I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a TMR Roofing employee while driving through Latrobe. A lane abruptly ended around a curve, and since I was unfamiliar with the area, I had no choice but to merge ahead of one of their company trucks. Although I signaled and merged at a safe distance - Instead of understanding the situation, the driver became aggressively hostile.
When the road widened again, he pulled up beside us, yelling and swearing. Despite my attempt to calmly explain that I was unfamiliar with the road and had no other option, he continued shouting profanities and even directed derogatory comments toward my wife. This kind of road rage and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone representing a business.
If this is how TMR Roofing employees behave in public, it raises serious concerns about their professionalism and company values. I strongly urge management to address this kind of conduct, as it reflects poorly on their reputation. This situation occurred at 8am on 2/26/25
Would not recommend doing business with a company that allows such unprofessional and aggressive behavior from its employees.
Still waiting for my new roof after month. Can not get anyone to call me back. Finally had my new roof installed ,great job ,thank you TMR .
