Triton Roofing was professional and performed quality work while re-roofing my house and installing a new chimney cap.

Ann Thompson, my Roofing and Construction Specialist, walked me through each step of the process and kept me well informed. I fully relied on her to guide me through the entire project. The level of communication and knowledge she provided was excellent. She made a point to stop by during each phase and answer any questions I might have, which was very reassuring for me. She was absolutely amazing.

The roofing crew was also very professional, polite and extremely neat! They clearly were very experienced. The roofing crew were so tidy that they left my yard and construction area cleaner than they found it.

Triton Roofing and Ann Thompson made it a very pleasant experience. They definitely have a tried and true system. The quality and workmanship of the roof is amazing. All who represented Triton Roofing during this project were professional, knowledgeable, and polite.

FANTASTIC company. They worked on our roof, redid our siding, fixed drywall, and painted inside and outside. The work looks so good our neighbors constantly stop us to ask who did it. Their employees are fantastic and respectful. Every single one of their employees take pride in their work. They strive to make the customer happy and to do work worth bragging about. We will ALWAYS use and recommend this company! Absolutely the BEST!

This company has not done a good job on roofing the townhomes in my community. This job was started in May and supposed to be complete in June. Their work is terrible and we have had the city out to inspect and they have to do the work again. It does not meet roofing standards as well as there has been damage to many of the exterior areas of our homes from the work. We have had a dumpster sitting in the same place that has not been moved or emptied in 3 weeks. This is a nightmare. I hope they make this right. If they do I will update there review but as of now they are terrible.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Do not use this company for your restoration repairs. They bring you in by telling you they will take care of your home. Then after the sale pitch you are nothing to them. They don’t communicate with you. They have others companies do the work on your home and don’t check to see if the work is done and done correctly. Then they use the excuse that the companies they hired messed up.I didn’t hire those companies I hired Triton Roofing and Restoration. I was left with rotten plywood on my roof and after I asked them they never even bothered to look. Then only after I was able to see the damage wood for myself did they repair the wood. They charged me for work never done and then instead of adjusting my claim charged me for additionally work not covered by my insurance. Worse of all when I questioned the final bill because of the horrible service I was insulted with a comment about meeting “PEOPLE LIKE ME”. People like me..Do not Do not Do not use this company and if you have check your roof.
