjuster. Within 2 weeks I had a check from insurance and was ready to schedule the work. At 6 Weeks after the storm all of the work was done and I am just waiting to wrap up the last of the insurance stuff and see the final bill. That will likely take a bit since the storm effected a lot of homes in the area.

So far I am very happy with Trinity Exteriors! They have been great to work with responsive, timely and did quality work!

UPDATE: I have received the final invoice. Everything was exactly as they had said it would be. I am very happy with the work and the whole experience. They took care of everything. Great to work with start to finish. I would happily recommend them!

Thoroughly professional experience from roof inspection through to total roof replacement. Nick was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns and kept me informed about the whole process.

They discovered a loose bath vent fixture going through the attic and out the roof. This had been spewing warm moist air into our attic, maybe for years.
