He always kept us informed with every aspect of the job. The friendly and knowledgeable workers that applied our application and repaired any problems that they noticed regarding our roof, took pictures of everything they did to show us what was involved. I called three different five star roofing companies to get estimates. So triple R roofing for whatever reason was half the price of the other two companies. Also, with the other two companies added on additional cost for walking around my solar panels. Both of them wanted to charge between 1500 and 2000 more to guarantee that they would not hurt the solar panels. They also charged extra because I wanted to remove a skylight and fix the base of my chimney. And triple r just included those things in their Originalestimate.

I was gone the first day they worked so they took pictures and videos of everything. They did that So I could see what they did. I wasn’t worried because I live in the city of Davis and I was getting permits. The city of Davis are exacting for any kind of building permit. .But I really appreciated that they were willing to go the extra mile. I asked them if they could do a couple of gittwe replacements for me which they did for a very good cost and because they could see that there was another strip about 15 feet long that was cracking, they replaced it for me at no extra cost and without asking. They’re amazing
The owner Rogelio, is so thorough and professional, and you can see that he takes great pride in his work. I don’t think that anyone could do better and I definitely know that you couldn’t do better for the price.

I recently lost about a dozen shingles in a storm. For such a small job, these guys went out of their way to get my roof buttoned up quickly. Every representative I dealt with, from the answering service to Iniva the roofer, was professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

The work was done quickly. Too early to tell if product works for five years.
Plan to have Triple R Roofing come back o verify shingle flexibility and roof leaks and meets warranty terms at about the 5 year date. Appreciated gutter maintenance. Hold Sales Rep accountable for his promises. Have not seen photographs of roof as promised by installers. Price of product is based upon percentage of new roof install therefore make sure to get other roofing contractors to give quotes on new roof, They did the job in less than two hours. The company owner is responsive correcting issue like warped shingles that did not lay flat after application of product.

Triple R Roofing installed a metal porch roof as well as new siding and shingle roof on an addition to my house in Littlestown, PA. Travis did a great job giving us our options on each of the materials. Once everything was decided, the job was completed quickly and looks great. A rep came out to survey the roof and provide an estimate if I needed to replace it. It started sprinkling rain when he arrived, so he didn't go up. He didn't even pull out a ladder to look at the roof before telling me that I needed a new one and that he'd send an estimate in a few days. Never sent the estimate. I went with a reputable competitor instead, and got my neighbor to do his roof at the same time. I have other neighbors who need to replace their roofs in the next few years, and Triple R will NOT be the recommendation.

Salesman put the ladder on the side of my home and broke off shingles. Found freshly broken pieces of shingles on the sidewalk. Called to have them take care of and now they are claiming they are not responsible. That the latter was put further down the side. So they're saying the salesman could not have moved the ladder after they realized that they damaged? There was no one else that put a ladder on the side of the property. Two other roofers told me to avoid breaking shingles the ladder should have been put up against a gutter. Is it just a coincidence that the broken off Shingle pieces were found days later on my sidewalk? Not honest and or professional. I will take as far as I can to avoid this happening to someone else.

They send out ''patent'' form letters and obviously didn't read my e/mail to them. I chose 3 stars as middle ground. Why am I asked to rate them when I indicated that I did not use the business? Red tape, just what we need more of in the cmptr era!!

We knew when we bought our home in Prince Georges County, Maryland in December of 2021 that it had roof problems and that we would need to do something about the roof sooner than later. The house is structurally sound but we really wanted to upgrade the house so that it would be more energy efficient. When we were looking to install solar panels we wanted to make sure that the roof was sound enough to support the solar equipment. We asked the very knowledgeable solar vendor if he could recommend any roofing company to us. He pointed us immediately to Triple R roofing. Travis came out to inspect our roof promptly after we contacted him. (Neither I nor my wife are related to Travis or anyone in his family nor did we have a personal relationship with him or anyone associated with Triple R before his company was recommended to us.) I was NOT surprised when he said that our roof needed to be replaced. Before closing on the house even the building inspector noted that the roof was problematic. BUT since the housing market in south Maryland is so competitive we didn't ask the sellers to make necessary repairs to the roof. We were simply relieved that our offer was accepted so quickly. If we had made any significant demands on the sellers to repair the roof the sellers would have simply moved on to another buyer. I am not a roofer but I am not naive about roof problems after serving for more than ten years as the president of our townhouse association in Texas and supervising the replacement of thirty sloped and flat roofs. Travis' initial quote was much lower than we were expecting. He said that some of the plywood under the shingles would need to be replaced as well but he would not be able to make that exact determination until he saw what the plywood actually looked like after the shingles were removed. Travis did an excellent job of educating us about the latest high-tech roofing materials and roofing ventilation products/systems that he believed would be most appropriate and longest lasting. I was very unaware that so many advances had been made in roofing technology. His crew arrived almost an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and immediately went to work. It's a good thing they arrived early because much more of the plywood was bad than was originally anticipated. I am glad that I stayed home while the Triple R roofing crew went to work. I saw the actual plywood that they removed from the roof with my own eyes and, indeed, even I as a layperson could see that the plywood that was removed was very bad and needed to be replaced. I didn't want the high grade /advanced technology roofing materials that I had purchased through Triple R to be nailed into deteriorating wood so I myself encouraged the crew to remove any wood that they thought was questionable. Ultimately they removed 70-80% of the wood covering the roof. This was an unspecified additional expense but it was not surprising. Given the cost of lumber these days it was not inexpensive but it was justifiable and an important investment. The Triple R roofing crew never stopped moving during the entire 12 hours that they were working on the roof except to take 30 minutes for lunch and one fifteen minute break in the morning and one fifteen minute break in the afternoon. They worked together in a very professional, respectful way without playing loud music from radios as I had seen and heard many other roofing crews do at my townhouse association. After the work was done the crew spent about 90 minutes cleaning our property of any debris, nails, etc. Even my wife remarked that the property around the house was cleaner than before the Triple R roofing crew came. The four person Triple R roofing crew worked continuously between 7am in the morning and 7pm in the evening in order to successfully complete the job! We feel very fortunate to have been referred to Triple R Roofing. With all of the warranties for material and labor offered by Triple R Roofing I am certain that we will not have any roofing expenses again as long as we own the house.

