Travis Jacobs responded to my request to examine and repair a leak in my roof which had been fully replaced 3 years ago. Mr. Jacobs examined the underside of the rook from my attic crawl space. He examined the roof and found the point where the leak had occurred through faulty workmanship of the previous roofers. He repaired and replaced shingles over the place where the leak had been. Where previous workers had merely placed a spot of glue over the place and walked away, Travis took time and thoroughly examined, then repaired the damage left by the previous contractors.
