They completely remodeled two of our bathrooms, two bedrooms, a family room, and built two custom closets. Dave has an exceptional eye for detail and does high quality work. Five years ago,Nichols construction updated our bathroom and kitchen. So when our dining room ceiling collapsed, we called Nichols for advice and possible repair.
After consulting with Dave, we added a similar renovation of our living room and installation of new flooring in two upstairs bedrooms.
We have ordered window treatments for both upstairs and downstairs windows.

I would highly recommend Dave and Joe to tackle any project one would have in mind. They replaced interior and exterior doors, replaced a window and refurbished our bathroom with a new tub, shower, cabinets and tops, toilet and flooring. The new trim matched the existing trim to a tee. The miter joints on the woodwork are the closest to perfect as I've ever seen! His attention to detail is second to none and his standards are high. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in the results he delivers.

Dave and Joe did a great job on my bathroom remodel. It was totally gutted. The tub was replaced with a shower, washer and dryer were added, and beautiful storage cupboards. Dave and Joe did a kitchen remodel 3 months ago for my wife and I and they did an excellent job. Was so impressed that we had them do a covered deck for us that they finished today. We are more than pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail ( again ) that they demonstrated. We are already planning a house residing job for next spring. We definitely recommend Nichols Construction for remodeling your home. We completely remodeled our kitchen. We took a dining room which we did not use and turned it into an “everything room” which included a washer and dryer, toilet, shower, and utility sink. When we first met David Nichols, we were very impressed with his ideas and proposals on how to make our dream into a reality. He oversaw the entire project and was here at our house every day. David, Joe, and Kathie did such excellent work and turned our ideas into reality. When we made requests that could have been impossible, such as adding a lazy susan cupboard and a customized cupboard; they made that happen. David even made a book case himself, in his workshop, to put on the reverse side of the new wall in the “everything” room.

A tall cabinet 9x5' was moved to a new location. Changing its location required quite a bit of repair/replacement of the trim where the cabinet was & to the new location. Matching existing stain is perfect & I am very happy with the work.

Window replacemens. Dave and Joe did an incredible job with our window replacements. They had windows changed out in less than a week and then constructed sash and trim. It was all solid oak and stained perfect to match other woodwork in the house. They made sure to keep drop clothes down and cleaned up as they went! Beautiful work!!!

I had Dave do a complete bathroom remodel for me. He and Joe were wonderful to work with. Most of the bathroom was done while we were out of town. At first I was apprehensive about being gone, but Dave kept me informed of what was going on. He built the vanity and also made new doors for the linen closet to match. I am so happy on how they turned out. Such quality work for the entire project. I would definitely use Nichols Construction again for any remodeling project.

We hired Dave Nichols construction to remodel our kitchen and we are so glad we did! Dave and Joe exceeded our expectations. They are both so gifted with amazing carpentry talents. Dave and Joe are awesome people to work with! We had a large home renovation completed which included new kitchen, new bath, dining, flooring, paint, new windows. They were professional, on time, always kept me informed of progress, easy to text Dave and he responds quickly, they picked up the work area each day, took extra time and care not to disrupt the rest of the home that was not being remodeled. We plan to have them come back to complete a new deck. BEST construction experience!
