Trinity Roofing And Home Improvement

I had a roof installed in Dec 2017 and bought the lifetime extended warranty from this company for $299. As of the date of this review, I have yet to receive either my warranty or my money back. After a call to GAF, the shingle manufacturer, in August, I find out that my warranty paperwork has not yet been submitted, 8 months after the work was completed and paid for. Repeated attempts to contact this company have gone unanswered. I did get one email reply back from Mr. Kelly on 8/22/18 regarding this matter, in my reply I stated that I would still like the warranty as it is transferable and I'm selling my home. In the weeks since then, I have attempted multiple times to contact this company thru email, phone calls and texts, with not a single reply. Most of the time the main number goes to Mr. Kelly's cell phone and his VM is full. Also, the website is down more than up, so I'm not certain what's happening with this business but I certainly won't recommend them to anyone. The reviews mentioning Chase Jones are accurate though, he did a great job for me but he's no longer with the company, so beware!

Trinity Roofing came to my home and offered to replace my roof and have my insurance company pay for it.
I was skeptical at first, but I went against by better judgement and let them call my insurance.
I'm glad I did! I can't be happier with Trinity Roofing. My new roof looks GREAT and the best part is my insurance company paid for it all.

Chase Jones & Trinity Roofing were great to work with. They stayed in touch with our insurance company to expedite the process and were very professional. Did a great staying in touch with us to update us on progress. Overall a great experience!

Leonard at trinity helped my husband and me when everyone else was wanting to charge us almost 10k for our roof. He came by and introduced himself in the upmost professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to my husband and I. Our insurance agent had told us one month prior that our roof couldn't be approved and only needed patch work. Mr. taylor explained that he will deal directly with my insurance company and they will work to get this approved for a full roof replacement and give us an upgraded roof. Not only did Mr. Taylor meet with our insurance adjuster but he also got the entire roof paid for by them. No patch work. He also gave us an upgraded beautiful Roof that my husband and I absolutely love. Everything Mr. taylor said he would do he kept his promise and also came back to make sure Roof was properly installed. The crew that Mr. Taylor sent out to install our roof was done in one day and they cleaned everything up and you could barely tell that they were ever there except for our beautiful Roof. Now all of our neighbors keep asking us about our roof and I will always recommend Leonard with Trinity roofing. It is hard to find good contractors that are very honest and very professional and he exceeded our expectations. To anybody reading this And is dealing with any issues with there roof I would highly suggest contacting Leonard. He will do what he says he's going to do and he will also communicate with you through the entire process. I was able to get a hold of Him every time I called and if I left a message he always called me back within 5 to 10 minutes. I wish Leonard with Trinity roofing all the success in the world because people like him deserve it.
