Triton Roofing - New Orleans, LA

I decided to use Triton to repair my roof because they came out within a week of calling and gave a free estimate that was very competitive with other companies. There were a few small hiccups, but you always have to give a company a chance to correct them. Trey, my main contact, was phenomenal with doing so and his communication was the best I've ever had with an sort of construction company. I hope he is highly valued. Once the work got started, they finished in one day (large job). The work was done right and I was very impressed. Allowed me to do everything remotely online from picking out shingles, to paying through a bank draft. Their workers were careful around side/back yard. They took down our strung lights, rehung them, and moved our furniture out of the way of old shingles getting dropped from the roof. Clean up was good as well. I did not find a single nail! I would recommend this company if you are looking for a roof replacement and would absolutely use them again.

The team at Triton came highly recommended and were just awesome during the entire duration of my repairs from Hurricane Zeta. The project manager was extremely responsive and thorough in my estimate. I was able to provide my estimate to my insurance company and show them that there were gaps in the estimate completed by their appraiser. This allowed me to receive enough money from my settlement to complete my repairs. The quality of their work was impressive. Those guys were in and out with no complaints. My property was left clean and in better condition than before the storm. Will use again.

Triton was a blessing. At a time when water was pouring through my ceiling during a storm and was so stressful, Triton responded within 24 hours. They made the entire process simple and easy by dealing directly with my insurance. 10/10 would recommend. You will not be disappointed.
