When I came home one Sunday evening I found water all over the Floor and part of the ceiling had come down. Eco Clean Hawaii was able to be there within a few hours. Brought blowers etc to dry the ceiling and floors. Daily their technician Alex came to check on the status. He worked with my schedule and was very polite. He explained everything in detail to me and what the next step would be. He also found why the pipes had leaked. I was down with a cold and he was very concerned and asked if there was anything he could do for me before he would leave. I am very impressed with this company and with their employee Alex!

Alex, Raul, and Maverick took really good care of us when we had a leak under our kitchen sink. They communicated effectively and were punctual every time. They had professional opinions and provided exceptional service. Thankfully it was a small job, but even if the job was really big I would expect the same professionalism and results. I dealt primarily with Andre and Raul, both of whom were consummate professionals. They were in the middle price range as far as quotes go, but after reading the fine print in various other contracts and getting a personalized estimate from Andre, I was confident I was in good hands.

The communication was constant and clear. I was informed and involved via pictures every step of the way. They even helped clean a mess I know they didn’t make after the property manager complained!

I was a little concerned when they found more mold than anticipated, but they handled it with the expertise displayed throughout the project and didn’t try to rob me on the additional work!

At the end of it all, we did a walkthrough of all the work that had been done and they arranged for me to receive documentation from the city certifying that my new home was safely mold and popcorn ceiling free.

Eco-Clean has to be the best water mitigation service in town. It's a cliche to say that life can change in an instant, but the fact is that when your toilet decides to seek provenance beyond its usual boundaries, it doesn't take much more than an instant before you are suddenly grappling with issues well outside of that which you had put on your to-do list that day. In our case, the toilet tank overflowed for 10-15 minutes. By then, water made its way underneath all of the hardwood flooring in the back of our home. Fortunately, in the midst of this emergency, we were referred to Eco-Clean. They responded promptly and professionally to the situation. Him and his crew did a great job of inspecting and then removing any damaged materials from the home. He also dried the affected area quickly so that mold could not grow. A very likable guy who tried his best to be as helpful as possible during the process.

They made a great duo and helped problem solve when faced with some awkward repairs such as the crown molding which was previously handcrafted and not purchasable in store. They also installed an access panel and brand new floors that look great. My home looks better than it did before the repairs.

Was great with any questions I had and quick to provide me with flooring options. He also helped answer any questions I had about the process and was patient when insurance was providing funds slower than expected.

CINDY
Killer receptionist, quick to answer questions, extremely nice and polite, and could probably make a living creating ASMR videos. 10/10 Customer service!

Only complaints I would have is this was my first time experiencing water damage or having to make an insurance claim and I didn’t really know how to process was gonna go and I think it was just second nature for Eco Clean to expect me to understand what the process was going to look like as far as repair schedule. So in the beginning there were lots of uncertainty in the beginning and it made me have to ask a lot of questions, but Eco Clean did a fantastic job. I would choose them again anytime

From management to employees you get courtesy in addition to quality, on-time work. The work they perform is well explained, and very well executed. Would definitely call them again if the need arises. Very pleased with the work.

The crew was all equally very polite and nice. They gave me feedback as needed with whatever they were doing. They were very mindful of the environment and maintained safety at all times; cleaned, cleared and made sure they left the place safe for me to walk around before they left for the day. They went beyond expectations. They even installed and replaced my old broken washer/dryer with my new ones upon request. They didn’t leave until almost everything is back, especially the heavy furniture and appliances were back in place. I’d like to add that they also installed my front door and garage security doors (not on the list).

I truly appreciate the work they’ve done. Before I learned about Eco Clean Hawaii, half the battle I had was looking for the right contractor/company to do the job. It was my first and only experience of this magnitude since we acquired this place. Service was great prompt and reasonably priced. Carpet looks like new. My only suggestion is that there was no confirmation of my appointment beforehand. Other than that I would 100% recommend.

I had water damage from the 2nd floor and into the garage. Thr property management company hired this company to take care of it.

The first day the came and did work, for some reason the 2 young kids decided it would be fun to go into the master bedroom and touch things and leave footprints all over, when there was no work to be done in that room. Also leaving a mark on a painting that me and my wife made.

Night time comes and me and the wife are hanging out in the living room and we hear 2 mini bangs. We open the freezer and one of their workers took the drinks i ordered online from my garage and put them in there. Thanks for making a mess.

This was quite awhile ago but my wife reminded me of this experience and just wanted to warn anyone using this company to keep an eye on your property.

Alex was very nice and extremely helpful, educating us about mold prevention and areas that could be at risk after our roof leaked in the recent storm. Great company.

We are very pleased with the work that Eco Clean performed at our 2 bedroom apt. We had a leak that came from our neighbor upstairs and damaged our ceiling which happened to have asbestos in it . We call these guys and couldn’t be happier we did . Andre Souza project manager from Eco clean came and helped us to get a Pod and a place to stay working with our insurance to be able to get the asbestos abatement done. Highly recommend these guys!

