Turner Ace Hardware

I went there to match a paint color and they got it at once, quick and easy and I was back on the road right away.

Turner Ace Hardware is a great place to shop. So much easier then the big box stores where you can never find any help. And they are very dog friendly too.

My first time visited that store and Im really impressed how clean it is and plants looks fabulous and you can see people take care of them. I bought a little ceramic planter and doesn’t have the hole at the bottom and I asked how can I do that and Randall, he works here, just took my ceramic planter and make the hole for me, wow! I was so happy, thats is an excellent customer service, thanks Randall, definitely come back again

I had a wonderful experience here buying plants for my garden. If you have questions ask for Pete he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us

We went looking for large pots,we were greeted right away by pete,he showed us around and gave us great knowledge about them,we chose 2and are very happy with them! Adam and Brandon delivered them with great care and put them right where I wanted them .Everyone that works at this location was wonderful ,kind and Helpful!!

Ace Hardware never disappoints! Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need. Whether I’m tackling a home improvement project or just looking for a simple fix, they are always knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist. Unlike big-box stores, Ace has that personal touch—you feel like a valued customer, not just another shopper.

I thank the team here for taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I had the right tools for the job. If you’re looking for quality products and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I really love this place. What’s best about it is, not being very DYI competent, the people there are so knowledgeable and so helpful. Just describe what you wanna do and they have the answer. It may be a bit more expensive than Lowe’s or Home Depot but access to the knowledge for what you’re trying to get done is worth the extra cost. And I think it can be even cheaper since a lot of times they actually recommend a cheap option to get something done as opposed to a more complex, unnecessary option. Plus the stores laid out well and immaculate.

I called Ace because I needed a Grill ASAP. From the time I called it was assembled and delivered within 25 minutes. Larry and team saved the day.

This isn’t your dad’s Ace Hardware, they are located a couple of miles from Vilano Beach and next to historic downtown St Augustine. Everything you expect at Ace and so much more. Expert help when you need it, great browsing when you don’t. Love this store!

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products. It’s adequately staffed, so someone is always available if you have questions or need help. Great garden section, with staff members that will offer advice on what you need. They don’t try to upsell or sell you things you don’t need.

Ace is always a great hardware store. People are so helpful and they usually have everything I am looking for.

The friendliest service in town. An associate in the paint dept saw me walking by with a can of primer and asked if he could shake the can for me. Totally unexpected and very appreciated!

For an Ace Hardware store they had a lot of stuff. They even had spices sauces and art for sale. I never seen a hardware store like that. And the service was very friendly

Almost every time I go in, I am greeted and helped with locating what I need. For me it saves a trip to Home Depot and Lowe’s where no one helps you.

We're not really the handiest of people, and these guys always jump right in to help us as soon as we walk in the door. Yesterday we didn't even have to enter the store before one of the employees came over to look at what we needed for our car and then headed right to the tool we needed and brought it out to make sure it fit for us. It's been our experience with them every time we've come by this past year. Great customer service and knowledge.

DO NOT GO FOR PROPANE REFILL!
I frequently visit Ace for hardware needs, as it’s much more convenient than going to Home Depot. I’m very close to this location. I usually go to Courtesy for my propane refill. I decided to do it at Ace this time. Besides it’s being a process, it seems to be almost a burden. You will also leave with an empty tank and a damaged valve. I will return for other items, but definitely never again for propane!

My local hardware store. Good luck getting through the door without someone asking you if they can help. They carry great stuff and can help you get set up. The garden section is rad. I buy all of my grill supplies here as well.

Great Staff, Very clean store, Close to home for those of us who live in the north end of town!!

Went in for part got that and also, because of Lisa's, in Garden Center, because of product knowledge and Customer Service skills I got 6 really nice plants !
She made sure that the entire experience was 100 %, even by helping load my plants!

I had a minor problem with my chainsaw. Peter at this location was GREAT could not have been more helpful. Now way to get this kind of help in the big box stores.
