Frank from T-Spark came out and did an assessment for what we thought was a roof issue, he went into the hot attic and did a thorough job (fortunately there was not a roof issue) and at the end he didn't even charge us. We have used them in the past for roof replacement at another residence and we have been very pleased with their service and work. Strongly recommend them.

Awesome company!! They replaced our roof, and although that experience is normally dreadful, TSparks made it rather delightful! I have worked with this company twice regarding small projects for my roof, and they have been truly excellent. They respond promptly, provide reasonable quotes, offer honest advice, and are happy to take the time to explain their work. I'll need to replace my whole roof in the next few years and would definitely call them again for that. I particularly liked working with Frank - very helpful!

It was time for a new roof on the home. I decided to shop around and obtain estimates. TSparks Enterprises was one of the companies contacted and selected. This was the best decision I could have made. I certainly appreciated the different options presented to help make a final selection.

Travis and his staff answered all of our questions, even when we were so undecided in selecting the roof pattern. Love the fact, that he was so honest to say, ‘you’re really over thinking it’….LOL. As I remained undecided and uncommitted in selecting a roof pattern, Travis displayed only patience.

Once the project started, I didn’t stress about timelines, communication or worry about the progression of the project. TSparks is truly committed when they accept and start a project.

Frank was very patient and helpful as I strugged to understand asbestos issues in my older home. The workers started as predicted. I was kept informed with pictures about unanticipated issues. The office personal were also very helpful. When I returned everything was totally cleaned up.

My roof LOOKED perfectly fine from the street. But it had last been installed in 2005, a fact which surprised me when the insurance agent made note of it as a possible reason for my higher homeowners insurance. Since TSpark had installed a new roof on my parents' house, I thought I'd reach out to them to do mine.

Once they got the old roof off, they saw the damage that had been done by every hurricane since 2005 to blow through the area, and the ravages of time - the roof needed REPAIR. No one likes to spend money, but they showed me and my wife the extent of the damage and it was irrefutable. Luckily, they were more than equipped to do the repairs and did so within nearly the same time frame as they had estimated a simple shingles-install roof would've taken.

Frankly, I'm amazed at how fast they were able to enact the repairs and continue with the actual roof/shinge installation. A fly-by-night company might have just slapped new shingles on the rotted, falling-to-pieces understructure and called it a day, or gouged us by exaggerating the damage.

But I saw the damage and it was real, and they rightly warned us of it and then charged what I consider fair prices to fix it. Now I have a sturdy, well-built roof that should last me a good, long time. Thanks, TSpark!

Ron is an amazing example of a polite, courteous and professional Roofer, he has gone above and beyond for several people I know and my parents. I wanted to make sure the whole world knows that we are all extremely pleased with the work he has done for us, from the entire re-roof jobs to the siding and fascia replacements as well as many leaky roofs no longer leaking!! Travis and Andrea from the start were professional, friendly and helpful. They kept me informed and when the workers came to remove and install the new roof everyone again was professional and friendly. Grady kept me informed of the progress and they cleaned up each day and left the surrounding areas clean and free of debris. The gutter installers were also professional and did an excellent job. Would definitely give TSparks a five star rating and recommend them to friends and family.

We used TSpark to replace our roof. They did a great job for a better price than the other quotes we got. Everyone was courteous and we were happy with the results.

Travis reroofed my house and repaired a wall after a 50 foot pine tree fell on my house. These folks do great work and are fairly priced. It looked like it never even happened.

Travis and his team did an excellent job replacing our worn out windows and house trim (eaten by squirrels ) to make our house look brand new again! Travis went above and beyond getting everything perfect.

Travis Sparkman worked very hard and went above and beyond for an out of town customer of mine with a very limited budget for a renovation and a new roof prior to a sale. Even at time of sale he repaired things not on his original list of work to help her get this sale to closing Travis is a man of his word.

The roof was more damaged than expected, but not surprisingly so due to its age and they were champs about taking care of it. There were some small trees near the work area that were damaged, but most would've been difficult to avoid so maybe I'm too harsh.

I'd definitely use them again for other work.

The guys doing the roof and the main guy I spoke with was great! Had a billing issue one time with some woman in the office and she was not very professional and I pay my bills and it turned out SHE messed up. So be careful with her but everything else was perfect roof is beautiful

I was initially quite disappointed with scheduling communications from TSpark office. But all problems were fixed on the spot once the owner called me back.

Communication mishaps do happen, and this is life. But the end result is what matters!
Travis was very responsive, and he does care a lot about his reputation and online image - which he truly deserves.

This business was great to deal with from our sales person Alex to the men installing the roof.They showed up as expected & worked hard all day.Our neighbor recommended them too.

Had a great experience when replacing our roof with TSpark. Smooth process and reasonable price. Even though there was a unexpected glitch, Frank was quick to address it. Overall we are very satisfied.

