Very good people honest company I think there's the best company that I ever deal with personality wonderful no complain about this company is some company that I recommended to any my friends and my family anybody I love so much the way they work the way they do everything that way the gate to you right away and the last thing best job ever appreciate it appreciate it a lot I wish the best to these people that work in this company and I help a lot for generations thank you all people God bless

Edit: owner was friendly about it, not their fault that it happened, but the side of my house is melting because the windows my neighbor has. Super annoying to deal with/ looks terrible after 6 months. They say it’s rare, I’m inclined to believe that, but I’d not have done vinyl had this possibility been communicated to me in the long sale process.

Original review: (5 stars) Very pleased with my experience with Harmony for our siding project. Probably talked to 10 different companies and after that exhaustive process, went with these guys. Price was reasonable compared to some other quotes, and the work was quick and thorough. The salesman, John, was excellent. Knowledgeable, but not pushy in any way. The crew that came over was incredibly diligent and skilled. A project like this, you don’t REALLY know for a couple of years, but my house looks brand new to me and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments from neighbors. You’re in good hands with Harmony if you’re looking for new siding.

First and foremost the house looks great. They sided my home late 2023. I would’ve left a better review but they’re ignoring my requests and calls for someone to fix the minor remaining issues.

First, the installer put my door handle upside down. Next, the window casing on one of my windows is a little off and not smooth like the others. The installer told me he needed to get his tools and would be back the following weekend to fix. This was 5 months ago. We also did not have the shutters added to my home. I was supposed to receive a refund on that money. Never received. I have one slab of siding that slides down on my home and I have to lock it back in place.

I have saved texts from he owner that he would be in a service request back in December of 2023. Obviously, no one has come out. I’ve called the office multiple times and no response.

Buyer beware. A manager does not come out to look at the finished work.

All 3 crews, roofing , siding and gutters, did an amazing job.
The price was very competitive and I cannot find a flaw in the quality. I highly recommend them

Potential structural damage caused by Harmony. We are almost 1 year out from the beginning of my experience with Harmony Home Improvement. We hired them for 3 repairs A roof, facia and bay window replacement. Not 1 of them went well. Our roof was done in February of 2023 the roofers left beer bottle caps all over my driveway. Cigarette butts all over my yard. They broke my weathervane and my Christmas lights without telling me. I paid for removal and replacement of my rotted facia board with a pvc board. They placed the pvc board on top of the rotted wood board. They returned to fix this issue but only after accusing me of lying and then they caused more damage to my home. Finally the worst part of all, our bay window. The window was promised in 6 to 8 weeks and took 6 months. The window was delivered and the installer determined it was 2 inches too big. Instead of reordering it Harmony authorized him to cut into the header and install the oversized window. After speaking to a contractor friend I learned that it is not legal to cut into a header. I contacted our building dept to discover Harmony never pulled a permit for my window replacement. At inspection the sales rep and installer withheld the fact that they cut into my header. When I mentioned it the inspector informed them that they need to get an engineer involved to determine if they compromised the structural integrity of my home. The inspector asked how much they cut and the installer lied claiming it was 3/4 of an inch. In reality it was 2 inches. It has been months and I have not heard from anyone since I reached out to them in November. The reply I received was I’ll look into it. The inspector was here in September. I’ve emailed the owner and never received a response. I cannot in good faith recommend Harmony Home Improvement to anyone.

John Kavanagh and the Harmony Home Improvement team were professional and responsive to our roofing inquiries. They provided us with the quality assurance we were looking for in a home improvement company. The turnaround on our roof was quick! We were amazed by how efficient the roofers were. We highly recommend Harmony!

I had the facia board damaged from this winter's storm and needed someone to repair it. Harmony came in and repaired the damage and it looks as good as new. They were responsive and getting an estimate was easy. I would recommend this company for your home repair.

Supposed to come and do an estimate, apparently they do not do foundation work, which is fine but somehow they made the appointment with me for foundation work. Then they say they sent a cancellation email, no call or anything to explain that they don’t do foundation work, but an automated response via email. Whelp I never got the email and they never showed up for the estimate on our foundation. Don’t trust their system so don’t use them. No clue about their actual work performance since I didn’t get to see it, but lack of communication is enough for me to never use this company and yo tell others not to use this company.

