Sometimes it's hard to tell if a contractor is just trying to make a sale and butter you up when you're trying to find someone to do a job. But Jeff and the East Coast Builders Group are true their word and will work tirelessly to make sure their clients are happy.

We hired East Coast Builders Group to complete a siding project for our home during the summer. From the beginning, Jeff and his team were phenomenal to work with. During our research, we received multiple quotes and learned about different products from various companies. I must have asked Jeff to make changes to his quote 100 times. Despite this, he and his team were extremely flexible and willing to work with me to ensure we were making the right choice. At one point, Jeff offered to talk on the phone to answer any questions I may have about the project.

After hiring East Coast Builders, their crew was on time each day. Jeff would also come out to meet with his foreman, Javier, and the team to check on progress and answer any questions.

I don't think I've seen a team work so efficiently. In a few hours, they stripped our old wood siding, replaced any rotted plywood and started to put on the vapor barrier down. Most of the new siding was put on our house the next day, and finishing touches were completed on the third day.

Even though we found minor things after the siding was put on, Jeff and Javier came out to address any concerns. And Jeff reassured us that if we found anything down the road, we could let him know and he'd be out to take a look and make any fixes.

We're incredibly happy with the job East Coast Builders Group did with our siding. Our neighbors commented on how quickly the team worked, and have complimented us on the upgraded appearance our home has.

Jeff Navarro and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. Every step of the way on multiple projects, Jeff stayed in constant contact and addressed any question we had with the upmost attention and professionalism. Have worked with the two owners Jeff and Stan. They have done several projects on our home that include new Hardie board siding, windows, roof and garage make over. They are responsive and their crew does quality work (I'm very picky and recognize good work). They were very easy to contact anytime I had questions or concerns.

We have been using ECBG for a couple of years now, the first thing we did was to add a drainage area in front of the garage and they fixed a broken drainage that was causing our basement to flood during heavy rain. A few months ago they help us to restore the roof in a section of the house and install new gutters. Our roof has this wood design through out the house, which They matched perfectly, you can even tell that area was repair.
They are reliable, excellent quality work. We have a few more projects coming up and we definitely using them again! Totally recommended.

ECBG finished our basement, added a full glass front door, and installed glass slider shower doors. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provide high quality work. Bought a house with a 203k fha loan and was required to have a contractor do major repairs.... as a person who knows a lot of handy people I wasn't enthused in the idea of hiring someone. But let me tell you I don't regret it. The work done has exceeded my expectations. Jeff has gone above and beyond with explaining every step and what products to use. I don't usually give out 5 stars but HE TRULY DESERVES IT!

I have worked with Jeff Navarro from East Coast builders on multiple projects that have all exceeded expectations. Jeff not only helps me achieve my vision, but he also collaborates with me to come up with innovative designs. We've built out my basement, made a wine cellar, remodeled two bathrooms, and added stone shower walls in both. Jeff can literally create anything you come up with and I highly recommend his services. On top of a terrific finished project, he's great to deal with personally and his honesty in terms of pricing and how to keep costs down is so appreciated!

Jeff and Stan are incredible to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, creative and excellent with communication. We lived through a major home renovation with two small children and ECBG was so thoughtful, clean and kept to schedule. I highly recommend these people!

I give ECBG 5 stars for an absolutely outstanding construction project. We had 2000 square feet of unfinished basement area that they designed into a large family room, large bedroom, gorgeous full bathroom with outstanding tile work and a mechanical room. The family room was complete with a walk in closet, gas fireplace and stonework. Outside they designed and built a big patio with stone pavers and designed a staircase from an upper balcony down to the patio. The workmanship and detail is exceptional. We couldn’t be more pleased. We will enjoy this added space and added value to our home.
During the construction process their communication with us was always timely with calls, emails and messages. Scheduling of sub contractors occurred without delays and the worksite was always clean and tidy at the end of each day.
They are a very professional group but easy to work with.
Our beautiful new space blends perfectly and looks like it’s always been there.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for any future projects nor should you.

We are extremely happy with the work done in our house by East Builders Group. Jeff Navarro was professional, competent and friendly all the way around, from beginning to end. We were very impressed with everything, starting with the excellent work, and how clean the process was, but also how polite and pleasant the entire team was at all times. We did our entire roof and our barn’s roof and the work was excellent.

I hired ECBG for a downstairs ceiling job. They were on time and the end result was great! Jeff, Stan and their team were extremely communicative. They made the entire process seamless. The price was very competitive and I trusted them in my home.

I also worked with ECEG to put on a new roof, fascia and gutters. It came out absolutely fantastic. They were easy to work with and had the entire project done in a matter of a few days! I will use them on all of my future projects!

ECBG also does crack repair! I had a large foundation crack behind my cedar wall. They carefully removed the pieces involved and repaired the crack that had water coming in!
