They were prompt and courteous. Had some gutter issues. Came out on a wet day and cleaned the down spout entrance for free. Roof was wet and slippery. Found some other damage to roof caps. They are coming back to assess the roof damage on a dry day. Thank you roofs by legacy.

Recently had some water dripping through a light fixture on our front porch. I sent a message requesting service-Matt got back to me within an hour and had 2 techs scheduled same day. Logan & Caiden came and were the sweetest guys, our children were outside playing when they arrived-they spent a few minutes talking with them and even tended to them during the visit-the littles were drawing pictures with chalk for them. WOW! In spite of the rain and threats of 70% rain, our roof has beautiful new shingles AND in just 2 days. A great experience from beginning…. Our roofing project is nearing completion and we are very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Legacy Roofing. The project consisted of the tear off of the existing roof, adding a pitch to the original flat roof and the installation of new 20 year Duralast membrane. What an amazing company. I have a lot to say about my experience with this company, but let me start with this. They did a fantastic job, done with EVERYTHING in ONE day, affordable, a pleasure to work with and keep in touch after everything is done to be sure the roof is holding up. Caydin was an amazing project organizer and an all-around good person. I had really been on the fence about using my insurance to get a new roof since that is the reason insurance rates in Florida are ridiculous, but it turns out when you're the only one not doing it, you are the sucker for not sticking those blood-sucking insurance companies where it hurts. I was at my whit's end trying to figure out financing for a roof since I wanted to pay out of pocket instead of going the insurance route. I was working on my car and Caydin approached my house. We talked for a while and I told him I would at least hear him out. So he went to get his truck and i went inside to wash my hands. After already talking with many other door-to-door roof people and turning them down I told my fiance that i wondered if this was God trying to test my resolve, or a gift and honestly, i was in knots about it. My morals were telling me that going with the insurance was wrong, even if the insurance companies are criminals. I honestly, in that short time, prayed about it and hoped that God would let me know if i was okay. when Caydin pulled up in his truck I was almost in tears. I looked out my window and saw "thank God daily" on the side of that truck and I knew I was gonna be okay. I composed myself before talking to him and it was like the weight of the world was taken off of my shoulders. The truth is, the insurance company refused to pay even one cent, but Caydin and Legacy made it a point to take care of me. They worked with me on paying out of pocket, and treated me like any other customer, even though i knew this meant that they would not make much money on the job they would do for me. I am very thankful for them and I hope that God will use them to make a difference in many other peoples' lives as well.

I recently decided to replace my roof shingles which were original and 23 years old. After dealing with multiple roofing representatives I was most impressed by Ryan Vansandt, the Project Manager for Legacy Roofing and Solar, and decided to go with them on the project. Ryan was great before, during and after the completion. The actual work crew was great. They were here when they said they would be and did a great job including a great cleanup. They even used magnets to find dropped nails in the lawn and on the drive. The new shingles look fabulous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relace their existing roofing.

Our neighbor was getting a new roof and we had some concerns about our roof. Ryan came over and inspected our roof throughly. Ryan said that we were in good shape except for a couple spots. He offered to fix those with caulk the same day. We appreciated his willingness to check our roof and take care of it the same day. We will for sure hire him when we need a new roof.

We were in a world of hurt when we put in a call to Jesse at Legacy. The two hurricanes in September/ October of 2022 had severely damaged two of the rental properties we own in Ponce area. In a matter of days post hurricanes, when others would not even take our calls, Jesse had found and put tarps on both roofs, talked to tenants for us about what he saw on site and assured us Legacy could get new roofs on quickly and at a fair price.
He was true to his word….. estimates were prepared, he helped us communicate with two different insurance companies and both roofs were replaced in a matter of weeks. His turnaround allowed us too keep a tenant in one of the units while work was being done and start the needed inside work earlier than planned.
I highly recommend Jesse and this team and will certainly use them again if there is a roofing need.

Our experience with legacy roofing was the best I could have ever wanted! The main reason was due to the expertise and and constant attention and supervision of the project by Ryan Vansandt. He was in constant contact with me and with my daughters updating us about what was going on. All in all it was a very smooth and wonderful experience. Very professional from start to finish both office staff and installation crew. I was kept informed of every step along the way installation crew was here at 7:00 am both days worked u til 6:00 pm first day and 6:45pm second day took care in protecting shrubs and property totally cleaned up each day on second day walked the new roof asking video and ensuring everything was perfect then used a magnet rolling device to pick up any nails from the original roof removal. Shane Moore was great stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process provided us with local addresses of houses which had their roofed done with same color choices that we were considering.

I was unaware of the extent of damage that I had on my roof. I knew it was beyond the initial life and had endured several hurricane and many many many strong storms.
Donnie drove down our street and told me he had to stop and let us know our home was no longer getting the protection it deserved. He said it would be a great in justice if he didn’t at least show us to what extent our roof was compromised. If anything we would have a better understanding of the risk we took going into another hurricane season without repairing our home.
He climbed up His ladder with his phone in video mode. On a 100+ degree day mind you. He showed us the entire video I was astonished at the amount of damaged shingles on our roof he took his chalk out and began marking what seems liked 100’s but we could clearly see a crease in the shingles he identified and marked on the roof.
We were so grateful for the level of professionalism we sat down to discuss how to mitigate this problem. Our home our investment was in jeopardy. After talking for a bit and Donnies humor we discovered that our roof could be replaced for absolutely Nothing based on our insurance!