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I were looking to re-do our deck since the old one was about 30 years old (or more - we inherited it when we bought the house). John came by, gave us the estimate and responded in a timely manner. He also was very responsive via text and kept us in the loop with changes to the installation date after some heavy rains. Carlos and his team did an amazing job putting in our new deck and frame for a trellis system we'll be installing for our climbing roses (I'll update this review with more pictures once we do - specifically once we stain the beams).

We love our new little outdoor spot, and couldn't recommend Harmony Home Improvement enough. If you're looking for a small company that cares about doing a great job, then you've found them.

Had the appointment for a quote set from 1:30 - 2:30, received my email confirmation as well. As of today, nobody showed up and when I called their office, the person on the phone shut me down saying they don’t do quotes in person. Didn’t ask me for any information, not my name, address or otherwise. I asked how to proceed and they kept saying someone would reach out. It was a fairly strange interaction.

Dennis and his team were absolutely amazing! We would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof done. They went above and beyond to help us in such a short notice and we are forever thankful. If you need your roof done look no further because Harmony Home Improvement is the place to go! I was due for a roof replacement and gave Harmony a call to get a quote. Spoke to Dennis, answered a few quick questions and then set up a time to meet. When he came to my house to discuss he had already come up with estimates based on satellite images of the roof. No BS, he just explained the process, answered a couple questions I had, and then he gave me multiple options based on the different brands of roofing material, as well as the different warranty options. I loved having one page that very clearly laid out different options, and what the price would be for each option. Much more transparency than I'm used to. On top of that, the price I paid ended up being a bit better than other quotes I received. They also added an additional vent to the roof so that I can have my handyman add some piping so my bathroom fans vent outside, rather than just in to the attic like they currently do.

Initially one shingle was slightly curled after the installation, and when I mentioned it to Dennis he said that it would most likely flatten itself out within a day or so, and sure enough, by the next day it had flattened out and that spot looks as good as the rest of the roof. If I were to nit pick a few of my tall grassy plants along the walkway by the back porch got a little beat up. But it may have been unavoidable. They did put up some sheeting to protect the plants along the side of the house and seems like they did the best they could. Also, the vent that was installed for the bathroom ceiling fans wasn't placed exactly where we had initially discussed, so my handyman will definitely need to use some extra piping to get from where the fans are to where the vent was placed. Fortunately I don't think this will be a big deal.

Overall, very pleased with how everything went and I really appreciated Dennis' no BS approach to things. Some of my windows are showing their age and I will most likely be giving Harmony a call again when the time comes to tackle that project. If you're in to hiking at all, ask Dennis about his adventures in the White Mountains!

We recently hired Harmony to replace our roof and install vinyl siding and new gutters. Our experience with Harmony was exceptional. The quality of work was top notch. Dennis kept us informed of every aspect of the job. He was always available (24x7) to answer question and continually stopped on-site throughout the job to inspect progress and insure we were satisfied. Most importantly he is honest and caring; a quality sometimes absence in the home improvement business. I am happy to recommend Harmony Home Improvement.

No other company would respond to my house because I only needed two windows replaced. John K came right out to measure and give me an estimate. When the windows finally arrived (pandemic backlogs) the job was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. Igor showed up on time. He was extremely professional. Explained everything he was doing in detail, wore shoe protectors every time he came in the house from outside and worked until 7:30 at night (on a Friday!!). Early Saturday morning John checked in to see how the job came out. With this kind of service I highly recommend Harmony. I don’t usually bother with reviews but this company deserves the recognition for excellent work and service.

I called Dennis about a roof repair we needed. From the get go he explained everything to me, provided manual checks I could do to see if repairs were actually needed, was responsive and patient with someone who knows nothing about roofing and took the time to explain it to me.

While we did not end up using Harmony since our home warranty ended up covering a good portion of the costs with a different company, it was clear Dennis was about being honest and was clearly not looking to just charge us a bunch of money to do something. He explained our situation, how we know if we needed a repair and about what it would cost to fix in the form of a quote that was competitively priced (actually cheaper than the quote we got from the home warranty company however the home warranty covered part of that cost).

If we ever need any work on our roof not covered by our home warranty I promise I will be contacting Dennis first. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest roofer who isnt out to take advantage of you.

We had our roof replaced after 31 years. Harmony Home Improvement gave a prompt & comprehensive quote, did the job soon after we signed the contract. The job was completed on time, crew was very professional and did excellent work. We recommend them most highly!

