TSP Contracting

My mother's apartment flooded, and the HOA sent out TSP contractors to deal with the emergency. Recently, dealing with my mother's death, this was the last thing I needed. I have to say that the gentlemen that came out to the apartment were exceptional. It is an old building, and it turned out to be one thing after another.
The crew manager, Mr. Fidel Castro (no relation to Cuba) was exceptional. Very respectful, ethical and dedicated to resolve the issues. He and his crew, Mr. Duane and Mr. Aldo stayed one night until almost 11:00 pm.
They were dealing with not only my apartment but the one downstairs. Mr. Daniel, Mr. David, Mr. Manuel and Mr. William made a very scary situation much better. My hat off to these dedicated workers. Mrs. Janine in the front office was also very professional and helpful.
Management could use a little more finesse, but this does not take away from the excellent work that these gentlemen completed. I would recommend these guys anytime.

I used TSP for years as my community has hired them for our condo contract .
Ronald is such an asset and so pleasant to work with .. Such a gentleman.. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Ronald. You won’t go wrong.

Jairo and the rest of the crew with TSP did a top notch job to replace my kitchen after the pipes leaked and created mold. Everything had to be taken down and reconstructed and they worked hard and went above and beyond.

I would recommend using TSP Contracting to repair things in your home. I had my drywall repaired as well as the towel rack in my bathroom. I also had my tile replaced for my bathroom shower, and I don't have any issues. The technician that completed these services is named Gustavo. He did an excellent job and completed the repairs in a timely fashion.

We had a great experience with TSP this weekend. From beginning to end... I emailed TSP for handyman services via the website. A response came pretty quickly and we were able to schedule someone to come in and take a look at our small projects. Ever G. came to review our small projects. He was very responsible and professional and within a few days we received an estimate via email. The work was scheduled for this weekend. The TSP personnel that came to our house (Jairo and Rolando) were professional, respectful, meticulous, efficient.... good workers!!! We were impressed and are very happy with the work completed!!!! Definitely will use TSP in the future....

Project: Installation of replacement water heater and new expansion tank.
- TSP performed an exceptional job from the initial estimate, work plan and purchase, job completion, and invoicing. The crew was professional, courteous, efficient, organized, and knowledgeable.
- In researching the VA Mechanical Code, Chapter 10 (water heaters, etc.), my interpretation is that compliance has no specification for ‘copper piping’ to be used. TSP upgraded my plastic pipes to copper with no extra charge, and without my request.
- My new water heater is working and looking great, thank-you! And I look forward to future projects with TSP.

I am very happy with TSP’s services. Their communication was great and the cost was reasonable. I had asked them to repair drywall and they handled it very well. Highly recommend them!

TSP team made repairs in my condo in October 2024. They completed the work on time, their team is very professional, respectful and responsive to all my questions and doubts. Special call out to Josmer who did a beautiful work repairing a wall that was damaged during water leaks. His work was outstanding and demonstrated great customer service.

The deadbolt on our door busted and I tried fixing it myself. Ended up making things worse and didn’t have the tools or know-how to fix it. Called TSP and they got me help and a quote right away. The contractor was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and now my door works perfectly. It was a little pricy, but well worth the money in my opinion for the speed, customer service, and quality of work.

I recently had my hall bath and primary bath renovated by TSP. I cannot recommend them enough! Maria, the project manager, was so helpful and was available throughout the whole project, making us feel like our job was her only priority! Reynold and the rest of the crew were friendly, professional, and their attention to detail was amazing. No renovation is without hiccups, but when anything came up Reynold and Maria assured us about any corrections that needed to be made and were transparent with timelines. I used a different company to remodel my kitchen and wish I had used TSP! The craftsmanship is topnotch!!

We required some exterior repairs to our home. The work was delayed by weather for a few days, but the team was very efficient when things cleared up. I also appreciated the responsive communication and updates regarding weather.

My house was left in shambles by a previous contractor. When Ronald and his TSP crew arrived I had little hope my condo could be repaired. Fidel and Louis are the best in and around town and they just so happen to work at TSP Contracting. I contacted them in the evening, they showed up to my DC residential property super quick and fixed my home repair in 15 minutes! In addition, they have the best customer service as they lightened the mood and answered all my questions while doing the work.

My experience with TSP Contracting was outstanding. Kevin arrived at my house between 6:00 7:00 on October 12th. He assessed the damage and immediately came up with a plan for water mitigation and restoration.

Wender at TSP Contracting is the very best! He replies to all of texts quickly and can handle any issue we send to him.

The first appointment I had with this company, they didn’t show up. I should have moved on to a different company right then. But instead I continued.
I hired them to replace a door that had broken glass. It took them months and three tries to get an acceptable result.
Don’t let what happened to me happen to you. Find a different company

I recently used TSP Contracting for a drywall/tile project in my master bathroom. Roberto did an awesome job! I am very pleased with the outcome. I plan on using them again in the near future.

Rose called me as I requested when the plumber was on the way.. The plumbers were very courtesy & helpful by explaining & answering any questions we had about the installation. When installation was complete they replaced everything as it was in the surrounding area. Very pleased with their service.

I had a bad leak in my dining room. A large section of carpet was soaked and needed to be replaced. However, I had never liked having carpet in the dining room so I had them replace the floor with vinyl flooring that matched the faux wood in the kitchen. It looked beautiful and was much nicer than the carpet. They fitted the flooring against the hall carpet perfectly and I have been incredibly pleased with the work that was done and also with the fact that their price was completely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tsp Contracting and would hire them again if I needed work done.

In my experience, TSP has been first rate. Communication is excellent, and so are the results of the work in the home. Each TSP employee with whom I interacted was very courteous and professional. They know what they're doing. TSP doesn't waste your time.

Jerry at TSP contracting is an invaluable asset to the Westwood Village Condos. He has jumped through such hoops to get my unit ready for settlement with me having the worst series of bad luck in back to back gas and water leaks days before settlement. He's been extremely responsive and has been moving at warp speed to get everything resolved - I wouldn't have wanted anyone else on the job, especially with how familiar he is with the units and his high level of qualifications. This was my first time having work done by Jerry and I've never seen a contractor get things diagnosed and repaired so quickly on such short notice. Even my realtor has been duly impressed by his work and time frame.
