We have used Quality Yard for several landscaping projects at our home over the past few years and everything is always done with a high level of workmanship at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

Quality Home and Yard Maintenance is an honest company that produces outstanding lawns. We built a home and totally removed all original grasses/weeds from our nearly two acres. After seeding we hired QHYM to build a lush turf. After the first year/six treatments we had a weed-free lawn. Fast forward to our third season and we have a gorgeous deep green, plush lawn! It’s to the point we mow the lawn twice a week!! We highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with Quality’s landscaping crew. They arrived on time, everything was done to perfection according to the plan including the cleanup. All this is 100degree weather.

Good follow up and workers worked hard when they were out. If I had to do it again probably wouldn't of purchased the plants/flowers as part of the project. The quoting tool they use really isn't good showing what the plan looks like or plants will look like but I should of asked more questions. All and all a great experience and I trust the company and their work.

The crew was exceptionally professional, courteous, and obvious masters at what their work entails. We will very willingly recommend your company to others. You are our go to for any landscaping in the future.

Quality Yard and Home takes care of all my lawn and snow removal needs. From weekly yard mowings to trimming the shrubs to mulching, they keep my yard looking great. They are timely, reliable, and good communicators. I know I can rely on them!

This is our first season with Quality. To date they have been prompt, responsive, friendly and professional while delivering good results for our yard and property. Andrew in particular has been very good to work with.

Quality Yard and Home Maintenance is a wonderful company to work with. We have used them for 3 seasons of lawn care (fertilizer, grub control and aeration), as well as, installing our outdoor lighting. Our lawn is superb and the outdoor lighting helps keep our house lit and easy to find on a dark country road.

The crew worked all day edging and putting down mulch on an unbearably hot day and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
Not only was it a hot day, but we live on top of a hill with a steep driveway. and they had to bring all supplies, including the mulch, up in carts.
We never thought our landscaping could look this nice! Thank you! (Too bad it won't be seen by more people.)

Had river rocks put down instead of mulch,got lots of compliments.Workers were courteous and let me know when they were coming.Weeks later I added 2 small boulders on the side of my house and could not be more pleased with the service Rick provided,fast and great job,he even helped me move my statue.I highly recommend this company.

Update: Hi! I am not sure why you responded with Brandee's information because as my name states, this is Kayla. If Brandee wanted to post a review she likely would. I posted it because your sales person was communicating with me and clearly the email came from Kayla and not Brandee. We still have not heard back from anyone since I voiced my frustrations and as of the last email on 06/09 is why I posted this review to start with. If it took from being told 06/02 that you were 4-5 weeks out, that is fine but the fact that by 06/09 Kelly Jo Hooper stated we still could not even get on the schedule for 4-5 weeks out was the problem as Brandee stated in the reply to her that you posted here on my review. If only one person could schedule us 4-5 weeks out then THAT was my concern. Looking at your response, you confirmed exactly what I said initially and showed that we still could not get on the schedule until someone came back from vacation. We also would have wanted yard service immediately, the patio done as quoted from Andrew Miller (who was excellent) as soon as I was able (which I am now), also would have added in additional work also in the very near future as I was excited about the company and the positive reviews if you were able to do it. Since we just wanted a date on the schedule, it left a bad taste in my mouth because how long it could take to get everything else scheduled. THAT was the issue, and hopefully communication gets better when responding to reviews and first knowing who you are responding to would be helpful before responding to someone else and posting their information online because you did not know who you were responding to.

Original Review: Won a power wash through a silent auction for a charity event and have not had any luck using it. It took forever for them to come measure and quote. Once we decided to only proceed with the power wash we were told they are 4-5 weeks out a week ago and still don't have a date scheduled. Just keep the service and I will pay for a company that is responsive. It seems like they donated to have us purchase other services and when we did not, we are not a priority. It was $175 donated so I could have just used another company for that price.

Highly satisfied with Dakota and Quality. No sign of moles and weeds are minimal. I have recommended Quality to friends and family.

Quality Yard and Home came out and gave us a quote on some new landscape lights. Once we approved, they ordered and installed quickly. Ricky was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job. Would definitely use again!

We have used Quality YHM for a long time and our yard looks great; we've given them a lot of referral business on our street as a result. They are nice people and do great work. My warning to consumers reading this review is that the prices will increase year over year over year at a higher rate than inflation. They will send you renewal notices in the mail each winter with no mention of the increases (just a list of the current price) so you will need to go back and compare the prices to the invoices you paid the previous year to identify the price hikes.

We had not been as diligent as we should have been when reviewing invoices each year, but a 38% change from 2020 to 2025 has been eye opening to say the least, so definitely do your homework to weigh the value.

We have been using Quality for years. They are OUTSTANDING. They do what they say they are going to do, they charge a fair price, and if there is every an issue they MAKE IT RIGHT!!

