Absolutely do not recommend this company my mom purchased a home from them her yard was completely level they came and dug a trench out and now its a wreck if it rains it looks like a river coming thru the back yard told her to throw grass seed out like grass isn't going to grow she's had problem after problem her a/c leaks said it was because of humidity well fix it her roof is leaking mold growing in master bedroom closet and bathroom she hasn't even lived there a whole mth yet I'm so glad we didn't purchase thru them and I hope they make things right with my mom but they got their 260,000 so highly doubt they do

I wouldn’t recommend this company to build a dog house. I think giving them one star is being very generous. From the moment we signed our contract there was problem after problem. We were merely a dollar sign. Everyone we have encountered was more concerned with filling their pockets than building our house. Our home is nowhere near the quality home they advertise. If you are considering using Trinity, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We used the Bremen office and our experience was a nightmare.

Trinity has been a disaster! We understand that building a house is never a good experience, however this is beyond that. Once you sign the contract they do not care about you as a customer. We have had 6 different “superintendents” throughout the build of our house. Contractors will come to the house and do about 30% of the work and they will not come back for weeks. Several jobs have been left unfinished. Poor management and communication. Do not use Trinity Custom Homes!

**I walked in to find out info, and see what they had to offer. There was one customer the gentleman was speaking with, supplying with information and brochures. He never acknowledged me, not a smile, nod my direction, on a simple” Hello; I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I waited 15 min., and not a word. OBVIOUSLY, these comments shown on this page are hand-picked. Customer service and common courtesy go hand-in-hand. This will go on my Facebook page as well.**

We had our home built with Trinity last year in Buchanan, GA and we are extremely pleased. Communication with the superintendent was great throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend them as a builder.