Just had Harmony replace my entire roof as well as three skylights. From the quoting process through delivery of material and install the process was smooth and most importantly to me the communication was clear. The crew was timely, friendly and left my yard in great shape. Can't recommend them enough and actually I'm talking with them now about my gutters!

I got three estimates and Harmony was in the ball park!
They showed up striped and replaced my roof in one day.
The guys did a great job cleaning up.
One of my gutters got damaged and John was right there took a picture and they came out and replaced the gutter!

If you are looking for a contractor who actually shows up when he says he is going to and is on time, prepared, and experienced, then Dennis at Harmony Home Improvement is the one to call! I wouldn't hesitate using him again and have already referred him to two other people who have had a good experiences as well.

Could not recommend Harmony highly enough! I recently had recurring wind damage to my roof (installed by a different contractor), which ultimately required a complete roof replacement.

Harmony stood out from the first conversation. Dennis was extremely responsive, prompt, worked up a thorough and competitive proposal, and literally went out of his way to assist with the insurance claim.

Perhaps most importantly, however, it was the overall customer experience - their attention to detail, low pressure approach, and competence and professionalism - that left you feeling like they were more concerned about servicing the customer than just getting another sale.

Suffice to say, the new roof looks great! Harmony will be my first call for any future exterior home improvement projects!

I highly recommend Harmony Home Improvement for roofing, siding, and residence upgrading/repair. From my initial meeting with John Kavanagh until all projects were completed, he was always attentive, accessible and courteous.

John listened to what we wanted to be done and was very accommodating. He sent us quotes for different scenarios we had envisioned with and without a number of items, such as: roof replacement, siding replacement, and upkeep needed for the house such as shutter and screen door replacement, and minor cosmetic damage to the garage. John was patient and extremely accommodating to us as we finalized what work would actually be done, and he kept in contact with us every step of the way.

As far as the Harmony Home improvement crew, they were punctual and adhered to strict safety standards and insured there was always a path of egress for us during the work areas.

My wife and I do not hesitate to recommend Harmony Home Improvement to you. Their rates are reasonable for the area and for minor home improvement jobs they are willing to negotiate with you on the charges. We had a fantastic experience with Harmony Home Improvement, who took over an existing deck project that needed to be reworked. My wife and I hired family to complete a pool deck and unfortunately it was not able to be finished. Upon having it inspected, we found that there were numerous structural issues that needed to be attended to in order for it to pass code. Dennis came to evaluate the job and assured us that the deck could be saved, brought up to code and made to look nice. They recently finished the work and it passed inspection and looks fantastic. Throughout the whole process, Dennis was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to details, responsive to any questions and his team was professional, on-time and diligent. The main crew, led by Billy, has a passion for carpentry and continually expressed how their main goal was to make us happy with the project, which we are! We highly recommend Harmony!

Have you ever had someone come to your home to give you any estimates? It’s never quick and easy. Most of the time you have to listen to a hour long presentation and then get a very high quote. CALL HARMONY HOME IMPROVEMENT before you call any other company! It was fast. It was easy. It took maybe 15 minutes! They did the work before they showed up by measuring our roof using Google Earth. Harmony uses three brands of shingle with several options in each brand. Then you have the quotes based off which brand and style shingle you decide on. The pricing was perfect. Let’s put it this way: I was able to have my roof replaced, two skylights and new gutters for less than what other companies wanted to charge! Dennis is extremely easy to talk to, not pushy and very honest with his recommendations.

Everything was installed in one day. The workers are very nice, professional, hard working and efficient. They made this process so easy. I would recommend them hands down to anyone who needs work done on the exterior of your home. Call Harmony first! You will have peace of mind on a job well done.

Harmony Home Improvement put a new roof on my house and did a outstanding job. The guys were polite and conscientious, of my property.
The clean up amazed me. You never would of known they had done such a big job with the exception of the beautiful roof they left behind.

I can't speak more highly of Harmony Home Improvement. I have dealt with several building contractors over the years with mixed results. I have used Harmony now several times for windows, doors, siding and roofing. Competitively priced, professional and work done right the first time. Thank you for being A++ and will surely use Harmony again.

