Jeff and his team at True Concepts helped my business with an emergency roof repair and replacement, as well as a few side projects since then. They are always extremely responsive, efficient in their work, and sensitive to the needs of their customers. The nature of our business severely limits the hours during which work can occur, and Jeff’s team worked extremely hard to schedule around our needs. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Jeff and his crew did an AMAZING job on our roof, gutters and re-building the eyebrow ( I think that’s what it’s is called) over our garage. Everyone that worked on any part of our house was very nice. They did a good job at cleaning up after them selves. They didn’t rush to get done. We are really pleased with how everything looks. You won’t regret using them!

We recently had our roof replaced and some repairs made to our siding by Jeff and his team. From our very first contact, he was super responsive and professional, and that carried through with the rest of his team. The work was done in a very timely fashion and looks awesome, definitely helped to give our house its curb appeal back! Clean up was great too! Can’t recommend Jeff and his team at Tru Concepts enough!

Excellent service from start to finish. Jeff responded to my email the same day I sent in my request. He came out the next day and took pictures, ordered supplies and had my roof completed a few days later! My new roof looks amazing and you couldn’t even tell they were here. I definitely recommend Tru concepts for any roof repair / replacement.

Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job on our home! We discovered a leak from an exterior wall due to builder error. He replaced the stone, matching it perfectly, installed 4 new windows, rebuilt the interior walls and installed a gorgeous new front door. Will highly recommend his team to friends, neighbors and my real estate clients.
