They did a good job when they finally started. I think they forgot to order our materials even after we paid half up front. After calling them, then they remembered to order our materials. My husband told them to give some lead time so we could plan days off, but then they tried to schedule installation a day or two after they received the materials. The 2 guys that did the work were excellent. But we were still missing a screen and window crank. By this time they have been paid in full. Screw up with the crank. Then it finally arrived, but we are still missing the screen, so that window is basically useless. I'm not opening that window until we have the screen on. So, if you have about a year, from the initial consultation to having the job completed, maybe this is the company to go with. Talk about dropping the ball once they are paid...

Matt, thank you and your team for replacing existing vinyl siding and adding new siding to our recent remodel along with gutters. Kainoa, Charlie and team communicated very well and cleaned up at the end of each day. You can tell they enjoyed and took pride in their work. They were a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Matt provided very competitive prices for his windows and delivery time. We are rebuilding and of course wanted to get our windows in time for our installation. Matt was able to get it here in 2 months vs all the other competitors I have tried to contact was offering 8 - 10 months for delivery. Matt is a very straight forward guy and no beating around the bushes from the very start. He delivered as expected. I will definitely use him again.

Tropical Wholesale installed four eco windows of which I am very pleased. So much so that I approached the owner to install a walk-in shower as a result of my wife breaking her leg. Both projects were completed to a high standard at a reasonable price and promptly. The varied staff involved were respectful and capable. I would not hesitate to use Tropical Wholesale again should the need arise.

Over the years that I have used Tropical Wholesale Matt and his gang have installed siding and vinyl windows on my personal home and completely gutted and refurbished a near teardown condition duplex for me in Pearl City. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the outcome of each job. I can say... "If you want it done right, call Matt."
He has become my go-to company. Professional, competent, a joy to work with and reasonably priced. One cannot ask for more!
