Pésima compañía para venir a descargar, llege desde las 7:00AM y dijeron que abrian a las 8:00AM, el primer camion lo pasaron a descargar a las 9:30AM yo fui el tercero y termine de descargar a la 1:00PM si no quieres perder un dia de trabajo no vengas a este lugar

These people, very poor customer service. Unfortunately it's the closest with in 2 hours of me or I drive 5 hours for a reputable company for steel. Like I mentioned, I drive 2 hours away for my material. I pre-order so I know it's there. They sell it to someone else or "misplaced it" and I either go empty handed and have to waste a day of driving or get something I didn't order no close These people suck! Avoid doing business if possible. I'll be ordering from Denver now.

Some of the worst experience/customer service I've ever had was from here. Had salesman (plural) never call us back on quotes, went to pick up steel once and was told to pull around the north side to leave and got straight screamed at by an employee on that side for going around that way, we stopped and tried telling him we were told to go that way and it just escalated to a screaming/cussing match. That pretty much sums up my experience here.

Top notch customer service best staff around. Tremendous help to my small business keeping the working man working. The only place I purchased my material and that's for a reason. I recommend stopping by and checking out the operation if you haven't already.