I'm a residential customer who has done multiple projects with TSpark over the past couple of years- new deck, gutters, rebuilt a termite-eaten section of a wall, painted the house, and built a drainage system into a driveway that floods. Everyone TSpark sends to my house is polite, capable, and hard-working. Travis himself is very quick to follow up on any questions or concerns. The company did wonderful completing the project and contacting me regularly with updates and checking on how we were doing in the process. They didn’t rush us and when there was something behind they absolutely talked with us about it and answered all questions and gave solutions immediately. I will absolutely work with this company again and I love and appreciate their help and assistance.

We have worked with Travis and TSpark Enterprises on two projects now. First our roof replacement and second on new siding on our house. He introduced us to a newer product called Everlast for our siding and we are so happy we went with that. It is an amazing product! Travis is always super patient with all of our questions and completely honest about all options and costs and what would be best for your situation. His crew completes the work in a timely manner and always leaves things better than they found them. Travis always checks on ongoing and completed projects and if something is not up to his standard he gets it corrected right away.

We are already planning on a complete master bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout and closing in our garage at a future date. Travis will always be our go to guy for any renovations we do!

My experience was not the work they did, but their ethical practices. I asked them to inspect my roof. They did and told us that we really didn't need roof work and likely wouldn't for a few years. I am impressed. When we do need re-roofing my first call will be to T Spark.

Tspark provided professional, fast, and quality service. They were able to install my new roof ahead of schedule in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job and closed out the permits within the week. This made the experience very smooth.

Our new home had a small area of termite damage that we needed to have investigated and repaired to satisfy our mortgage requirements. T-Spark was so professional, always arrived on time and exactly when they said they would arrive, and handled the entire matter for us. They took pictures as they investigated how far the termite damage went to show the mortgage people, and then repaired everything quickly and completely. Every person from T-Spark that we dealt with was totally professional and had great customer service. We plan to use them for a couple future home improvement projects we have planned.

TSpark Enterprises was professional, timely, and had good communication. We were given 2 options on our roof replacement and are glad we chose the recommended solution. The work was done quickly. What little interaction I had with the daily workers on-site was polite, helpful, and instigated by us. The job manager was available for questions and was always responsive in a timely manner, often immediately. There was no leftover mess or lawn damage. Great care was taken to avoid both. When they were finished with the job, we had a beautiful new roof and soffits. There was no other indication they'd been on site. Professional work, professional cleanup, spectacular results. I plan to use them for other home improvements in the future. Highly recommended.

Having a roof shingle replacement is never a "good" experience and throw in Solar Panels and it can get complicated. Travis worked with me to smooth out the process and made some valuable suggestions. The Roof turned out beautiful and the solar was back online in good time.

We had a leak in our roof and needed a new roof. They came out and fixed the leak first, free of charge, as they could not come and renew the roof right away. When they did come and replace the roof everyone was pleasant and professional. Because I have horses they came back to make sure all tacks were picked up. Roof is looking great. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

From the first moment I did the online form to get a quote, T-Spark was first class. Within the week representative Frank came out and measured our roof and talked us through our options. He took the time to listen and give us a timeframe the work could be completed.

We agreed on a Monday date a few weeks later and sure enough, that Monday project manager Ed and his crew dropped off the materials, set the roll off dumpster for removing the old shingles, and surveyed the job. Over the next 4 days they were ready to start work at 8 am and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The work was completed on friday, the shingles look great, the flat roof is sealed better than it has been in years, and they custom designed and installed new toppers for our chimneys that were sorely needed.

After the roof was completed they sent a plaster subcontractor out to patch the ceilings in our 90 year old home, and a painter to match the texture and color of our ceiling. Both were courteous and on time.

Billing is a breeze and is paid through an email link on a secure server.

Thank you Frank, Ed, and of course Travis... who as an owner, is hands on and not afraid to answer emails with his opinion on a job in a direct and respectful way.

We were very happy with the services provided by TSpark. Travis was of great assistance in helping us select the right materials for our roofing job and was also very accommodating with some scheduling issues we encountered. The work was done quickly and looks great. The roof was a fairly standard job, but TSpark also renovated a large storage building that was in very bad shape. I had my doubts that it could even be done and several other contractors declined to bid on the work. But Travis and his crew were able to figure out how to make it work at a cost that was quite reasonable for the amount of work involved.

I would not hesitate to recommend TSpark to family and friends. An all around excellent experience.

02/15/2019: I had an awesome experience working with Travis at TSpark Construction. We live in Cairo GA and needed roof replacement from wind damage. Having to navigate the claims process with our insurance, Travis welcomed questions and reassured me about how all that worked. Upon my first call to him for an estimate, he responded timely and came up to Cairo without hesitation. When work started his team was very efficient and proficient and completed the roof in ONE day. Travis helped with a leaking roof prior to Hurricane Michael. After the Hurricane, his repair work had remained intact. His crew came back and completed additional work due to Hurricane Michael to include the roof and an exterior wall of the house. The workmanship and the employees professionalism were outstanding. Highly Recommended.