Djecky and Vilente did landscape cleanup and mulch for me. They were positively excellent. Did a beautiful job, pre work, the job itself and cleanup. I highly recommend them for this type of work

I have been a customer of QYHM for many years and get their annual lawn care fertilizer and lawn aerating/overseeding service. My experience with QYHM has been positive. Both the office and lawn/landscaping staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had QYHM edge and mulch my flower beds this week. Djecky and Vilente did an amazing job. The job was completed in a timely manner, the edge lines were straight and sharp and the flower beds were pristine after they were finished. Thank you!

Just started with these folks. So far, I'm extremely impressed. I called, explained what services I wanted, and in 2 days they had surveyed my property and provided an estimate. When I accepted it, the work started almost immediately. They are extremely pleasant, expert, and organized. I'll be surprised if I'm not just as happy at the end of the year.

The crews from Quality Yard and Home Maintenance are always great - they do such an excellent job and stand by their work. But the guys we had this week, Djecky and Vicente were just amazing. They worked hard all day long to carefully edge all our beds , clean everything up, and expertly mulched the area. We had some new trees planted and they even extended a nearby bed and added mulch without my even asking. Vicente and Djecky and the whole crew at Quality are awesome.

Quality Yard and Home Maintenance is our go-to for all of our home needs!! A couple years ago we had them doing odd jobs such as poison ivy removal, replacement of a dryer vent and powerwashing of our house . The most recent projects we have done was expanding a washer and dryer nook, replacement of a kitchen and new drywall and painting of ceilings and walls on the entire first floor of our home. They did an exceptional job and completed it timely!! They are very good at giving updates and timelines for a project. Also we just had two outdoor railings installed and a concrete pad step. We are so very happy with with these services provided. We know that when we need a project done it will be done just how we want. This is a local family owned business who provides exceptional service. We highly recommend them!!

They have been extremely professional and accommodating to me and very patient with changes I have requested. Customer service is impeccable.

This spring, we contracted with Quality YHM for lawn care services, tree pruning and landscape work. Dan, the service tech, has completed two lawn care applications. He is very thorough when servicing our property and does a really good job. The applications have rejuvenated our woeful lawn. Ricky and Albert were the team that took care of our backyard landscaping project --- filling in designated low areas with topsoil, mulching, then placing about 50 english ivy plants to start the ground cover we wanted to build up in that area. Ricky tackled the pruning of our overgrown crabapple tree. They did a great job and their efforts transformed the look of our backyard just the way we envisioned it. We are very pleased with the serivces of Quality YHM and strongly recommend this company.

We have 2 acres, 26 trees, a huge flowerbed, and a quarter acre re-established meadow. Quality has given us expert guidance for many years on maintaining the health of our trees, shrubs, and meadow-even consulting with an OSU professor on a ragweed problem in the meadow. Their staff do a superb job of edging, mulching, and some pruning (we like to do as much as we can ourselves but there is a LOT of work here). They are true professionals. They just finished mulching the flowerbed and it's gorgeous.

I have personally had Quality treat my lawn for 4 years and Dakota is our guy that is assigned. Our yard is AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL !!!! after trying other big named companies in this area that were awful and a waste of time and money !!! We are soooo happy we went with Quality Lawn Services. So happy I switched to Quality for lawn/landscape needs! The company does a great job of communication and keeping you up to date on when service will be preformed. Had them do mulch and could not be happier. The crew of Djecky, Juan, Diego and Ernesto were terrific. Arrived in the morning and worked until everything looked perfect. Quality serviced our business for snow removal. We asked prior to hiring them about making sure everything was taken care of before opening our doors for business. They never disappointed us. When we realized later in the day that service was needed due to more snow etc. they came right away to take care of the matter. Quality has been doing a great job for me over the years. Most recently repairing rotting wood on the trim of my house.

attention to detail was great. they edged all the curving garden beds beautifully and installed mulch and swept/blew away all debris on the walkways. gardens looked first rate when they finished!

They treat you like your a part of their extended family. My grass is the greenest that it ever has been for years. The price was less than others quoted and they are very professional and communication is awesome

We've used Quality Yard and Home Maintenance for the last four years to do edging and mulching off all our beds as well as some repair to our retaining wall in 2022. They've quoted a decent price, communicate well, arrive on time and the job has been excellent each time. I highly recommend Quality and these two gentlemen.

I have used Quality Yard and Home Maintenance for years and yesterday was one of the many reasons I have. Austin walked my back yard, checking the ground condition, (my back yard has a tendency to be soft and muddy after heavy rains). He determined it was too soft to use his motorized spreader. He used his manual instead so as not to mess up our yard. He treats your yard as if it was his. I really appreciate that!
