Triumph Roofing is great to work with from start to finish! They kept up with regular updates and progress. If you are looking to have your roof replaced, this is definitely the company to go with!

Few months ago Max was working in my neighborhood knocked at my door, asked to check my roof, he was very polite and professional that I could not refuse. He showed me videos of the damages on my roof. I got a real honest suggestion, which was affordable and took care of issues. I would call on Max for any work any time.

Max and Jared’s team make everything so easy from the beginning of the process to the end. Always treating us with courtesy and transparency. I really recommend Triumph roofing if you have any roof repairs or replacement needs. Amazing company to work with!

Awesome service and Ryan is my go to. As a realtor estate agent, I get asked for referrals all the time. Very happy with Triumph Roofing, Ryan Sanders was helpful, answered all our questions, found the specific color of shingle we wanted and was present when insurance company inspected roof. Ryan got is in their schedule quickly, and the work was excellent. Jarod, the operations manager, stopped by our home at least 3 times to make sure work was up to their standards and came by to visit with us and make sure we were satisfied when work was done. Roof looks great, they cleaned up completely, can't even tell they were here. They picked up all the roofing nails!

I had Triumph do my roof twice in the past, seems the last was 8 years or more ago. Replaced as a result of hail damage. They asked to come look just to check its condition. I find them excellent, thorough and professional. Local to Plano too and definately not just some dudes in a pickup.

I had a really strange experience trying to schedule a meeting for a quote. I called the main number and it seemed like it went to a call center (not a local office). He asked me all sorts of questions from the start, my name, address, email, phone (normal...) then he started asking when I get home from work and I asked why he was asking that, he said to schedule my quote, so I told him that I work from home. Then he asked me when my husband would be home (I had not mentioned that I have a husband), I told him that I am home all day and that I can schedule any time around my work. He then asked again when my husband would be here so that he could coordinate when to send someone out. I told him that I don't need my husband here for the quote that I am capable to do it myself, he kind of chuckled and we continued to schedule a time. Then right as we were about to hang up, he said AGAIN "Make sure your husband is there when we come out." So many things... 1) I may not even have a husband 2) I can certainly get a quote without my husband 3) It's not 1965, women make their own decisions 4) When I tried to stop him assuming that my husband needed to be there, he had to get the last word in and brought it up again! I'm cancelling my appointment.

2/20 UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: Triumph reached out to me the day after I booked my appointment and asked me about my experience and profusely apologized for my experience. They told me that they have addressed the issue and have since not used the same scheduling service. I let them come out and quote me for the project and they have gone above an beyond to help me find the best solution for my budget, which was to refer me to a contractor that can help me repair instead of replace my gutters. It is rare that a company will not only reach out to the customer to address the issue, but then go beyond to rebuild the relationship.

I have used Triumph over a number of years with every single member providing the utmost professionalism and knowledge about the job. I will not use anyone else for my roof work.

Triumph handled all the details after the May hail storms rolled through our area. Wow! They showed up to replace our roof with a crew of 13!!! They got it all done in one day: prep to protect our home, shrubs and trees and cleaning up as they go and then after install they made sure everything was picked up and fresh looking. Super impressed with the teams we worked with at Triumph Roofing.

This company deserves more than five stars! Ryan and Max did a very thorough inspection of our skylight leakage and the entire roof. They explained everything in detail through words and the pictures they took. The price was very fair and the work was done perfectly by Alejandro just two days later. Highly recommended!!

I’m extremely impressed with Triumph Roofing! A couple months ago (I had to wait to write this review to test out the roof in a heavy rain storm) Triumph Roofing gave me a thorough, friendly, fast, and understandable diagnosis of where my roof leak was coming from. They were out within a couple days to fix the roof and now, after our first heavy rainstorm since the repair, no more leaks! I will certainly use them in the future. Thank you!

The team installed a chimney flute and replaced the moisture barrier around my skylight. They did an amazing job explaining the work scope performed and they inspected a few weeks later to verify the quality of the work. I'd recommend their services to anyone looking for roof repairs.

During a bad rainstorm on May 28, 2024, water was leaking into my house due to holes in the flashing around my chimney. My kitchen flooded and we expected more heavy rain. Triumph Roofing to the rescue! They came the next day and replaced the flashing and the storm continued coming but no more flooding in my house. Thanks for a great job, Triumph Roofing!

