True Home did a great, fast and efficient job repairing my roof, John the office manager was very accessible and Luis did a great job with the repair. I highly recommend them to anyone with a roof problem.

The crew did an amazing job of replacing our roof in just one day. The price was reasonable and we had plenty of options for color. The team leader was in touch through the day to make sure we could carry on with our day as usual.

I recently received a letter from my insurance company, informin me that I had to replace my roof or they would drop me. And they gave me two weeks. In the winter. Luckily for me, my sister found herself in the same predicament, they did their homework, and had Truehome do their roof. They raved about them, so I called. John got back to me within two hours, he and Brian were at my house in a couple of days, and the roof was scheduled for the following week. There were delays due to weather, but I now have a neat and tidy roof on my house, my kennel, and my garage. The crew got here at 7:00 AM and were cleaning up by 4:00 PM. These guys worked hard, no lounging around. They took a break for lunch and that was it. They also did the job on a Saturday to satisfy my insurance company. Zack, the job manager, did a wonderful job keeping me informed of any problems that were uncovered or to clear confusion. He was great!

Great experience from start to finish - I originally reached out to John just to get a rough estimate with no idea if it was a project we were going to do. He came out and provided a conservative estimate for the siding and windows with no pressure. When we moved forward with the project the official quote was detailed and consistent with the initial estimate. The team was efficient (I was amazed at how quick they did the windows!) and friendly - I have two toddlers that regularly were in the windows waving at the workers who always gave a quick wave back. John regularly communicated with me on items as they came up whether it be some delays due to weather or surprises found under the old siding. He regularly texted, called, and stopped by to discuss details and together determine how best to proceed. The final cost was only 5% over the quote and the additional cost was for specific out of scope work that I knew about and approved. Summary - great communication, honest quote/cost, efficient & hardworking team.

A great local company with a very professional team! I was delighted with how reasonable their roof replacement quote was as compared to my neighbors who recently used a national company for their roof project. TRUEHOME was able to schedule our project quickly and on the project day the crew arrived on-time and immediately set to work. The job foreman kept me well informed throughout the day. The project was completed the same day by the late afternoon including cleanup.

This is the second house that I have had TruHome Roofing replace for me. The first was in Holden, Ma. They did a new roof, a vent to help with ice dams a couple of feet up from the edge. They also put up gutters. They did this for about 40% less than the other quotes I received. Those other quotes were for just a roof.

Recently they did the house NH. New roof, new skylights, new gutters with gutter guards. Again, much cheaper than the competitors.

They are neat, clean and quick. Two days both times. Both times they scheduled the job for about 2 weeks after I called them.

If I ever move again and need a new roof I will definitely give them a call.

My experience with TrueHome was top notch. I was experiencing mold development in my 1920 home due to inadequate ventilation along with minor roof leaks due to improper installation when my home was flipped. John was a great communicator and understood the problem better than the majority of roofers who gave me an estimate. Several other roofers recommended ventilation solutions that would not have fixed the problem. The team at TrueHome replaced half of my roof and installed the proper ridge venting on a gambrel style for a reasonable price. Only TrueHome and one other roofing company recommended the correct ventilation solution. For value, professionalism, worksmanship, and communication I wouldn’t recommend many other roofing companies. I will hire them again if another need arises.

We are very satisfied with the roofing project done by TrueHome and we are very impressed by the team of John and Hailey.
We had been eyeing to replace our roof for a few years. It had no leak and was in a good shape, but it had been well more than 20 years and we did not want to get caught in a leak and then try to find a roofer in a hurry, but we went through the bad stretch of covid-19 and then the hyper-inflation, it was never a good time to do the job. Finally, this year we felt we had to get it done. Since we had been considering of reroofing for a while, we had a lot of time to research for good roofers. It is a big project, and even though it is not necessarily once a lifetime, but for how long we typically stay at one location, it is almost like so. Therefore, we were determined to find a reputable roofer and not to sacrifice the quality of the job even though we were looking for competitive price. We asked our neighbors, our colleagues, local Facebook/nextdoor for good references, but we didn't stop there. we also looked a bit beyond our "local" region, so in the end, we collected a group of very reputable roofers. Then when it came to the good roofing season of this year, for more than a few weeks, we called many of them to give us quotes, so we were fortunate to get a good amount of quality quotes from quite some very good roofers and in the end, we had a solid idea how the market price for reroofing was going. Among them, John gave us a very competitive price from the very beginning. Towards the end we still had a few very good offers competing one another. They are all from very reputable roofers, but we chose John. Quoting process was like an interview. They were all good in one way or another, but John checked all the boxes. Above all we felt John is genuine and true. From the get-go, the feeling that we had on John was that he was not necessarily a roofer trying to sell his job. Yes, we did sense that he wanted to get the job but more than that he was more like a helpful neighbor or friend who happens to be in the roofing business and knows nuts and bolts of it and gives his neighbors and friends helpful advice. We talked to many roofers, and they gave us a lot of information, similar and different too. At the end of the process, we pretty much had a very precise idea of the condition of our roof and carpentry around it and what John told us is the closest to it. Also, adding the fact that John came out with a very competitive price in the beginning made us feel that he is very trustworthy. Hailey then scheduled the roofing job and oversaw the process. Throughout the process, we felt very comfortable to communicate with Hailey. We were also doing the exterior painting and John and Hailey gave us advice how to move forward with the two jobs and fit roofing into it. Hailey was very patient with us even through doing two projects at the same time made it more complicated to do scheduling and we had many questions to ask due to it. On the roofing day, it was very hot and humid, Hailey was outside overseeing the job amid the high heat. The crew worked very hard amid the smothering weather. They came to our house very early in the morning, did the job no stopping, cleaned up very thoroughly and left us a beautiful roof with good workmanship. We used TRUHOME Roofing to replace our older roof and then to side our house, including replacing our gutters. Our experience with both jobs was excellent. UPDATE 6/23/25): We have since had another issue with a water leak due to workmanship that the owner admitted upon inspection. To make matters worse, the "repair" caused additional problems and the same spot leaked again 5 months later. True Home has not honored the warranty, and hasn't responded to us or the shingle company, Certainteed. Certainteed has even dropped them as an authorized installer. Avoid these guys at all costs!