I used Eco Clean for a full remodel on a very dated condo
in Waikiki. I had to be off island for most of the project so the majority of the remodel was completed over Face Time. I'm very familiar with remodels and a pretty detail oriented person and I would definitely use Eco Clean for my next project. Specifically Lydio and Darce were great, always quick to respond, and completed the project on time staying within the agreed budget.

Calling several companies to see if anyone would be able to look at our mold situation they were the first to reassure me that they would send someone out immediately to inspect and mitigate the mold in our bathroom. When Alex Souza arrived he was very professional, quick, and thorough in cleaning and removing all the mold.

About a month ago my tenant woke me at 3:30 a.m. to say that it was raining downstairs in her unit. My guest bathroom toilet. had sprung a leak and caused floor, wall, ceiling, cabinet and floor damage. They immediately came in and started with their huge fans to dry everything out. They then continued to mitigate the damage until done. It was then time to reconstruct whatever needed fixing.

Our sink in the kitchen was leaking and damaged our entire kitchen. I called Eco Clean and they responded right away. Alex made sure our kitchen was cleaned up, and safe to be used again until they finish the repairs.

I’m a first time condo owner and woke up to an awful surprise in my bathroom. There was water everywhere and a plumber recommended Eco Clean Hawaii.
Alex assisted me in contacting my insurance and guided me throughout the whole process. Eco clean team was able to finish the work quick and worked with my schedule.

I received an indication from Eco Clean who attended to me immediately. They are super professional and did a great job restoring my home.

Water from the condo unit next to us leaked into our unit, saturating some of the walls and bottoms of the cabinets. This was our first experience with water damage so we didn’t know exactly what had to be done. Based on the positive reviews, we called Eco Clean Hawaii.
Project Manager Marcelo Bavaresco showed up promptly, assessed the moisture in the affected areas while patiently explaining what the readings on the sensors meant, how the equipment would dry out the areas and the type of repairs that would be done to the drywall.
Marcelo was friendly, efficient, conscientious and professional, and went above and beyond what was necessary to complete the job. We were also impressed with his repair of the wall -- the patching, spackling and custom matched paint made it impossible to tell that there were 12 holes drilled there for the drying equipment.
We also appreciated him voluntarily accommodating his schedule to expedite the job so that we could focus on a big family event coming up the following week.
He made a stressful situation much less stressful.

The drywall guy named Pasquale was the one who took care of the restoration , together with his crew, they patched all the cut outs made by the plumber and after all it look like it never happened . I'm very happy with the results.

ECO clean really helped us out during a stressful leak situation. They are very knowledgeable, reasonable and honest in their work. From the leak mitigation to the repairs, Lydio was always available when i had any questions.

My condo was flooded from an upstairs unit. It was a constant dripping over a few days. The walls were soaked and there were pools of water under my hardwood floors. It was a complete disaster.

I made a call to EcoClean Hawaii and they were able to come immediately, that same afternoon. Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable. Through his expertise, he was able to pinpoint the potential source of the water leak and worked towards an expeditious solution.

He and his team worked around my busy schedule to start the mitigation process immediately and made it as painless for me as possible. They removed my flooring, put all my furniture back, and put temporary flooring so I could return and stay in my condo that same day. And started drying the walls immediately. They were extremely efficient, effective, and professional.

Alex even took the time to explain the entire process including what to expect from insurance companies, the claims processes, and the next steps to start repairs. This a homeowner’s nightmare, but I am very grateful to Alex and the staff from EcoClean for making it as easy as it could be. Thank you!

Have used Eco Clean Hawaii to clean my carpet around 3 times now. Raul, has done the cleaning twice now and has always been nice, quick and efficient. He always ask what areas to clean and how to navigate around them, as well as vaccuum up some small spots that I may have missed. Will most likely use them again in the future.

Raul was on time very communicative, and professional. He did an excellent job with our carpet and couch. We will call this company again.

Eco clean Hawaii is a wonderful company that goes out of their way to accommodate you! They have helped me clean my carpets several times over the years and each time I have been more than pleased with the result. They use eco friendly products and the carpets dry fairly fast. This time was no different plus they helped me in a pinch when I spilled something less then a week after my carpets were cleaned! Antonio and Raul did an excellent job on my carpet and Cindy went out of her way to get me an appointment. I highly recommend Eco Clean Hawaii and will be using them again!

Excellent job! Quick response too! I would recommend to anyone. I first spoke with Lee. Very nice & immediately responsive to my call. Quickly set up appointment and provided estimate for water extraction and clean up of floor. Raul was the technician who did the mositure, mold check & total carpet cleaning caused by leak that came from nearby unit. Raul was extremely polite & professional. Completed work in 1/2 hour & carpet was like new again! Buyer was very happy too!! I would highly recommend Lee & Raul. They were superb and did a thourough job!
