This company is a life saver. Water heater went out Friday night and they came and fixed it over the weekend. Very quick, responsive and reasonably priced.

John Family plumbing was ontime and did a quality job of repairing multiple pipe repairs due to frozen pipes on the same visit.

My hot water heater was leaking and I wasn’t sure where the leak was coming from! Was afraid I had a busted pipe. Paul came out on a Sat night! Was there with 45 min! Found the problem immediately! Cant say enough about how nice and knowledgeable he is!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

Very quick response to my call this morning. I was getting a 2nd opinion for my “no water” issue after getting an estimate of several thousand dollars from a large provider yesterday afternoon. Friends recommended Johnson Family Plumbing last night. Long story short, for the price of the service call Johnson Plumbing found the issue after checking the system and made the fix. Honest, knowledgeable service is what you get.

We are super happy with the job Johnson's did! They were very polite amd professional. The job was exactly what they quoted us, and we thought it was very reasonable. They arrived on time and they all worked very hard until the job was completed, and it was a big job! The repiping of the entire house. We will definitely call them for any plumbing needs that we have.

As always Johnson's Family Plumbing helped us with an urgent matter and were very quick to pinpoint the problem and find a solution. Johnson’s Family Plumbing was prompt, affordable, and was amazing to work with! We needed a new gas hot water heater, and they were my first call.

Showed up on time as promised. W work was good. Price WAS NOT as promised. Was told two times that it wouldn't be much money, was told price would be given prior to the work performed. Then was told by Paul after asking again that it wouldn't be much. (EXACT WORDS) gave me an invoice for $285.00 to replace a kitchen faucet. Said he had a shut off that was leaking. Wasn't leaking prior to the work. Took my kitchet faucet that he took out. Said he had to cut the tube. Just not happy. Has done work for me before, to include putting in the kichet faucet he allegedly broke.
Will not use them nor will not recommend anyone else, as I have done in the past.

Had a hot water heater put in. They came a fixed it right away. Also a faucet was leaking and fixed that right away. They are a blessing.

This is not only a fantastic company, but a fantastic family. Through them I have gone places in my life that were unimaginable and couldn’t have been more blessed to meet them and experience what I have with them. My water heater went out and needed to get it fixed asap. They were able to come out with a new water heater and fix it in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs. They are local and have fair prices.

We had no water for 3 days . I called Johnsons family plumbers on tuesday evening . Wednesday morning they showed up to examine plumbing situation . Came back same day with new well pump wiring etc. Installed and had my water back on in a few hours . Then Aaron and Ugeen unclogged my faubets so that I had running water to every faucet . They did a great job and I would recomend them if you need a plumber . Thanks Ken McDaniel

I've had them out for 2 major repairs/changes and they were phenomenal! The first was moving pipes in our attic space with a roof replacement and the second was a collapsed sewer pipe. They are extremely nice and are excellent communicators! They respect my time as well as do a perfect job. I would recommend them to anyone and I will wait for them, even if they are days behind!

Paul and his team are nothing less than fantastic!! They have been SO generous and kind and very good at explaining everything that’s going on and keep us updated down to the last details! They really do live up to their motto of treating customers like family! I am so glad we got referred to his business and am very glad we are using them instead of the first business we had come out! Paul Johnson ran 500 feet of a water line from the well to a building for me! He was very accomodating courteous and timely! Also did the job well! He treats you like family and does the job like he is doing it for his own property or family members! I would recommend him! Have a wonderful day!

We used them last year and they were pretty good. Not pricey and fixed the issue. This year we called them and set up an appt. They were late to the appt so we messaged them asking when they would arrive. Stated they were about to leave the current job and would be on their way. They never showed up and have Ghosted us since then despite us reaching out. Sadly I would not recommend them

Mr. Johnson was on time very friendly and went above & beyond...very reasonable price! I will use him again and reccomend him highly!
