Bryan and Garrett were great to work with, they helped me through the whole process. They answered all of my questions and kept me updated. Installation was quick and the roof looks great.

It all started with a knock on the door. Chase and Riley walked me through what to expect with the insurance company and offered to tarp my damaged roof at no cost. They were there the day the adjuster came and followed through with the whole process. Bryan has been super helpful either in-person, by phone or text. Needed a new roof after the storm and hail in February. Upon referral, I called Trinity West Roofing and Construction. Best decision! Bryan, the owner, is professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He totally walked me through the process with my insurance and met with the adjuster when he came out. His crew was out here even earlier than scheduled and had the job done by early afternoon! A couple of days later, Garrett and his team were here to install my new gutters. I had asked for gutters around the whole house and went with the black. Looove them! Thank you, Bryan and Garrett! I will definitely pass on the referral to anyone I know needing work done!

Bryan and Garrett made the process of getting a new roof SO easy. They coordinated with my insurance company, made all necessary repairs to the structure of the house, replaced gutters, found damage to our fence and repaired it, and everything was in the stated time frame they gave us initially. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to deal with, and we would definitely feel good using them for any future projects!

Trinity West replaced my roof in July of 2024. Only one word can describe the work, and that word is outstanding. Outstanding timeliness, outstanding quality, and outstanding communication.

Scheduling the work was a challenge, not because of Trinity west, but because of the weather here in Texas. They worked with me to coordinate replacing the roof with re-aiming the antenna on my roof for internet. And they worked with me on scheduling to ensure that the roof wasn't open on days when rain was forecast. They were proactive with communications, monitoring the forecast and rescheduling in advance when rain was in the forecast. Because of this it took several weeks to schedule/complete the work, but the work was performed on a dry day that did not risk allowing any water into my attic.

As a Civil Engineer emphasizing in facilities maintenance and construction, I am damn picky. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity West to anyone, even my friends and family.

Unfortunately, a few bad roofers have given the industry a bad reputation. Trinity West is doing their part to improve the public's perception of the whole roofing industry, one roof at a time.

When we suffered a significant hail storm my wife and I knew from previous experience with storms in our area that we would see roofing contractors looking to service the area. We had a few come by but were not impressed until Riley Collier and Chase Crain stopped to visit. What they did in my opinion, was use their business sense. They asked if they could survey our damage and requested that we sign a Contingency Agreement for the business. This approach impressed me and took away any suspicion in my part as to their legitimacy so we signed on. From that moment both Riley and Collier were on on site from start to finish. The work crew was second to none . Their CEO, Garrett Tidewell, walked the process for purchasing and closing with all parties. On a scale of 1 to 10 Trinity West Roofing gets a 10.

Bryan Burns with Trinity Roofing & Construction is awesome! He helped my husband with his insurance claim on his house, then with mine. He helped me navigate easily through the insurance claim process & was very helpful with seeing it through to completion. I only recommend people who show me that they are honorable & trustworthy & that's why I whole heartedly give his name to everyone I know. I even asked for more cards to hand out. To start with, this is a company that you SHOULD use if you ever have roofing needs. These guys, Garrett, Bryan and their crews are amazing. From the beginning of my claim being denied by my insurance company (while using a different roofing company), to them going to bat and getting the insurance company to accept liability, then showing up and absolutely knocking out a 2,600 sqft houses roof in less than a day. Garrett and Bryan with Trinity West helped us replace our roof and gutters and assisted in bringing our insurance up to speed to get them to cover their fair share. We had a great experience, it took my wife and I longer to decide on project upgrades and details than it took Trinity West to come install it! The roof and gutters were installed within a week of us pulling the trigger and the roof install took place on one business day.

They didn’t try to sell us upgrades but did assist with making selections when we expressed interest. I was asking about upgrading to ridge ventilation (which they could have made extra money on), however they analyzed my roof configuration and determined that wouldn't be beneficial due to how few linear feet could be installed so we upgraded to solar attic fans instead. Most other companies would just make the extra sale and not let the customer know it wasn't worth it. Top marks for putting the customer's interests first.

We will use their services for other projects we want done, which will be sooner rather than later.