I recently had a roof leak, Triumph Roofing was recommended to me. The whole process from the first phone call, roof inspection of both houses to the completion of the project took 2 days. Danny and James are the people that I dealt with and it was a pleasure. We had some wind damage on our roof and had some shingles lift up in some areas in the recent weather. I reached out to James at Triumph Roofing and he was quick at responding and communicating with me on coming out and looking at our roof. He explained the extent of damage and how to understand my homeowners insurance in relation to the damage.

He came out and looked over the roof and took some pictures and was able to give me a quick quote for the work that needed to be done. After we received it via email and signed all the document electronically which was super easy, he quickly had the roofer come out and take care of the damage.

The roofer was thorough and showed us the before and after pictures of the process. We are really happy with the work that was done and it was really an easy process. Though unexpected we are grateful for the EXCELLENT customer service and QUALITY work that we received.

Brad and James were awesome to work with. They were very attentive thru the entire process. They listened to my needs and were accommodating to ensure my needs were met. They gave regular updates thru the process to make sure I was comfortable during the roof replacement. Thier estimate was accurate and very reasonable. If you need a roof replaced this is a company you would want to work with.

Very professional, conscientious and thorough. Brad referred me to an Independent Adjuster who helped me with an insurance claim that had been previously denied a couple of times. Made temporary repairs to my roof while the claim was being processed. I highly recommend Brad and his professional crew.

Had to replace our roof due to hail damage and Ryan came to conduct a site inspection. Documented the damage and provided a report to send to our insurer. We were preparing to put our house on the market so needed this to be done quickly and Triumph was phenomenal throughout. Even after the work was completed and there were unforeseen conditions that increased the price over what the insurer indicated they would pay, Jared was extremely helpful in guiding me through. I would absolutely use them again.

Damage (Water seepage) caused by ice dam during recent storm. Ryan was very prompt in responding to our needs and was able to implement the roof repair in a timely manner.
The day after the repair we had some significant rain and it seemed to be watertight. The work crew was excellent and did a great job with the repair and cleaned up the debris.

Triumph Roofing, the top roofing contractors in Plano TX, exceeded our expectations after a massive storm damaged our house. Jared Thomason with Triumph Roofing worked for months documenting and submitting reports to my insurance company. They were not going to pay for new decking or a complete new roof just some shingle replacement. His diligence paid off in new decking and a complete new roof covered by my insurance. I was out just the deductible. I highly recommend Triumph Roofing.

My mother is a widow(my Dad was a veteran) and needed a new roof. It is through their act of kindness that they cared enough to sponsor a new roof on my mother's house. They were Professional, on time, caring, polite and completed the roof in one day! The roof is strong, sturdy and it looks great! The owner came out to personally meet and talk to my Mom! This was the ultimate expression of kindness! It made her feel like a VIP!

I got their recommendation of Nextdoor for Prosper/Celina area and their price and professionalism won our business and I would recommend them to others. They were able to fix our flashing around our chimney that was old and leaking super quickly and at a great price.

Ryan always does a great job on any roof he works on for me. I highly recommend him and Triumph for any roofing needs, from repair to replacement.

Triumph Roofing is awesome!

They had a representative come out as i saw a few shingle "tabs" torn off and he inspected our roof, for free.

I had a bit of hail damage but mostly wind damage.

He suggested I contact my insurer as the roof was quite old (15 years surprisingly), was never replaced, and had quite a few areas of concern.

Triumph met our insurer and they both got on the roof to take a look and sure enough, the insurer agreed that it needed to be replaced and covered everything that was brought to his attention; roof, gutters, window screens, etc.

Triumph's roofing specialist, as well as everyone else who assisted at Triumph, was very informative, easy to reach, and kept me up to date through the entire process.

The roof replacement took about a day. The crew arrived early, moved our patio furniture out of the way, placed down tarps, and got to work.

Afterwards they put everything back and picked up all of the materials and arrant nails and trash.

I took a look around the house and to my surprise could hardly tell they were even there! They did a great job cleaning up!

I must say the entire process was painless and the end results are amazing!

We are very glad to have had Triumph out given some of the horror stories we've been told by friends.

Triumph Roofing is BBB rated (I only deal with BBB businesses), certified Owens Corning installers (which gives a greater shingle warranty due to them being certified), and have a number of other credible certifications and affiliations.
