Erik and his team are the definition of customer service. I had the pleasure of working with them to put new shingles on our roof and completely redesign the roof structure. Every step of the way, Erik was communicative, caring, and professional. They are always quick to respond and show up in any potential issues. Erik and his crew responded quickly after my water leak and were very informative about next steps and my responsibilities as a home owner as well as if I should open a claim against my homeowners insurance. Sometimes it's hard to even get contractors to respond, nonetheless show up and be honest and fair with pricing. They help me mitigate the mold from a burst pipe in my crawl space. TruCare Restoration is an excellent company to work with, especially when dealing with an Allstate claim. Allstate took forever to provide an estimate for my home repairs, and the initial amount wasn’t nearly enough to get the work started. However, TruCare didn’t settle on my behalf. They worked diligently with my adjuster to secure the full amount needed to repair my home, which was much more than I initially received.

It took a lot of patience, but TruCare made it happen for me and my family. A special thanks to Erik—you're truly the best!

TruCare is a professional, licensed home restoration company of which I am grateful to have found! The owner, Erik and my assigned project manager Geri, worked diligently and tirelessly to restore the outside of my home after a fierce hail storm last year. They handled every aspect of the project from the roof, gutters, windows, siding repair, and painting to dealing with the insurance company! I was involved only to choose materials and colors. It was a joy working with this team of experts. They are people of integrity and did exactly what they promised. I highly recommend TruCare for all of your home restoration needs!

Would give 6 stars if possible! We had a tree fall on our roof from a storm and got a quote from a local roofing company. With our deductible they said it would be cheaper to just pay out of pocket for repairs. Erik with TruCare helped us get a brand new roof, gutters, siding and fencing repairs all covered by insurance! Could not be more grateful for the outcome and stress-free experience thanks to Erik!

I did not have a great experience with Trucare. I worked with Scott to ensure that I would not have an unexpected out of pocket expense after the roof install was complete, however, I did. I was told by Scott that "no matter what, I would not have any additional out of pocket expenses after the insurance paid their portion. The roof would be covered by the amount the insurance company paid." My initial out of pocket deductible was $950. After the roof install was complete and checks had been sent by the insurance company, Scott told me that I had an additional $900 for "uncovered expenses that the insurance company did not cover". I was not happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Erik came out same day to give us a quote for a leak in our roof.
Not only was he polite, engadging, professional, and incredibly responsive, he was on time and did not try to over sell us at all.
He let us know he would do his best to have someone out that week, but was able to get the leak fixed the very next day.

I found this company through a referral from my insurance company. They were quick to respond, send out staff, communicate with our insurance company and complete the job. They are very professional and efficient, I highly recommend them.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this company surpassed my expectations. I called five companies to quote a repair for an active leak, I explained that we have moved and needed this repair quoted asap (as we were only in town for a few days). Out of the five companies I called TruCare was the only one that called back same day (within 15 mins) and they had someone at my property immediately.

I worked with Derek on my estimate and he was a breath of fresh air. He made me feel like TruCare cares deeply about honesty and customer service, which is incredibly rare in today’s world.

We haven’t received our quote yet (I felt compelled to write this review as quickly as I could, since TruCare took care of us as quickly as they could). I was told the estimate would be coming the next business day, which in my opinion is also an amazing turnaround.

She explained to my uncle and I in detail why it was necessary to go ahead and replace the entire roof instead of just repairing it by sections. Found out it was going to be a more major problem down the road if he wouldn't have replaced it. Derek Lopez of TruCare was contacted after the April 24th storm that brought hail and wind damage to my roof. The response was quick! He made a thorough assessment of the roof damage and from that point on worked hand in hand with myself and the insurance company to get a roof replacement approval. From the initial assessment, inspection, to material selection and final installation of a
new roof, the service was very professional resulting in a job well done! It was a pleasure working with Derek

Customer service was great. Erik was thorough in his explanation on what will be done and the pricing. I needed an emergency fascia/siding repair and they were able to accommodate me within 24 hours of them coming out to inspect. Was very pleased with the end result.

TruCare repaired a leaky roof and water damaged ceilings caused by an improper deck addition performed by the previous home owners. I received an estimate from Erik that wasn't my lowest bid, but it was fair and I felt assured that all work would be done correctly. When the job was completed, I was extremely pleased with the results. I received before and after pictures of the work on the roof, and the ceilings in the home looked great! They were even able to match the ceiling patterns, which went beyond my expectations. The work crews were on time, friendly, and performed an excellent clean-up effort of the work area afterwards. I would highly recommend TruCare for your roofing needs. They are highly processional and completed my roof without any issues. Also i had them repair some siding on my chimney because of woodpecker damage. They were patient on waiting for the mortgage to endorse the insurance check(s).
