Triple SSS Construction helped us with a couple of projects at our home to make it easier for us “age in place” here. One project was to replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower, installing necessary grab bars and update flooring and other fixtures. The other project was to remove a pantry cupboard in our kitchen and prepare the space for a tower washer/dryer so we could do laundry on the main floor instead of in the basement. Here Shawn was careful to salvage crown molding to maintain the integrity of the existing cupboards. He had great ideas and resources to help us decide what we needed and wanted. We are delighted with the results. The bathroom looks great and our new laundry center fits right into our kitchen.

We had a fairly significant structural issue in the attic above our garage. Years ago, trusses were cut to make storage space and over time the roof began to sag. We contacted Shawn at SSS and he performed a complete reconstruction to not only restore the roof to the original slope but he designed a new truss system that provided safe and efficient storage. His crews removed the roofing and plywood to allow insertion of the new trusses. His calculations were so precise that the gutters remained in place. The old trusses were jacked up and fastened to the new ones and everything came out perfect. He matched the new roofing to the existing and it looks outstanding.
SSS Construction was polite, prompt and very professional. They took care of all the little details and we could not be more pleased. I would recommend Shawn for any construction project.