They go back on their word by canceling projects when you ask them questions. Owner Dennis told me he could not estimate price to install interior door saying there were just too many factors involved. He turned it around on me and asked me what I expected to pay. I said less than $1,000. So he sends sales guy John who immediately tells me $925 before doing any measuring or inspecting. So much for all those factors that he needs to inspect in person. Sounds like they had my $1,000 budget in mind and went straight to the top. Called Dennis and sales guys John back to see if I could save some money by buying my own door and just pay them to install it. Their response was condescending. Dennis said "were not a handyman company." John said, "we need to put our name on the project." This is an interior door, not looking for anything fancy. Not rocket science. I asked them for an itemized list to see what work they were going to perform for the price and they got annoyed and texted me that they were "going to pass" on the project which they verbally agreed to do. I guess they aren't interested in pricing transparency or answering reasonable questions from homeowners.

We hired Harmony to re-side our house. Dennis was professional and knowledgeable during the quoting process. They were in the same price range as two other companies we had quote the project, but were slightly lower cost. We ended up choosing Harmony because we felt most comfortable with Dennis. The siding team showed up on time everyday and only needed 3 1/2 days to complete the project. The house looks great and there were absolutely no issues throughout the entire project. We would highly recommend Harmony and will use them again for future projects at our home.

Professional, Responsible, and very knowledgeable. This combination is becoming more and more difficult to find these days. Dennis is a man of his word. I am extremely impressed!!!

After 9 years of hurricanes, ice dams and falling tree branches our roof had raised shingles and pieces of plywood that had shifted out of place. Dennis and his team were highly professional and did a wonderful job securing everything down again, extending the life of our roof and making it look great in the process. I would highly recommend Harmony Home Improvement and will certainly use their services in the future.

This company does not stand by their work. We purchased a home with the roof done by this company 7 years ago and there are already numerous leaks that they will not repair without charging an arm and a leg. Already have another company coming out to diagnose free of charge, when Dennis wants $375 just to diagnose his own issues. Good contractors stand behind their work, this one does not.

**UPDATE** this was purchased through the Previous owner, not myself as I would not choose a company with an owner that is so rude. Luckily, we hired a very reputable company to fix your issue.

I’m giving one star because the beginning was ok. Estimate guy was on time, explained everything, all the pieces seemed to be in place. Also they worked with us in terms of rescheduling the installation of the roof. Pricing wise they’re average with everyone else.
Now the day of the installation. The dumpster and materials supposed to be deliver first, instead group of guys showed up and started ripping my roof in 22 degrees weather (no dumpster or shingles on site). None of them speak any English to get any explanation.
They worked long after dark with flashlights on their heads. I saw the results in the morning when I found my driveway covered in old nails, and front gutter smashed in two spots. Hubby gets in the attic and see the sky in two different places (no flashing on connecting roofs), no ridge vents which according to estimate guy are mandatory and included in price Called them and one guy came back and supposedly fixed it (didn’t have chance to check it yet). Also got extra bill for 16 sheets of plywood replaced (which could be true, my roof was old), but it would be nice to see some kind of receipt/proof of that.
Lastly, I had to call the dumpster company for the dumpster pick up cause they just left it behind. After two days of waiting I figured nobody is coming to get it. Sure enough dumpster comp had no clue about picking up their container. I also had to clean my neighbor’s yard covered in plastic shingles wrappers
In nutshell, If I could go back I wouldn’t go with them...

If you are doing your research for a new roof, siding or windows call this roofing company and ask for Dennis. Recently Dennis just put new roofing shingles on my sisters house. As always the work was done well and the clean up was amazing. A rare combination to go along with great pricing. My brother in law who is a craftsmen woodworker was also impressed with the crew who did the roof at his home in CT. Highly recommend Harmony Home Improvement as a roofing and siding contractor. Dennis Bellamy from Harmony Home Improvement has been a client of ours since 2012. We have been a client of his from about the same time!
He has provided many repairs to our office building and always is responsive, cleans all left over debris, and prides himself in great customer service.
He even put a new roof on our commercial building providing a great product and at the best price of all competitors.
I highly recommend Dennis to perform any small to large building project!

Harmony has done two homes for me and I highly recommend them. Very professional company. They are quick and clean up is excellent. Their prices are competitive with other companies. Their customer service is wonderful as well. Any issue after they are finished(which is rare) they will come back out to ensure the customer is happy with the service they provide.

Hired Harmony for installation of 4 skylights and roofing work. Work was smooth from start to finish. Happy with work and Harmony delivered beyond expectations. Will hire again for any additional home projects I may have and recommend highly.
