Truss Pros - Britton

Our Companies have done business through a third party vendor through the years, and, we had an issue with shipping. Truss-Pros, refused to help with a miss shipment that caused further delay and loss of money. A simple exchange of paperwork and few few minutes of ones's time would have avoided this problem, but again, It seems LeAnn and Steve were both out to make sure that they just didn't have to "Deal" with this. If I were choosing a company I would think twice, because if they treat their Vendors this way, you can only imagine how they operate with their customer base.