We inherited a house with a roof that was put on 2-3 years prior to us moving in and was still under warranty. John facilitated the warranty transfer for us. We did experience a leak around a vent boot, and after some back & forth, someone came out and repaired the leak with no cost to us. The back and forth was a bit difficult at times as we weren't a paying customer at any point and would warrant something closer to a 3 star rating, but they did ultimately come out and do the work without charging us, and the repair seems to be holding after several snow and rain storms. The result of the work and end rsult is a 5 star rating. I averaged the two and came up with a 4 star rating for now. I'll update this down the road as we'll likely need some siding or gutter work done in the next year or two and will give TrueHome a try.

John came right out to give me a quote to replace my detached Garage roof. His quote came in far less than the other 4 roofing contracters that came out. Hailey was very informative and explained all the details of the project and was available to me and promptly replied to any concerns or questions I had. TRUEHOME Roofing recently completed a new roof along with PVC no maintenance trim boards on my 40 year old home. The results were absolutely amazing. The quality of the work and details that went into this project were top notch. The crew arrived exactly at 7AM as I was promised, covered the siding, windows and shrubs with tarps and quickly stripped the old roof. Every person knew what to do, and worked together non-stop until the job was done, all in one day. Note that the day they did this project, sunset was at 4:30PM. Absolutely every piece of trash was placed in the on site dumpster. The finished product is spectacular. John Sullivan was great to deal with and Hailey and the crew were very meticulous. I highly recommend TRUEHOME Roofing.

First, out of 6 roofing companies that I called John at Truehome was the only one to call back and come over to look at the problem (actually one other called back 10 days later). Although we couldn't schedule right away, John did tell me how to cover the leaking skylight. This worked until his team could come. They were very knowledgeable, knew just what to do while talking with John on the ground. Many rains later- no leaks. I would definitely have Truehome back for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them.

We had our chimney and roof inspected. After the inspection we were informed our chimney needed to be reflashed. They provided pictures before and while they were doing the job. While at the job they sent more pictures and suggested re-flashing opposite side. They gave the option of doing work while they were there, or most likely would become a problem down the road. I wish I could give more than 5 stars; but alas... The entire process has been nothing but pleasant, direct & understanding. John came out in very short notice to come and inspect my roof; checking above the living space in the attic for any damage that may have been hiding beneath. Our roof was in desperate need of replacement and his team was on it. They were polite; very reasonably priced compared to the 3 other quotes I had gotten for my roof. They came out quickly; and immediately got right to work. Hailey kept a keen eye on her workers while they did their thing; and they did an amazing job with cleanup. There were no nails in the yard. No damage from when they took the old roofing off. It was also done before the day was over. Super amazing job; my house looks a million times better and now I no longer have to worry about it eventually raining in my home! hehe I would highly recommend John/Hailey & their team and commend them for their hard work and dedication!!

We had struggled for 10-12 years with "patches" done from an improper job that the prior owners had done in 2011. John took the time to fully inspect, from inside and outside, our roof, dormers and two areas of flat roof our home has (older home, built in 1908). This included sending over someone to get up on the roof and walk around all areas. Excellent communication and photos to document all areas of issues that were noted. Options were presented including spot area repairs, partial work, and a complete re-do. Ultimately, we opted for a complete new roof including flat roof sections, with vents added to 3 dormers and some shingle/flashing repair work on the dormers. Once work started, John was in continual contact, and his project manager Haley was on-site regularly. Work was completed very promptly, again with updates via photo documentation of the issue areas they fixed and updated. Excellent clean-up at the end of each day (this was a multi-day job). Work completed end of March, 2023. There have been 3 rain/wind storms since completion and (finally!) no areas of water seeping in!!

We called truehome when we noticed small leaks in the house we just bought, as well as the beginning of mold forming in our attic. John came out and took a look at our roof and let us know it was improperly installed and had no waterproofing under the shingles. Not something we wanted to hear for sure after closing on the house but John provided a reasonable quote to strip the roof and do it the right way. The whole process was super smooth. It's taken me a while to write this as it is my first ever negative review but I feel a responsibility to do so. We had our our roof, windows and siding done by Truehome. John was a nice guy and we felt confident that the work would be performed well and professionally. He said that either he or his son would be on the job site daily. They were not. It seems like the jobs were subbed out. That normally isn't a problem. In our case, it was. Our siding has no insulation installed under it so our 200-ish year old home is drafty and cold. (we discussed the need for this insulation during the initial planning/consultations) Our roof was the worst of all. I don't know how to describe the hows and whys of the fact that it was not installed properly. I do know that we have a leaky, buckled roof that needs to be completely replaced. This is a fact that has been verified by 2 other roofing contractors and the town building inspector. As of today, Truehome has not agreed to pay to replace the roof. They did offer us a smaller amount of money that was nowhere near the cost of a new roof. We have had other work done on our home by different contractors since and have been totally satisfied. I'm sharing one picture but trust me when I say that the whole roof looks like this.

I had TrueHome recently replace the roof on my house and they did a terrific job. Throughout the process they were very easy to work with and friendly. The day of the job, they showed early to prep the area below the roof and to make sure everything was covered so falling debris wouldn't hit our windows and siding. I even saw one of the roofers cleaning leaves out of the gutter, which was unexpected, and a bonus. Highly recommend.
