The process overall was professional and efficient. Their roofing team was quick, thorough, hard working, and very respectful.

They showed up early in the morning, set up their equipment and got right to work. They took a lunch break in the middle of the day, then got right back to it.

I had just a few requests while they were working on the roof and they assisted me promptly. Then the whole team worked for over an hour to clean up everything on my property and they even checked if there was anything to clean up on my neighbor's properties on both sides of my house.

Grant and his crew were great. They arrived on time and finished the job right before one of our spring down pours. They spent a lot of time making sure that they did not leave any debris on our property. We have a pond and they were very careful with covering and keeping the koi safe.

We received excellent service from Grant Spruill and the team at Tried and True Roofing. I left an email request for a roof inspection and repair on their website and within an hour, Grant called me to ascertain the problem. He performed a thorough roof evaluation and supplied me with pictures of what appeared to be the problem. Within two days the repair was made! Grant called me a few times through this process to assure my satisfaction. Furthermore, he called after a heavy rain to make sure there was no leak. This was customer service above and beyond what I have experienced in the past and I really appreciate it. I will definitely recommend Tried and True Roofing to my friends!

Positive experience with Tried and True from start to finish. From initial contact to completed repair was in a reasonable amount of time and inquiry responses were quick. Grant was nice to work with and not pushy or too salesy, trying to upsale you as a lot of vendors do. I received multiple vendor quotes for the repair and this was the best value, although still quite expensive but appears to be at the market value given my other repair quotes. Repair was done last week but has held up through recent rains. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for your roofing needs.
