True-Built Construction, LLC in Mesa, made our garage re-roof experience surprisingly pleasant. We were particularly impressed by their thorough clean-up, which left our yard spotless. Tony B was outstanding; his advice on shingle color and genuine interest in our project were truly appreciated. The whole process was smooth and fast.

Weston and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof from start to finish. We were very happy with the communication, quality of options, pricing, efficiency of hard-working crew, and follow-up service. They went above and beyong. Two of our neighbors used Truebuilt too, which is how I heard about them. All of us have been very pleased. Very relieved to have roof done for when it rains... someday!

My husband and I had Weston and his team do a review of our roof after purchasing our home and they were able to identify some cracked tiles and mortar packs that needed redoing. The team did an amazing job fixing those things and we were really pleased with the service we received.

They replaced 5 different multi-family building roofs for me 3-4 years ago with all TPO material (common commercial roofing material for flat roofs). One roof began to leak almost immediately which required immediate attention and they did some patch work but it was never fixed. The owner promised to come back but never showed. One year later, I had to replace the entire roof again with foam. Now, I have three different TPO roofs that they installed that are leaking!!! This has been a nightmare for me and especially for the tenants that are living in the apartments.

When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty.

SERVICE:
Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done.
