A friend of mine was having Trust do his roof and called them for me. Cody actually answered the phone, no push one for this and two for that, no recording of how important I am to them, a real person. We made an appointment for him to come by and climb up on the roof and look at it. Cody took it from there. He photographed the roof, contacted the insurance company, met their claims adjuster, calculated the cost of replacement, came to an agreement with the insurance company. Very shortly after this shingles were delivered and the next day the old roof was off, the new one was on. I knew exactly what I would be paying and what the insurance would pay and it turned out exactly that way. No unseen charges or cost overruns. The job the roofing crew did was absolutely first rate. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. If you are fed up with AI answering the phone and a fake computer voice making your appointments, call Cody and Trust Roofing. I have a second house I rent out and when I saw the job being done on my own house, I had them do that rental as well and had the very same experience. I don't want to leave out the other person I worked with, Trevor who did an equally good job. 5+ stars.

Trust Roofing replaced our residential roof/gutters this past fall. We were especially pleased with their high-level of communication, their scheduling of removal/replacement to our advantage, the work completed on schedule, their assistance with insurance payment, the high quality of building materials/installation, and their overall commitment to customer satisfaction.

Trust roofing came by and offered to inspect my roof and I am well into my senior years and am beyond getting up there to see how things are holding up. We had several strong wind events and I had been noticing some pieces of asphalt shingles on the ground as well as some of the granular coating that had come out of the downspout.
Cody was one of the representatives that got up on the roof and took some pictures and then gave me their assessment of the roofs condition. It was obvious that some of the ridge shingles and metal valley flashing was in poor condition and probably could fail if we had a significant hail, wind rain event.
They offered to submit a no obligation claim and explained how the cost sharing would be handled between me and my insurance company. This was done on writing not a verbal agreement.
Cody handled the interface between the insurance adjuster and getting all the final documents handled with the insurance company. He also gave me the Trust roofing written warranty that allows the 10 year warranty to be transferred to the new owner if I sell the home.
Cody did a good job handling any of the questions or issues I had with the Trust roofing owner and the installers.
With the new roof upgraded shingles I received a discount on my homeowners insurance.

Trust Roofing was the best. From the minute we met Wes until the finished project, we knew we had the right company. We had some issues with our Solar company and our mortgage company, but Wes was patient throughout all the delays and stayed positive, even when we were not! As far as the work, roof and gutter replacement, things were done to perfection and everything was cleaned and picked up after the job was finished. We had hail damage from the last hail storm that came through and ad all of the people who lived in the area we were flooded with roofing salesman coming to our door. Many were rude, pushy and aggressive. Then a breath of fresh air came to my door; a friendly, respectful young man who was not pushy at all. I allowed him to get on my roof he explained that I definitely needed a new one and how he personally and his company could assist. His name if Jeff Schamp.The next time we visited he brought his manager, Weston DeSouza, who was equally as nice and every bit a gentleman. These two made getting a roof effortless and using their recommendations of color that would be approved by our HOA, we are very pleased with the end result. The crew was here at 8:30 and literally finished and cleaning up by 3:30. They were amazing. Weston came by shortly after they left doing his own inspection and picking up the very few nails that were missed by the crew and I do mean very few. He just wanted to make sure we were satisfied and did we have any additional questions. The. The very next day Jeff called as well, same thing, wanted to be sure everything went smoothly, did I need him to do anything else and thanked me for using his company. I knew the process very step of the way and it didn’t stop as the crew drove anyway there was definite follow up I would highly recommend this duo, very impressive !!!!

Cal is awesome. He came out and met up with insurance appraiser and walked with during the inspection. He worked with the insurance company all the way through the process. He explained everything to me in plain language, which made it nice. I had hail damage to my house/garage and shed. When they delivered the shingles Matt was out here to make sure everything went as planned. When the crew showed up a couple days later, they said they would have it done that day. I was thinking yeah right. They had it removed and shingled by 3:00 pm, and it looks great. It was windy that day and I figured I'd be picking up trash afterwards. Nope they had it all cleaned up.

Trust Roofing has done an excellent job to install a new roof for us. We are in the process of selling our house and home inspection found hail damage. We need to solve this problem before closing. Trust roofing goes above and beyond just replacing your roof. Callum Merkowitz was there when the insurance claims representative came to inspect the roof. When that same representative forgot to include the gutters in the quote, Cal came out and took additional pictures and submitted them to the insurance company to amend their original estimate. Cal knows how to take photos for insurance companies, and he also knows the correct terminology that insurance companies use to help with insurance claims. Cal will go the extra mile on your behalf to get you the kind of insurance coverage needed to provide you with the perfect roof over your head.

Cal is always very quick to respond to voice mails and text messages. When the roofers were working, he dropped in several times a day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The cleanup crew did an excellent job as well. They swept the ground with a magnet so that all nails were picked up, so that our pet and tires were safe.

The other contractors that Trust Roofing Company works with, like skylights and gutters, are also excellent. They also made sure we are pleased with their products and workmanship.

Cal and his crew did my roof this past weekend. We came back to a competed job and zero mess to be seen. Cal came out the day after the job was competed to inspect the work for himself. He nitpicked a couple of things that seemed like total non-issues but he had the crew come back and get it perfect. That's the kind of service you want from a contractor.

He is an honest man full of integrity and trust, just like his business name implies. Cal visited our home after Windsor was hit with a hail storm. He was canvasing our neighborhood and I happened to be in the driveway when he stopped by. Cal offered to inspect our roof. After inspection, to my surprise, he shared our roof did NOT have any hail damage and repair services were NOT warranted at the time. This goes to show he is an exceptional, class act man. Callahan and his crew are as professional and thorough as one will find! They were in constant communication and the detail to work was absolutely amazing. Having three dogs I felt that the team went out of their way to be extra careful and considerate while installing the roof. They did an amazing job and the house looks brand new again!

Calihan made my roof replacement experience fantastic. I, like most, was at a loss for who to trust when it came to assessing and replacing my hail damaged roof. We live a ways away just east of Cheyenne, WY but Calihan made it seem like we were his neighbor. He visited with us about the process, inspected the roof, handled the insurance claim, made his appointments on time, delivered awesome products and followed up after the service was completed.
