We were so impressed with this company. The crew was so hardworking and polite. They got here on time, did the work and left our house looking like they had never been here. We would recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work done. satisfied!!!

I called RDM after seeing one of their signs in a neighbor’s yard. My elderly mom had some minor roof damage from wind. I called RDM and spoke to Rob. He was extremely helpful and offered to stop by and look at my mom’s roof that afternoon! He showed up on time, was professional, and was able to do the repair that day! This was my first experience with RDM, and I promise you, it won’t be my last (if I ever need roof work again). I am super pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Rob.

Rob came recommended to us by a family member that had utilized his services in the past. In less than one week we went from quote to new roof. Rob identified and fixed an issue with a lack of flashing on one area of our roof as well. The price was fair, and the work was top notch. The workers did an excellent job of not damaging our landscaping and did an impeccable job with the cleanup. Would definitely recommend.

This guy is first one I'd call for any roof needs. He's fair and honest and very kind. He replaced my roof on my house in 2020 and loved the work he did. SO my rental needed some attention, I knew who to call. He even took time out of his day to walk around with the insurance adjuster as well to help get my needs taken care of. Very understanding and works with you for anything that comes up. His crew cleans up well and very respectful. Definitely recommend Rob for the job!

Can't say enough good things about Rob and his team.

We had switched insurance carriers and then got notice that the new carrier would cancel our policy in 30 days if the roof was not replaced. I contacted Rob and he had been out and written an estimate within 2 days of my initial contact. He went to work in getting the estimate approved with my prior insurance carrier and shortly after approval his team was out replacing our roof.

They arrived right at sunrise and got to work and stayed until the job was done just before the sunset. They made sure to clean up and ran checks for any missing debris or nails.

If you are looking for a roof replacement, I would strongly recommend Rob and his guys at RDM!

I am so thankful to have connected with Rob Mercer to help with a roof in really bad shape on my son's house. Working at long distance, Rob was wonderful to work with and promptly sent the estimate for a new roof (I thought it could be repaired instead of re-roofed!) which was amazingly very price-worthy and within my budget. The replacement was scheduled very quickly.

As you can see from the photos, his workmen really are miracle workers, as they did some deep repairs and left that house with a beautiful new roof in the same day.

Prompt, Professional, and easy to deal with. RDM has replaced my roof and several other family members. Rob met with my insurance adjuster after I was first denied by them and helped me get the roof.

RDM came out and removed an old style solar panel box from my roof. They re-shingled the area and I can't even tell they were there. They do good, quality work.

RDM Contracting put on a new roof for us that was needed due to hail damage. Rob Mercer worked with us and the insurance company, was highly professional, and was quick and responsive. I was blown away with the efficiency of this operation - as soon as the insurance claim was approved, material was ordered. The day after material was delivered, the roof was on! His crew did an amazing job and after they were gone, you couldn't tell construction had taken place they did such a phenomenal job on clean up!! Experienced hail damage on our home and garage. Called RDM, came to our home within hours, assessed damage, contacted our insurance, and started the very next morning replacing our roof. Very efficient workers, knowledgeable, hard workers. Our house and garage both were completed in one day, lawn complete cleaned, and the work was perfect.
