I can’t say enough about their exceptional customer service. Tim and Sean have helped me tremendously. I’ve been going in there for several months. They always have welcoming greetings and help me find what I’m after. I’m not a maintenance person but they’re able to decipher my jibber jabber to a T every time. They’re literally the best!! I thought that this was a very nice place and nice people to deal with but they have truly let me down. They don't have business ethics and can't tell me the truth. I have paid for materials and still haven't received my order. I will be doing business in Sterling at home Depot.

Great lumber yard. Triple O's still lets you go out and pick and choose the boards you want for your project. They didn't have enough lumber for the trim project I was working on, but ordered more and had it in less than two business days! Great service and great yard!
