Can’t say enough! Alex, has been so unbelievably helpful. We have had a miserable time with repair after repair on our new home. We have had a minor roof leak that lead to our entire living room ceiling being saturated. We have had multiple well known roofing companies come out and they cannot diagnose the issue, they haven’t even got up in the attic to look. Unfortunately they have all told us “the roof looks good” and then they move on. Alex reached out to me and I expressed my concern after continuously being told the same thing, well I am so glad I had him come out.
Alex has went above and beyond to help figure out where the leak is coming from and to get the issue resolved asap, he has been open in communication and is very knowledgeable. Alex, has even looked at some other issues(electrical) that we have been having. Needless to say I will call him for any future needs, so nice to have somebody you feel is here to genuinely help you and not just another stop to move on from in his route. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had a piece of our siding that continued to unlatch anytime the wind blew & was very frustrating! We called a few companies and no one wanted to take on such a small job so when I reached out to Alex, after a handful of recommendations for his company, he was more than happy and willing to fix the small issue! It took him a small amount of time and truly saved us! He was great and came out within a few days! Thank you again!