Travis came out to look at my late parent's house to inspect the roof. He was highly professional, courteous and even cleared off seversl branches that were sitting on the roof. He gave me two options including a spray-on treatment or a new roof. He was very up front and concise with his information. He even made a small repair on some flashing that was on the chimney. He was really nice and courteous. He is the kind of person you could invite over for dinner.

Travis is a true professional! I had some wind damage of soffit and fascia on the exterior of my townhouse. The big issue is that it was over 3 stories high. I called 15-20 other places with only 2 returning calls and wanted to make it a drawn out process. I needed it fixed ASAP as the rain and snow was not in my favor.
Travis answered the phone on a Sunday, I sent him pics, and he provided a fair price. It was fixed the next day! From phone call to completed job in less than 24 hours when others couldn't even return a call. Highly recommended and competent business! A+++ from me

We had a spray put on our roof that extends its longevity. We have solar panels that protect part of the roof but the other portion will age faster. This product helps the uncovered portion last longer. The pricing was very fair and Travis, the owner does the work himself. He took care while applying the coating and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. Job well done!!

roof max was super patient. no high pressure sales pitch. honest and on time with everything they stated before i committed. i looked into this a year before i used the service and they honored my original quote. went over all details about roof condition and what things they could seal on existing areas for the best result. highly recommend. my house is 105 years old roof showing lots or wear and replacing not an option at this time. i researched other similar products but no one was forthcoming as Roof Max. call them today…don’t go with fly by night products you apply yourself.

Travis came out today (6-10-2021) to do minor repairs on my roof and spray on Roof Maxx's 100% natural plant based oil solution on the roof. Travis spayed down the plants out front and the concrete out back with water to help protect them from the overspray. Travis was very proficient, clean and neat during the the whole process. Also very pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. I would recommend Triple R Roofing for this alternative roofing solution. It was very reasonably priced as well. Thank you Travis.

Doug and his team were super responsive and very knowledgeable regarding roof repairs, and out of pocket costs versus going through home owners insurance. I am SO glad we called them before doing anything. Doug & Travis repaired our roof damage and did the Roof Max spray for a fraction of the cost of a new roof, and helped us avoid a long drawn out insurance claim. I met Travis from Triple R Roofing through a solar contractor that I know, who spoke very highly of Travis and the Roof Maxx product. My roof is roughly ~10 years old with 24 solar panels on it, which were installed after the roof had been replaced. The solar contractor had mentioned to me that typically, if you need to remove solar panels to either replace the roof or similar, normal pricing to remove a single panel is $200. For somebody like me, who has 24 panels on my roof, that is $4,800 to start, on top of the normal roof replacement pricing. This is where Roof Maxx comes in. As somebody who puts in hours of research before making a decision, I researched the Roof Maxx product to fully understand what it provided and if there were any similar products on the market that I could use to compare. In researching, I learned how the natural soy product rejuvenates the roof shingles, which allows them to perform closer to like they were when new. Over time, roofing shingles lose their natural oils and become brittle, and during this process, shingles start to degrade and potentially cause issues with rain or snow drainage into your home. This product assists in making the average roof last longer than normal by essentially applying preventative maintenance to your roof, similar to how you would change the oil in your vehicle to allow it to work better long term. It was the icing on the cake to see that somebody that I have sat and watched backed the product that I was looking into. After inquiring to Travis about the product, asking him about it and how well it performs, he came out and performed an estimate. While performing the estimate, essentially walking on the roof and inspecting it to see if the product would work well for the roof, he pointed out two small imperfections that he would patch up for me so I didn’t have to worry about them. After talking with him and scheduling down the line, we set a date, he came out, applied Roof Maxx, fixed the two small imperfections that he had pointed out beforehand, and within three hours, he was finished and on his way to another job down the road. It was a seamless process and I have better faith that my roof will last that much longer because Roof Maxx has been applied to it. It comes with a 5 year warranty, so if I have further questions down the road about its performance, I will surely reach out and inquire about it. Travis was very professional. He gave a fair assessment of our roof condition, as well as recommended fixes. His prices are reasonable, and he was generally a great person to work with. We ran into weather issues, and he was very flexible and timely with rescheduling.

Travis was very professional and straight forward with me throughout the whole process of getting the roof replaced. Never felt like I was being mislead. Once the decision was made to have the roof replaced they had material and guys out to do the work almost right away. Any questions or any type of communication was handled instantly. During the planning process for a new solar system, a roof inspection determined there was wind damage and general degradation that would require us to get a new roof before the solar system could be installed. This would have been a project killer for us, so we spoke with Travis about the possibility of repair and the use of Roof Maxx to keep the solar project viable. Travis was available at our convenience, communicative, on-time and very professional. The cost of the repair work and Roof Maxx treatment were very reasonable and extended the roof life enough to have the solar system installed. I'm not sure I would ever use a different roofing contractor in the future.

Roof had Green mole on front side of roof to highway , several loose shingles, repaired roof vents and cleaned and installed roof coating, looks like a new roof,very satisfied ,travis did a wonderful Job
