My wife and I are once again overwhelmed and delighted with the high quality of workmanship and incredible detailed planning and execution on our home in Sterling Mass.
From the initial discussions about the project to the selection of the high quality materials to the final completion Ben and his team were professional and kept us apprised of everything. Also from the initial bidding process to completion we are completely satisfied and appreciate your teamwork! We look forward to the next project with Sweet Building and Remodeling.

We've been working with Ben and his team for the last 5 years. Ben has high standards and his work is always done right the first time. He is very responsive, trustworthy and he takes great pride in his craft. We can't say enough good things about Ben and we turn to him for all projects, large (sunroom) and smaller scale, too.

Sweet building is outstanding to work with! Had them install vinyl plank flooring throughout the first floor along with installing a sliding patio door as well. Professional, responsive and always on time.

Dan and his team did a great job with the remodeling of our basement. The quality of work was outstanding and we are very happy. Dan was pleasant to work with and I highly recommend Sweet Building and Remodeling.

Emailed them and got a response from Karen who asked some questions about our project. I answered them in a reply to her email then never heard back again. Tried emailing Dan from their website never heard back. Tried calling and left a message never heard back. I tried calling again the next day and still no one answered the phone. I give up will find someone else.

I received a call from Dan who apologized for any mishaps. There was at the time of my inquiry a staff change and my email had slipped through a crack. Having said that, We did have a pleasant conversation and Dan was extremely professional. We discussed my project and he gave me great advice and insight about not only how but when to approach the project. I wanted to update this review which I changed, after his reply to the initial review which I explained to him was actually posted before he discovered the mishap and made his phone call to me.

Dan and his team are excellent to work with. We had another contractor lined up but because of their failures, Dan was able to come in and fix what the previous contractor did but also give us a finished kitchen in a timely manner. The main difference with Dan is that he communicates with you quite often and lets you know what's coming up. We will use Dan on all our future construction needs!

When a pipe burst and it was raining indoors, the plumber recommended Dan Sweet. Lucky for me. He helped with navigating the insurance issues, condo association and set about a complex renovation with ease. He drew up a plan, listened to my concerns, was available and considerate of my time. He stuck to the estimate. His workers were excellent, respectful and he oversaw the project to completion. Professional, helpful, caring and the results were excellent. I would not hesitate to do business with Dan and his crew. A difficult situation was made easier, less stressful.

The crews showed up on time and were very polite and professional. Dan gave us a very detailed estimate and completed Our project on budget. He was always available if we had any questions! I would highly recommend Sweet Building and Remodeling.

Dan, Aamanda, and the entire crew were great from start to finish! In the fall of 2018 we experienced a major loss on our home and dreaded having to work with the insurance company to coordinate the repairs. Fortunately, Dan and his company are experienced in this area and worked closely with us and the insurance company to keep things moving along. They were responsive, attentive, and efficient. I'd recommend Sweet Building & Remodeling to any friend, neighbor, or acquaintance!

Dan Sweet has done numerous projects on our home - from painting a room and putting in hardwoods to siding and painting the entire exterior of our house. He and his crews are great at what they do, are professional, and considerate. They also give great advice when making decisions about products. I highly recommend Sweet Building and Remodeling !!

Sweet builders did a fine job for us on two separate bathroom projects. The work was done in a timely manner, and the estimates were accurate. The quality of the work done on our baths was outstanding with attention to detail, and helpful suggestions to complete our projects. We plan to reach out to Sweet for additional projects in the near future.
More recently Sweet performed exterior maintenance on our house, including cedar siding replacement and window frame repairs. They also put us in touch with an excellent house painter which we used - did an incredible job. Great working with Sweet from start to finish of our projects.

We've used Dan Sweet for several projects over more than two decades. We have always been 100% satisfied with the workmanship and communication.

I recently remodel my bathroom with Sweet Building & Remodeling and really happy with overall performance and quality of work that his crews put into this project. Would call on him again on next project.

Needed the crew to comby and make some repairs to a deck quickly. They came by promptly did the required work and left work areas clean. Was glad to have them work for me.
