Michael came out to inspect my roof free of charge. He gave me an honest opinion of the condition of my roof which required no repairs at this time. I really expected him to find something/make something up just for business. Definitely an honest company.

If you are questioning which roofing company to use and are overwhelmed…use Trinity. You will be so happy you did! Hurricane Milton damaged our roof. We had multiple roofers tell us the roof needed to be replaced. Our insurance company said it just needed repaired. A friend told me about Trinity and calling them was the best decision. Their team worked with our insurance company through each denial, providing us with information and guiding us on want to do next. I’ve never had a claim like this with an insurance company. I didn’t realize that there were additional steps that could be taken after a denial. Trinity’s team never once did not call me back when they said they would or show up at my house when they said they would. I now have a new roof that was covered by our insurance company. If it wasn’t for the invaluable knowledge of this company, I guarantee you I would have given up long ago. Their team of roofers are professional, clean, and built us a beautiful new roof. Special thanks go out to Nate, Mason and Sam. We would not have made it through this process without you. Trinity is so incredibly lucky to have you on their team. I am so happy I made that phone call.

Michael Odom was very helpful, patient, kind with helping me with my roof. He was very prompt even showed me a video of the damages on my roof. I look forward to working with him and Trinity Restoration and Roofing.

I highIy recommend getting your roof inspected by Trinity. I had a free roof inspection done after the last hurricane by Michael Odom. He was very thorough and even explained the different types of damages my roof had and the possible causes. They came by and did a free roof inspection after the storm. Took the time to go over the report and send me a copy. There was minimal the damage but offered to come inspect it for free whenever I need it!

I suffered roof damage after last hurricane. Mason and his team came out the very next day to tarp my roof. We had a few bumps in the road getting the permitting figured out for the city I reside in but once that was in place things moved forward very quickly. I just had Jessica Andolina up on the roof for a quick look around... Quickly spotting the visible damage and squishy subsurface plywood damage I noticed as well... A door to door salesman came by my house, they not only ignored my no soliciting sign but put their business card and pamphlet right next to it. I’m writing this not to warn these people that I am reporting this salesman but to encourage others to report this as well. It is illegal in Palm Coast to solicit without a license and ignoring no soliciting signs can result in soliciting licenses being suspended or revoked.

Mandi came out and did a free roof inspection for me. She was very nice, and while my roof was alright, I referred her to my mom, who is now getting a new roof for just her $1k deductible. Totally awesome.

Michael Odom of Trinity Roofing came by my house today, he was offering a free roof inspection and I agreed…he was professional, polite and honest… he took pictures and explained to me what he seen and even though my roof was in good shape for its age we set an appointment later in the year for him to come back out for a follow up inspection just to keep an eye on it…much appreciated

From the inspection of the roof to completing the work Trinity did an excellent job. Project Manager Michael was fantastic to deal with. He was always within a phone call away and responded quickly and efficiently to solve any of my concerns or problems that may have risen. I was also pleased with their help navigating the insurance process. Michael was also helpful with being here when the insurance company inspected the damage and following through with my mortgage company. The roofing crew was on time and completed the work in the time specified. The work was exceptional with neighbors commenting on the efficiency of the crew and the attractiveness of the finished roof.
