Jacob replaced a leaking outdoor faucet for us this July. This is the second time he has come to our rescue. On both occasions Jacob demonstrated professionalism with good communication and precise work.

20 minute repair=$800 bill. Minimal materials (sealant, a few screws/nails). Wouldn't have known had I not caught on camera. I was told not to concern myself with his time, I was paying for his experience. Well, he ended up with my money and I ended up with the experience. Owner says he went over problem and how to fix. I didn't completely understand and like a mechanic telling you what's wrong with your car, you have to trust them. Of course, I was also told I needed a new roof (inconsistent with recent home inspection) and other repairs. No thanks, I'll find someone else. I'll never be convinced a 20 minute repair is worth $800 unless I'm seeing a urologist.

Do not use this vendor. They charged nearly 80% more than what I was quoted. When a severe leak was found around the sliding doors they installed they refuse to honor their work and fix it. I've given them ample chances (many months) to do so. I will be pursuing them in small claims court.
