We just had TruNorth replace our roof. They are very professional and personable, reasonable, responsive, and reliable!! We are beyond happy with the outcome of the roof (which was done in one day!). The cleanup was amazing - no sign of construction left! We highly recommend their services and look forward to doing more with them in the future!

My husband and I did a complete remodeled of our bedroom, bathroom and closet. Jeff and his team were professional and attentive during the entire project. Matt, Jeff, and the entire team at TruNorth went above and beyond for our construction project. We had them create a closet space from an unused room upstairs that involved relocating door ways, door swings, light switches, pocket doors, trim, and a new wall. They were on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves each day (which is tough when you're dealing with plaster walls), and kept me informed about some unforeseen road blocks that came up along the way. We had a small punch list after the work was done and they personally came back to ensure the entire job was completed to our satisfaction. I will certainly be looking to them for our next project in the future.

Matt and Jeff were extremely professional and the construction of our new deck was perfect. We chose TruNorth to complete a renovation of our Master Bath. During the process of getting quotes and discussing the project, they proved to be honest and provided a complete understanding of what we were getting into. I have known Jeff for over 10 years and had always heard amazing things about the quality of his work, so when my and I wanted to renovate our kitchen, it was an easy decision to call Jeff. Jeff and Matt came out, listened to what we wanted to do and they helped guide us through the entire process. When we ran into an issue because the stove we ordered was taller than our previous one, Jeff and Matt came right out and helped find a solution and we ended up with an outcome that we love. The TruNorth crew were always super friendly and at the end of each day before they left everything was cleaned and put back to normal which made living through a kitchen renovation bearable. Worked with TruNorth recently on a big home addition (master suite w/bathroom, 2 car garage, and mudroom). The entire process was great. Everything was completed on schedule and on budget. Jeff and Matt were awesome...organized, responsive, honest. They facilitated the entire addition (from architect designs, to permits/inspections, building, selecting finishes, etc) and made sure all our options were within the price range we'd designated. We talked about the style we liked, showed them some pictures, and they did all the leg work finding and pricing out options to match our taste. Our addition looks amazing and the quality is great. We could not be happier and will definitely hire TruNorth again for any future projects!

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our remodeling project. We have remodeled many homes throughout the years - Jeff and his team provided an A-1 experience from start to finish. Excellent communication between Jeff and his contractors resulted in a project that started on time, ended on time and within our budget. Quality of work was superior. Jeff was in constant contact with the customer and provided the type of customer service rarely seen in today’s world. He was responsive to each and every concern we had - guiding and directing us in each aspect of the project. From design to selection of materials, cost concerns, scheduling - Jeff and team were always there to make sure WE were happy with everything. Can’t speak highly enough about the experience. We recently purchased a home built by TruNorth and they did an excellent job! Jeff and team are easy to work with and they did a great job from top to bottom. Before we moved in they made sure every detail was perfect and flawless. The open floor plan, top quality finishes and modern design were exactly what we were looking for. The design was well thought out with the latest trends and colors. Additionally, the home is very efficient with great insulation. We love our house and are grateful to TruNorth for building our dream home and being great to work with.

**Update: As the house came with a 1 year warranty, we occasionally checked in with TruNorth to ask a few questions about the house. On each occasion, Jeff was extremely responsive and on one occasion worked with his suppliers to replace a window that had a manufacturing defect. It was great to know that Jeff stood behind his work and ensured the issue was corrected very timely.

TruNorth built a 2-story press box at the Coventry CT Little League Baseball field complex in the Spring of 2018. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail shown bright on this project. We thank Matt & Jeff as they donated all of their time and efforts to make this project a reality - Thanks TruNorth from all of us at Coventry Little League!

TruNorth just completed our new, expanded, modern outdoor deck. The workmanship is excellent, as is the attention to detail. It came out beautifully and we have gotten so many compliments already.
