Had a very good experience ,we had some roof leaking issue and we were not able to find out what’s cause and then finally we reached out to Alex Heavin ,he was quick in responding ,came out the very next day and inspected the roof and gave us all suggestions and also filled up some areas which he felt was missing sealant .He was so transparent and made us understand the issues so well .His focus is on solving the issues rather than marketing .Also he reached us back to get the feedback if the leakage has been stopped .Overall we are a happy customer .

Due to hail storms, I needed a new roof and replace gutters. My garaged door and privacy fence was damaged. Trinity Roofing and Construction had replaced my daughters roof approximately a year earlier. Joel Carriker was the project manager. He guided me through the entire project beginning with filing the insurance claim and completing the paperwork for the HOA. The project went smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the quality of work preformed. I also appreciated the constant communication that went on during the entire process and recently received the Warranty Certificate.

Trinity and Alex did an outstanding job on my roof. previous company installed the roof on my patio incorrectly and we were getting leaks. Alex and his team clearly explained the situation and provided video and pictures. The new roof was installed quickly with no mess. I did have an issue with the fan not working after the install and Alex came back out and identified the problem and quickly fixed the issue. Great customer service and professionalism! I would recommend this company without hesitation!!

We had Joel Carriker and his team out in 2017 or so to have our roof and gutters replaced with great success and satisfaction. This year, while putting our lights up for the holidays we noticed a soffit hanging down and water damage in a corner near our front door. We called Joel and he and his team of guys made it right! So thankful to have a roofing company we can say they back up their work!

Trinity Roofing and Construction recently installed my new 6" gutters. I am very happy with the outstanding work that was done. The workers arrived at my home on time and I was kept informed as to what was being done from start to finish. Rick Longoria, the project manager, was here during the process to make sure that the gutters were the color I wanted and that the installation met the high standards of the company. He was also here to do a final inspection when the gutters had been installed. I am very happy with the gutters and would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to install them on both the first floor of my home, as well as the second. Alex was fantastic. Extremely quick with a response and able to help us same day. He was very thorough. Checked out the attic and got on the roof to inspect the leak. Used his GoPro to show me a video of what he found on the roof with a detailed explanation. Did the assessment and fixed the problem within an hour. Highly recommend!

Update 11/22: Joel Carriker and his team did a WONDERFUL job with repairs on our roof, gutters, and fence from the recent hail storm that hit our house. The Trinity Team (Joel and Jan) were so wonderful and easy to work with they handled all the stresses with working with insurance. Will definitey use them again for any roofing/housing needs!

Trinity did gutter installation, drywall repair, painting, and door installations. Alex was a fantastic contractor that kept close tabs on the project and was focused on quality.

We had unique circumstances with our newborn arriving 3 weeks early, and Alex adjusted schedules and pushed for work to be completed more quickly in support of getting us back into our home.

The interior teams on our project deserve a special call out for being very friendly, courteous, and detail-oriented. They made us feel that everyone at Trinity cared about the quality of the work being done at our home.

I contracted Trinity Roofing to repair my weather damaged roof. I want to personally recognize my contractor, Alex. From the onset of meeting him, his professionalism, attention to detail and customer service were without reproach. During the time when as a result of severe weather in Texas we sustained major roof damage in our area. You had every manner of roofing company trying to bid for your business. Unfortunately, the majority of them were more concerned about making a dollar rather than taking care of the customer.

Alex, on the other hand focused on my particular needs, and what would be required to provide a roof of the best quality for my home. As a result of the personal attention to the customer made by Alex, the whole process was stress-free and tailored to fit my particular need. I cannot say enough good things about Trinity Roofing. I just moved into a new house, and I quickly had some surprise roof leaks. They were quick, kind and very thorough. From initial intake with Ken to consistent work and follow ups with Alex, they have done a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I think roofers often get a bad rap, but these guys were trustworthy and went above and beyond. I just rehired them for a different project because I had such a good experience. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with. After the very heavy hail storms earlier this year, we had at least 10 roofers a day knocking on our door and leaving advertisement. Had a few shingles come off in a past storm. Trinity came out next day reviewed the situation and provided me with an estimate. They came back out a couple days later and replaced the missing shingles. They matched perfectly. The service and response was superior to other company's I have called in the past.

The BEST customer experience ever! We have worked with Joel @ Trinity since 2016. Joel helped me in a bind with a water leak as I was headed out of town. He personally checked it out and remedied it. He also followed up to make sure it was fixed. All of this and didn’t charge me any money because it was a small remedy. On top of it all, he was professional, knowledgeable and very qualified.

I had a gutter problem on my town home. Alex with Trinity checked out my problem and informed me that my roof had been damaged from an earlier storm. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they sent an adjuster out. Heath was assigned the task with Trinity. Alex and Heath worked with the adjuster to get the roof repaired. He also made the suggestion of using a different color shingle to match my new paint. On instillation day I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the workers that were sent to my home. Several workers were sent and my roof was transformed very quickly. They did a wonderful job on my roof. Very caring, takes their time making sure you understand everything and makes you feel comfortable. As a single mom I felt very lost in this project and worried about my bottom line. Worried about making the right choice and not understanding everything right off the bat. I felt like I was in good hands and that I was being listened to and my concerns were their concerns and I wasn't in this alone.
