We are in the process of some major projects at our home and have had a on going problem with a leak from our upstairs bathroom tub. Glenn made the trip himself and found the problem and corrected it immediately. His professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. Had a pipe burst in our bathroom in the top floor of our house in Glastonbury. Glenn and his team were Amazing. They handled absolutely everything and our house looks so beautiful now. He really took something incredibly stressful for us and made every step of the process easier. I can’t recommend Force 1 enough.

Well water pipe leaked inside basement wall, removed carpet and sheetrock, dried up area and treated to prevent moisture accumulation and formation of mold. Left equipment over night to ensure everything was dry. Prepped for the concrete fix! Force1 employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Locally owned and managed in town!

Force One was there when I needed them on a Sunday evening! Live in South Windsor and they are in town and response time was less than an hour! Water heater was leaking and didn’t have a clue until entire basement carpet was soaked! They came right away, ripped the carpet out, moldings from the wall and dried it all out! Even got me a new water heater installed next day! Would highly recommend this company!

Workers were all untrained and a couple of them even went against company policy and offered under the table restoration services. These “services” turned out to be conmen stealing deposits from not only me but about 14 other customers of Force1 Restoration. As far as the business themselves they rip customers off. Exuberant pricing. I got charged for equipment that was never used and services never done (I worked from home and supervised). After all the charges came through they stopped picking up my calls to ask about useless charges and threatened to send my bill to collections. I regret not documenting all of this. Suing would’ve been a breeze. Don’t look away, RUN away.

Glenn came to the rescue in a horrible situation. Our central air broke and caused lots of water damage! He came right away and was very informative on explaining how the process would be from drying our home, packing out, rebuild and eventually being back home. Glenn and his team are VERY friendly, patient and accommodating. No matter near or far, day or night Force One Restoration is there for you and will get the job done!

My AC pump for my HVAC unit died which caused a flood in my basement force one restoration was quick to come out and fix the problem. I would recommend them to anybody.

Should be this....Top-notch company! hey came out to our house fast and figured out what was causing our toilet to leak water everywhere and our floors and walls being wet. These guys did everything that same day! They tore out the wet carpet and the wet drywall so it wouldn’t cause more mildew issues. Very professional organized, clean, and fast! Highly recommend Glenn and his team!

I just cannot understand how drying my garage and basement for 2.5 days can cost 4500 dollars. I called at 7.30am with water in my garage and basement, was told they would be here between 11 and 1, they showed up after 5, set up and left. When i called the office to get an estimate, i was told they cannot give me a price as it would depend on the number of days equipment would be in my house. When i got the bill 2 weeks later, charges were per day, so you cannot give estimate per day??? 350 dollar fee mergency call ( after hours)??? Do people actually schedule your visits weeks in advance? You are in emergency business. After hours? Tak8ng advantage of people in such stressful situations is a disgrace. They put travel time on the bill because they are not in my area. Really? Why did you not warn me about it when i called that travel time for you is 1.5 hours and you are sending 3 people the next morning to check the equipment even though i called and said that everything is ridiculously wet??? I am beyond frustrated and disappointed

I made several phone calls to address sewage cleanup in my basement and Force 1 was the first to respond. Not only did they perform their specialized water cleanup/santizing services, also arranged to have an excellent plumber come in a hurry. I noticed the issue at 5pm and the issue was fixed and cleaned up by 10pm! They also left dehumidifiers and fans to make sure my basement was completely dry before their job was done. Everyone answered my questions with kindness and patience, while I was in a stressful moment. They are a one stop shop for everything I needed, and would definitely use them again!

Over an hour late first day with a ragtag collection of what seemed to be day laborers that barely spoke English. I had already removed wet carpeting and water except for some seepage that was still ongoing. They ripped out the bottom 2 feet of drywall and insulation, and I do mean ripped out......floor was still wet when they did so which led to white drywall dust all over. To this day I still can't go upstairs without leaving white footprints all over my house. They damaged the walls when pulling off all the trim, you can see the holes from the hammer when they pried it off. The one painted room has white handprints and streaks all over it and the drywall tape on the corners was pulled away above the 2 foot cut line. They power washed the floor twice after letting the wet drywall cure with fans for 5 days and still hasn't solved the issue. They were late every day and some days did not even show up, which I can understand since everyone was pretty busy, but they did not even call to say they had issues and it took multiple calls to get them to reschedule. The only thing they did right was haul away all the wet carpet and damaged items I had already hauled out of the basement. The owner even remarked that "it looks like sh_t" when he saw where they dragged all the wet drywall through my garage. They had to power wash that too. If I could give zero stars I would.

My house went through some serious water damage in late Dec while were away.....Glenn and his crew worked tirelessly for day cleaning up the horrible mess the water left behind. Force 1 is now helping us remodel and put the house back together. We definitely thankful for them, and would always recommend them to anyone.

We had water from an ice dam pouring through our bedroom ceiling in February. Force1 showed up that day to assess and were at our house with a crew in a couple of days to start the remediation (we had a roofing crew the next day and Force1 would not have been able to get in that day) The Force1 crew was very professional. Once the remediation was done it took a little time to get the restoration process started but nothing compared to estimates that we were getting from other contractors. They fixed our room beautifully and within the amount estimated by the insurance company.

Glenn and his crew are amazing! My rental home's basement flooded on Christmas day and he came out to help. Did Not complain, did not give me a hard time just said I will be right out and was there in 30 min, on Christmas day!! He and his assistant were very personable and super friendly. It took a few days to clean up and dry the basement, he took care of everything. I would recommend him and his company for your clean up needs.

What a great experience in a time of need. I dealt with Glenn who was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going to happen from start to finish and how long the work was expected to take. His crew was at my house 10 minutes early and nothing but professional. They did everything the way Glenn had explained to me and kept the timeline. My house is back to normal and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Force 1 Restoration for making my house a HOME once again.

Glenn and his crew were absolutely amazing. I called in the evening as an emergency service with a flood in my basement. They were at my door in an hour. They spent the next few days working hard to correct the problem. The guys on his crew were excellent. Respectful, punctual, friendly and just plain great to do business with.
